The use of polite language is very low used by elementary school students, causing misunderstanding or miscommunication in learning. This study aims to analyze the process of cultivating character to increase students' communicative character value in the learning process. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method, with a descriptive qualitative type. This research was conducted with the research subjects of teachers and students of fourth grade. The object of this research is the role of the teacher in instilling students' communicative character values. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study revealed that the teacher's way of carrying out the inculcation of communicative character values in grade fourth went well. The inculcation of communicative character values has a good impact on the communicative character of students. The implication of this research has the impact of cultivating character values that can create a more active atmosphere in the classroom. Students can work together with one another, and the student's communication skills are improved

This study aims to describe how the role of LBH APIK Banten in providing legal protection for the society. Qualitative descriptive was used in this study. A Director, an Advocate, Management of LBH APIK Banten, and society who had been assisted in handling their cases by LBH APIK Banten were employed as the subjects of this research. Interviews, an observation, and documentation were used as data collection technique. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions were employed to analyze the data of this research. Data validity was done by technical triangulation, source triangulation, and member check. The results revealed that there was an active role from LBH APIK Banten in providing legal protection for the society including public services, social education, orderly legal improvement, and legal reform. So far, LBH APIK Banten has been provided legal protection for society who had violence against women and children by helping and handling their cases until they got a verdict. In carrying out its role in providing legal protection to underprivileged people, there were obstacles definitely, where the cases handled by LBH APIK Banten were specific such a handling special cases of violence against women and children who had domestic violence, sexual harassment, abuse, rape, and children abuse. Surely, it was rarely reported by someone who had violence such as abuse, rape, domestic violence, etc in Banten. Therefore, there were slightly cases handled by LBH APIK because of the limited disposition of LBH APIK that handling specific cases of women and children then the lack of Human Resources and funds until very slightly in doing an activity, hampered by Legal Enforcement Officials (APH) and the lack of openness’ client in telling the cases’ chronology to the LBH APIK Banten.

GGuru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan, khususnya dalam rangka memperkuat karakter religius peserta didik. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sering kali seorang anak menirukan apa yang dilakukan oleh orang yang sering ditemui nya, karena salah satu karakteristik peserta didik pada usia sekolah dasar adalah senang meniru. Oleh karenanya Seorang guru dengan kepribadian yang baik akan lebih banyak dan lebih mudah memberikan dampak positif terhadap penguatan karakter religius peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kompetensi kepribadian guru dalam penguatan karakter religius peserta didik melalui pembiasaan di kelas IV MIN 2 Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa guru kelas IV MIN 2 Serang telah memiliki kemampuan personal yang dimiliki oleh guru dalam mencerminkan kepribadiannya, mampu mengimplementasi kompetensi kepribadian untuk memperkuat karakter religious peserta didik serta memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap penguatan karakter religius peserta didik.

This research aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) in strengthening students' character values at SDN Anyar 3. The SLM was actually formed in 2015, and it is also stated in Permendikbud No. 23 of 2015 concerning Character Growth. Therefore, schools in Indonesia began to implement SLM program in addition to fostering a literacy culture and cultivating students' character values. In addition, the GLS program itself has guidelines so that schools implement it as expected by the government. SLM was conducted outside of learning to attract students' attention to be engaged in literacy. That way students can understand the value contained in the reading book so that students are stimulated to carry out the values of character in reading books in everyday life.

This research aimed to develop a comic as a learning media for grade IV students of elementary school. This research was conducted at SDN Cibomo in the academic year of 2020-2021. The type of this research was Research and Development (R&D). The product of this research was a learning media containing the materials about understanding the relationship of symbols with the meaning of moral principles of Pancasila on Civics subject at grade IV of elementary school. The media was a comic printed with the size of A5. Expert validation was used to see the product validity. The validation was carried out by the media experts, material experts, and education experts. The subjects of this research were all grade IV students of SDN Cibomo Serang which were 20 students. Based on the data, the average validation score of the comic media was 94.1% with very feasible category. Then, the average score of students’ response was 94.4% with very feasible. Furthermore, the score from the educators’ responses was 94% which was included in very feasible category. In conclusion, the comic learning media on Civics subject about understanding the relationship of symbols with the meaning of the moral principles of Pancasila was feasible and it could be applied as the teaching materials at grade IV of elementary school.

This study aimed to develop an android application based on the culture of Tangerang and to determine the feasibility of the application. This study utilized the R&D research method on the Brog and Gall development design modified by Sugiyono following six stages: 1) Problem analysis; 2) Data collection; 3) Product design; 4) Expert validation; 5) Design revision, and 6) Product trial. This was conducted in class IVB SDN Pabuaran 1 Tangerang. The feasibility of the product was examined by several experts such as education experts, material experts, and media experts. The validation result from media experts obtained an average score of 92% with the "Very Feasible" category. The validation result from material experts got an average score of 87% with the "Very Feasibility" category. Then, the validation result from education experts obtained an average score of 91% with the "Very Feasibility" category. After that, the results of the students' response on a limited trial obtained a percentage of 88% with the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of the study, the final product in the form of an android application based on the culture of Tangerang City was suitable for learning the social science subject at grade IV of elementary school.

The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of the implementation of the learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for social science subject at grade V, especially when learning was conducted online. HOTS-based learning began to be applied when the 2013 curriculum was refined. Therefore, schools in Indonesia started to implement HOTS-based learning in order that the students achieved a superior level of thinking. In addition, the refinement of the 2013 curriculum has also been linked to smart predictions occurred in the 21st century, in which everything is based on students, for example how students build their skills to live and work, to innovate, and skills to manage technology. These skills are related to everyday life in which a person performs social activities. This social life is summarized in Social Sciences (IPS) subject taught to students in elementary schools. Social science subject is influential in educating the students since the materials are very helpful for the students to understand their world. However, students are candidates of the society, so that provision is crucial before they start to socialize. IPS is presented to provide learning on order to fulfill their social nature as humans or social beings.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa audio visual berbasis Camtasia studio pada mata pelajaran IPS di Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar dan untuk mengetahui respon siswa setelah melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis Camtasia studio. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan meliputi 4 tahap yaitu, tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perencanaan (design), tahap pengembangan (development), dan tahap penyebaran (disseminate). Media pembelajaran ini dilakukan uji validasi ahli, diantaranya ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli Pendidikan. Setelah diuji coba oleh tim ahli selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba produk dengan subjek penelitian yaitu 15 siswa kelas IV A SD Negeri Unyur. Hasil uji coba media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis Camtasia studio ini rata-rata skor validasi ahli sebesar 85,00% sehingga mendapat kategori â€œsangat layakâ€ dan hasil uji coba produk (uji coba produk terbatas) mendapat rata-rata skor sebesar 81,46% dengan kategori â€œsangat baikâ€. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis Camtasia studio ini layak dan dapat dipergunakan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam upaya pengembangan budaya literasi konstitusi peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa adanya peran aktif dari guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam upaya mengembangkan kegiatan literasi konstitusi yaitu dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan konstitusi, menanamkan nilai dan moral, mengkreasikan kegiatan literasi konstitusi, berkomunikasi dan bekerjasama dengan lingkungan sekolah dalam upaya pengembangan kegiatan literasi konstitusi. Penyebab terhambatnya guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam upaya pengembangan budaya literasi konstitusi anatara kesibukan dan rasa malas peserta didik, kurangnya kerjasama antar guru pendidikan Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan lainnya dalam membimbing peserta didik dalam kegiatan literasi konstitusi setiap minggunya, dan kurangnya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dengan guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan terutama dalam penyedian sarana prasarana di sekolah.
