ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the motivation (X1) Communication (X2) and work discipline (Y) on the performance of employees of PT. The Seven Blessings of Pandeglang, The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this research are all employees who work at PT. Seven Sources of Blessing Pandeglang precisely in the Department of Production and The sample of this study amounted to 40 employees of the Production Department of PT. seven sources of blessing pandeglang using saturated sampling technique, the data analysis technique used in this research is data quality test, including validity and reliability test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. And multiple linear regression analysis, T and F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate the T Hypothesis Test that (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. PT. ABC merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri manufaktur dengan produk yaitu Baja Besi Beton, (Besi Behel Ulir dan Polos). Pada saat inspeksi produk terdapat beberapa kategori cacat produk sehingga produk cacat dan tidak sesuai dengan standar internal yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan kemudian untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas produk baja besi beton, mengetahui komposisi bahan baku, mengetahui cara dan urutan pengujian produk yang sesuai kualitas yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian terhadap kualitas produk baja besi beton yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian terhadap kualitas produk baja besi beton dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik Seventools dan Metode Taguchi. Perbaikan berawal dari pemilihan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas baja besi beton dan nilai level yang kemudian menjadi dasar dalam pemilihan Ortogonal Array. Hasil analisa diolah dengan menggunakan analisis varians. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian tersebut diperoleh bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas produk baja besi beton adalah standarisai bahan baku dan standarisasi sifat mekanis serta setingan temperature tidak mengikuti sop acuan yang dipakai adalah teknis lapangan sehingga produk cacat sulit di kendalikan.

Farm product is mainly consumed because it has a role in Society growth. One of dairy farm product that mainly consume is milk. The national needs of milk has been increased each year because of population increasement in Indonesia. KPS Eka Putra Jaya is one of dairy farm run in dairy cattle field in individual scale established since December 1996 and has been able to utilize this prospective opportunity. Business development study for establishment of the processing unit of milk into kefir is examined for the feasibility based on financial and non financial aspect. The result from non financial aspect reveal the business of processing unit of milk into kefir is feasible to run. While based on financial feasibility analysis, this business feasibility is adequate. This is based on the calculation result of NPV is larger than 0 in amount of Rp 374 191 826. Net B/C value is larger than 1 of 2.67. Gross B/C also more than 1 of 1.21. Time required to return the investment (Payback Period) in 2 years and 2 month. IRR result is 57.81%

In carrying out the production process the company does not only rely on human power, but also the need for equipment and machinery. To meet the overwhelming consumer demand, PT. Ultra Prima Plast company engaged in flexible packaging always maintain and care for the machines used in the production process, one of which is by storing spare parts for production machines, performance of spare part storage systems in warehouse with uncluttered conditions, spare parts exceed the capacity of cabinets and irregular in spare part storage not based on the characteristics of the use of the spare part itself and the list of spare part systems, causing problems when going to repair the machine, because technicians have difficulty finding the items to be used. Therefore it is necessary to repair the spare part storage layout by using the Class Based Storange method (storage based on class / group) which can make it easier for technicians to find the spere parts that will be used. The data used for analysis are warehouse spare part data, spare part characteristic data and arrival data and use of spare parts as primary data. The results obtained from the analysis of space requirements (space) width of the spare part is 21,995 meters, the amount of available wide space is 27.2 meters, so the space effectiveness can be as much as 5,205 meters andthe final result is spare parts grouped by type and use as well as acceleration of discovery

Education is a guideline in facing an era that is always developing with its progress. Concern for education is an important thing that must be considered and implemented based on the results of observations and data collection that have been carried out. Based on the results of observations and data collection, it was found that the Singamerta Village community lacked concern for the world of education. This can be seen from the large number of school children who do not continue their education to a higher level, and the lack of motivation of parents to send their children to school.

Patterns of healthy living behavior, namely all health rules that are applied with awareness from within oneself without coercion to take health action against himself, his family, or the surrounding environment. Prevention is better than cure is the foundation of health which forms the basis of a healthy life implementation program. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the people of Sukaratu Village, Majasari District must be able to implement health protocols with the aim of reducing the level of Covid-19 transmission and remaining productive in carrying out daily activities. The application of social distancing and physical distancing in order to assist the government's efforts in preventing and spreading Covid-19.

Dunia dikejutkan dengan wabah pandemi virus corona (Covid-19) yang menginfeksi hampir seluruh negara di dunia. Langkah yang telah dilakukan pemerintah adalah mengeluarkan peraturan tentang Pedoman Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Dengan adanya pembatasan ini, masyarakat semakin sulit beraktivitas dan melakukan kegiatan di luar rumah seperti biasanya. Covid-19 berpengaruh bagi sektor perekonomian maupun pariwisata yang dapat menurunkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar. Perlu adanya suatu kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan perekonomian masyarakat di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Program yang dilakukan yaitu Pembuatan budidaya tanaman sawi dengan metode hidroponik di Desa Pelawad, Kecamatan Ciruas, Kabupaten Serang. Adapun capaian yang dihasilkan berupa ikan dan sayur yang organik sehingga menghasilkan produk yang inovatif serta nilai jual tinggi dan akan memancing rasa ingin tahu masyarakat yang ingin mencoba menerapkan, sehingga jumlah wisatawan yang datang akan mengalami peningkatan dan tentunya hal ini akan meningkatkan produktivitas dan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar.

This community service activity (PPM) was carried out in Serang City in partnership with the Assyfa Pencak Silat Padepokan and the Manager of Old Banten Tourism Places, namely Explore Banten Travel. Serang City as the capital of Banten Province holds various artistic, cultural and tourist potentials, which if managed properly, can generate large income for the community and the government of Serang City. For example, Pencak Silat and Banten Lama tourism which is one of the historical heritage of the people of Banten. On the other hand, there are still many people and tourists (local and foreign) who do not know about Pencak Silat and Banten Lama tourism. So it is deemed necessary to hold a community service program (PPM) in the form of socialization and education about Pencak Silat and Old Banten tourism so that it remains sustainable and known to foreign countries. The method used in this PPM is in the form of socialization and education based on digital marketing through social media. The results of this PPM are in the form of documentary films on the YouTube Channel and content on social media about Pencak Silat and Banten Lama tourism, in order to participate in helping government programs, promoting Pencak Silat and Banten Lama tourism so that they remain sustainable and are known to foreign countries.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image and price to user satisfaction through the decision to use as intervening variable. Quantitative analysis method is used in this resecrh. Methods of data collection is using questionnaires with 100 respondents. Sampling technique is using accidental sampling method with criteria of respondents is students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University who have used Go-Jek more than 3 times. The data used in this study is the primary data. Data analysis is using path analysis with SPSS program version 22 and Sobel Test. The statistical test shows that the brand image has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction, but the price has no significant and positive effect on user satisfaction. Brand image and price variable have positive and significant influence on decision to used the service. Path analysis shows that the decision to use the service as intervening variable can not mediate the relationship of brand image and price to satisfaction.

Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas didesain sebagai upaya pengembangan masyarakat di wilayah tertentu terhadap pengelolaan suatu program sesuai dengan permasalahan di wilayah tersebut. Kegiatan dikelola berdasarkan prinsip dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat sebagai tujuan akhir adalah pengembangan masyarakat. Upaya menstimulasi dan memberikan pendampingan terhadap masyarakat. Dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif yang menerapkan tahap operasional dalam rangka untuk mengevaluasi intervensi keberhasilan program Kampung KB di Desa Bale Kencana Kecamatan Mancak. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk pengembangkan masyarakat dalam mencapai keluarga kecil berkualitas. Adapun hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah keberhasilan Kampung KB sangat ditentukan oleh peran aktif masyarakat diberbagai tingkatan.
