Abstract

Information security is very important in today's technology. Information storage and crossing is currently no longer using paper media, but has used a lot of computer and internet media. PT. Torini Jaya Abadi is one that uses computer and internet media for information storage and crossing. However, there are disturbances such as heavy server access, which cannot be accessed and sometimes it cannot enter into the database server from the indication that the server might be exposed to a virus or DDoS (Distributed Danial of Service) type attacks occur on the server. Based on these problems, the author uses a honeypot to detect an attack based on alerts that have been accommodated in the log and can also provide information about the attacks that occur, from the results obtained honeyd is able to resemble an original system that pretends to have services that are not real , also able to detect attacks in real time and provide information from attackker, honeyd can emulate virtual hosts that are similar to the original computer, by obtaining logs from the honeyd admin system to find out information that occurs on the server, with honeyd network systems can help detect attacks in real time.

Abstract

The government through the Manpower Office has built a Job Training Center which aims to provide skills and expertise to training participants in order to improve the quality of prospective workforce. The service for admitting new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center which is implemented has not been effective because it still uses the manual system, where participants come to the office to take the registration form. This study aims to create a web-based information system for new student admissions at the Cilegon City Work Training Center. Making this new web-based student admission information system uses the waterfall method which includes software requirements analysis, design, system coding, system testing, system support and maintenance. The web-based admission system at the Cilegon City Work Training Center can make it easier for prospective new students to register by saving time and costs compared to coming in person. With this new student admission information system, it is hoped that it can facilitate the processing of new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center.

Abstract

Private cloud is a type of private storage or only provides limited services to an organization or an agency. OwnCloud is a company whose project is OwnCloud project. The company's slogan is "Your Cloud, Your Data, Your Way". OwnCloud is one of the free file sharing software and has provided free security and has an easy or user-friendly user interface so it is easy to use. Owncloud has several features such as creating groups, being able to easily control users and having several other features that are a solution for a cloud-based storage at the Banten Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office UPTD Serang – Cilegon roads and bridges which do not have integrated storage and still rely on storage such as hard drives, Google Cloud and available storage on the computer or PC in the office which makes it easy to lose and not integrated, therefore a solution using owncoud is made to reduce the existing storage on the computer or PC in the office This is so that all files are stored neatly and by adding a security so that every existing user cannot access data on other users, thus the data can be maintained and cannot be seen by other irresponsible people so that it is easier to operate. its n. By using ownloud which has several features, it makes owncloud more practical.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a mapping application for waterfall tourism locations in Banten Province, using the Geographical Information System (GIS) approach. The research methodology used in this study includes data collection taken with literature studies, interviews, and observations then analysis, system design, programming, testing, and implementation. System design is by using Unified Modeling Language (UML), MySQL database with PhpMyAdmin as a tool for managing MySQL databases, creating program code using Notepad ++, with programming language PHP version 5.6 23, javascipt, database integration with Google Maps API to display map, as well as the browser to check the display generated by the program code through the local server, the results of the application development will be tested for the black box system. The results of this research are the formation of a waterfall tourism mapping application system in Banten Province, which includes information on waterfall tourist locations, facilities and infrastructure around the tour, waterfall features, general information about the waterfall, facilities on the waterfall, information on the route to the waterfall tourist location.

Abstract

PT. Indah Kiat merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri kertas, pulp (bubur kertas) dan kertas kemasan produk. Didalam PT. Indah Kiat terdapat seksi teknisi yang bernaung pada divisi engineering dan memiliki tanggung jawab dalam melakukan perbaikan kerusakan fasilitas dan sarana yang ada didalam mess karyawan perusahaan. Kendala dan kesulitan sering dialami oleh teknisi dalam mengelola laporan kerusakan serta dalam memberikan penanganannya untuk itu perlu adanya sistem untuk mengelola laporan serta membantu dalam memberikan solusi yang tepat dalam menanganinnya. Aplikasi helpdesk merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap laporan kerusakan. Dengan penambahan fitur knowledge management untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan kerusakan dengan mencari dalam basis pengetahuan yang direkam untuk menentukan solusi apa yang tepat, berdasarkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh tiap-tiap teknisi untuk dibagikan kepada teknisi lain yang memiliki permasalahan yang sama dalam menyelesaikan kerusakan. metode yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi helpdesk dengan menggunakan pendekatan knowledge management system adalah Waterfall model dan dirancang dengan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language). Bahasa pemrogramman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan database MySql. Dengan dibangunya aplikasi helpdesk dengan menggunakan pendekatan knowledge management system diharapkan dapat menjadi alat untuk membantu pengelolaan laporan kerusakan dan pengetahuan tentang kerusakan serta solusi yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan kerusakan berdasarkan basis pengetahuan yang sudah ada.

Abstract

Pensirkulasian udara merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang terletak pada kantor sekertariat DPRD, karena minimnya alat bantu untuk mensterilkan udara yang telah tercemar karena asap rokok dan kurangnya pengetahuan untuk menjaga udara tetap bersih. Blower yang terletak pada kantor tersebut sangat kurang fungsinya jika tidak sebanding dengan padatnya asap rokok yang masuk, untuk itu diharapkan dapat merancang sebuah alat kendali sirkulasi udara yang mampu berjalan secara otomatis. Sistem alat kendali sirkulasi udara otomatis mampu berjalan dengan suply daya 5v dengan didukung saklar otomatis menggunakan relay serta 3 lampu led sebagai indikator untuk tanda keadaan asap pada ruangan tersebut. Sistem ini memakai 2 sensor inputan yaitu, sensor pendeteksi asap dan sensor pendeteksi suhu. Selain berjalan secara otomatis sistem ini dapat dikontrol secara manual dengan melalui web browser yang tersedia pada hp ataupun pada komputer, dengan cara memasukan alat ip yang telah tersedia pada alat tersebut. Sistem ini menggunakan komunikasi jaringan yang dihubungkan pada wifi, sehingga alat mendapatkan ip dari sebuah router atau hotspot hp. Setelah dilakukan pengujian maka didapat bahwa dengan adanya hardware untuk menghubungkan serta mengkontrol alat sirkulasi udara secara otomatis dan manual, meningkatkan efisiensi waktu serta kenyamanan pada ruangan tersebut.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sudah berkembang pesat, bahkan di instansi sekolah pun sudah memanfaatkan teknologi khususnya teknologi informasi. SMK YPP Pandeglang sudah menerapkan teknologi untuk melakukan manajemen file yaitu menggunakan file sharing di windows, sistem tersebut kurang efektif karena sering terjadi kerusakan data akibat file terkena virus dan hardware crash. Dengan teknologi yang ada saat ini mampu menghadirkan sebuah teknologi penyimpanan komputasi awan yang dikenal dengan cloud storage. Cloud storage sebagai model komputasi awan yang memberikan layanan untuk manajemen berkas berdasarkan user di dalam jaringan komputer. Nextcloud merupakan salah satu aplikasi cloud server yang sangat cocok untuk menjalankan layanan cloud storage. Nextcloud dapat melakukan sharing file ke sesama pengguna dan sharing melalui sebuah link melalui web. Untuk menjalankan cloud storage, user dapat mengakses alamat server dengan perantara web browser. Cloud storage menggunakan Nextcloud ini dikonfigurasi pada router menggunakan IP Public dari provider IndiHome sehingga server storage dapat diakses di jaringan public seperti internet. Kata Kunci : Cloud Storage, File Sharing, Nextcloud.
