Abstract

This research was aimed to improve the accounting learning result using Discovery Learning Model for student in class XI SMK Al- Insan Cilegon. This research used class room action research method with two cycles. Each cycle had four steps: planning, action, observing and reflection. The research subject were 45 students and the teacher as the collaborator team.The research results showed that discovery learning model could improve the student learning achievement because, at first cycle, from 45 students, almost 66.7% (30 students) could achieve the minimum score and at the second cycle all student achieved the minimum score.

Abstract

Learning Process of PPLK 1 or micro teaching was a Learning Process that learn about the practice of teaching for students that involves their classmates who became learners in the learning process. The purpose of this research were : 1) to know how to prepare PPLK 1 in UNBAJA, 2) to know how was learning process of PPLK 1 in UNBAJA, 3) to know how was the facility for PPLK 1 in UNBAJA. This research used qualitative approach method. The object of research were the dean of FKIP, lecturer of PPLK 1 and the students of Accounting Education Program on semester 6. In this research the data collection techniques were interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research used descriptive qualitative. The results showed that thelearning process of PPLK 1 at the University of Banten Jaya has been running well, student learning process could perform in front class confidently and they could teach like as a teacher. However, the learning process still need improvements, especially in time management and procurement of infrastructure facilities to support the PPLK 1

Abstract

The study was conducted to improve the result study in Accounting Subject used think pair share in SMK Al- Insan Cilegon. The study used classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle encompased planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The subject of the study were 48 students in class ten and teacher as a collaborator. The result showed that using think pair share could improve the results study up to 87,5% in second cycle.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and student learning result in SMKN 1 Ciruas. The method was quantitative method and took place in SMKN 1 Ciruas. The subject on this study were all accounting students as many as 113 students. The data of learning result was obtained by using teacher assessment and the questionnaire sheet was used to got students’ responses. This study used quantitative data analysis technique. The result showed that there was a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and students learning result. It was known from the data analysis that rtest (0.701) > rtable (0.184).

Abstract

The aim of this research was to developed the learning planning using cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) for teaching basic banking subject in vocational school level. The method in this research used R&D method and using ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). But in this research, researcher did not use the Evaluate phase because this research did not measure the effectiveness. The study indicated that based on the results of experts assessments (teacher and lecturer) the learning planning obtain value up to 4,35 and 3,95. Meanwhile, based on the students responses obtain value up to 3,9. So it could be concluded that in general the assessment of learning planning using CIRC Model obtain the good result. Teacher or school could also use this learning planning with CIRC model to teach the students in subject of basic banking for vocational school level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the items in the form of essay items, given as a final exam in subject of introductory accounting 1. This question was given to nineteen students in semester 1 of the 2020-2021 academic year. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. For the purposes of analysis, the item analysis technique was used, which consisted of an analysis of the level of difficulty of the items and the analysis of the differentiating power of the items. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained that the questions made had an index of difficulty level as an easy question of 50% and an average question of 50%. And based on the results of the analysis of the differentiating power index, the questions included as questions that needed to be revised were 33.3% and questions that were not good were 67.7%.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the process of implementing risk management in minimizing non-performing finance at PT Bank Muamalat. The research method was descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that Bank Muamalat Indonesia applied a comprehensive approach to ten types of risk in accordance with the mandate of Bank Indonesia Regulation No.13 / 23 / PBI / 2011 dated November 2, 2011 concerning the Implementation of Risk Management for Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units namely credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, market risk, strategic risk, compliance risk, reputation risk, legal risk, return risk, and investment risk. Bank NPF for 2 years has increased, the percentage of NPF, in 2014 amounted to 6.55%, and in 2015 amounted to 7.11%. This study suggested that banks improve their risk management strategies, add credit risk measurement methods and improve credit monitoring processes

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum 2013 menyebabkan muncul mata pelajaran baru yaitu Praktikum Akuntansi Lembaga/ Instansi Pemerintah sehingga bahan ajar untuk mata pelajaran ini masih terbatas oleh karena itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah bahan ajar yang layak digunakan dengan cara mengembangkan modul pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and development adaptasi teori Borg and Gall, Prosedur yang digunakan adalah research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 3 ahli 14 peserta didik kelas XI SMK PGRI 3 Kota Serang Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Hasil pengembangan modul pembelajaran berupa validasi ahli materi dengan rata-rata penilaian 3,55, ahli pendidikan sebesar 3,36 dan ahli desain 3,5 , hasil validasi seluruh ahli pada desain modul memiliki klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Pada uji coba terbatas peserta didik memberikan penilain sebesar 3,75 memiliki klasifikasi sangat tinggi, sehingga pengembangan modul sangat layak digunakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran

Abstract

The portion of state expenditure for regional government tends to decrease, so the government hopes that regional governments could optimize the potential of their regions to increase their income by obtaining other revenues from BUMD. This study aims to determine the prediction of financial distressing in one of the regional companies in Banten province. This research used quantitative descriptive method. Data were collected from financial statements from 2015 to 2019. Data were analyzed by quantitative techniques using the Altman Z Score. Based on the results, it were found that the score of the Z Score has a positive trend score. The Z score obtained in 2015 was 1.50; in 2016 it was 1.65; in 2017 3.08; in 2018 it is 3.38 and in 2019 it is 3.11.

Abstract

Perubahan teknis kegiatan pembelajaran menjadi pembelajaran daring menimbulkan dibutuhkannya bahan ajar yang mampu mengatasi keterbatasan kuota dan penyimpanan pada gawai serta munculnya mata pelajaran baru dalam kurikulum 2013 yaitu Praktikum Akuntansi Lembaga/ Instansi Pemerintah bahan ajar untuk mata pelajaran ini masih terbatas, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan bahan ajar yang layak digunakan serta menyenankan sehingga dibutukan pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif pada mata pelajaran Praktikum Akuntansi Lembaga/ Instansi Pemerintah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dari Sugiyono yaitu (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) Revisi Desain (6) Uji Coba Produk (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba pemakaian,. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 4 ahli, 1 guru pengampu mata pelajaran serta 34 siswa kelas XI SMK PGRI 3 Kota Serang Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Hasil pengembangan modul pembelajaran berupa validasi ahli materi dengan rata-rata penilaian 3,5, ahli pendidikan sebesar 3,7, ahli Bahasa 3,7 dan ahli media 3,5 , hasil validasi seluruh ahli pada desain bahan ajar interaktif memiliki klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Pada uji coba produk kepada 14 siswa memberikan penilain sebesar 3,6 dan uji coba pemakaian kepada 34 siswa menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar interaktif berada pada kualifikasi sangat tinggi dengan hasil penilaian 3,6 sehingga pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif sangat layak digunakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran.
