Abstract

Background: Covid deaths-19 continues to increase globally, various attempts have been made by the government to reduce the incidence. Until now the number of deaths is still not diminished. Health workers, especially nurses are at risk of exposure to workers Covid-19. When treating patients with 19 nurses Covid many are experiencing anxiety. Exploring the experiences of nurses who have survived Covid-19 can help reduce nurses 'anxiety during patient care. Therefore, this study aims to explore nurses' anxiety when diagnosed with Covid-19. Purpose: The purpose of this study to gain experience of nurses as survivors Covid-19 Method: This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. This study involved 6 participants in Surabaya. Result: In this study, three main themes: 1) Fearing death, 2) Worried about the family, 3) Fearing social stigma Conclusion: Nurses as health workers are at risk of being exposed to Covid-19 and experiencing anxiety. There is a need for an increase in the general public's knowledge about Covid-19. A good knowledge will increase public awareness for running the health protocol and no stigmatization of survivors Covid-19, which have an impact on psychological distress. Abstract

Introduction: The number of cases of tuberculosis (tuberculosis) to the surrounding community, especially families, is very high, this will make the high number of new cases and cases of failed treatment that impact the occurrence of Multi Drug Resistance (MDR) Objective : To determine the faktors that influence the failure of tuberculosis treatment based on the theory of Health Promotion Model. Method: The design of this research was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach with independent variables of perceived behavioral benefits, perceived behavioral barriers, perceptions of trust in his abilities, behavior related to influence, inter-personal influence and situational influence, while the dependent variable is the success of treatment. The population was all TB patients in Agats Puskesmas, Agats District, Kabupaten Asmat with a sample of 34 people. The sample selection used the Consecutive sampling method and statistical test using the ANOVA test. Results: Based on the theory of the Health Promotion Model, the success faktor of TB treatment is due to the perceived behavioral benefits that have been carried out 19 (61.3%). The statistical test results showed that the behavioral benefit faktor α = 0.539, the behavioral inhibition faktor α = 0.866, the ability trust faktor α = 0.0463, the interpersonal influence faktor α = 0.761, the significance of the success of TB treatment on the behavior faktor is related to the influence of α = 0.001 with coefficient correlation 0, 508 and Situational Effect with α = 0.003 with a correlation coefficient of 0.484. This shows that the influencing faktor are the influence faktor and the situational influence faktor. Conclusion: Activity faktors have a relationship with influence and personal faktors affecting the success of TB treatment, for that we need a structured client education program and a program of living expenses for TB sufferers to support successful treatment

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang banyak mengalami bencana. Kapan dan dimana saja bencana dapat terjadi. Factor yang sangat penting untuk mengurangi dampak bencana adalah kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi bencana. Salah satu yang memiliki peran penting dalam kesiapsiagaan bencana adalah tenaga kesehatan, termasuk melakukan tugasnya dalam segala situasi saat bencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan yang terdiri dari dokter, perawat, dan bidan di Puskesmas Mojowarno dengan besar sample 46 orang. Pengambilan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner dan dianalisa menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar tenaga kesehatan memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup (43,5%) dan memiliki tingkat kesiapsiagaan bencana yang baik (91%). Hasil analisa bivariate menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap tenaga kesehatan terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana dengan hasil p= 0,737 (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan mengikuti pelatihan dan melibatkan diri dalam manajemen bencana sebagai bahan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Mojowarno.
