Abstract

Industri Kerupuk Impala Desa Jatisari, Kecamatan Tajinan, Kabupaten Malang memiliki peluang usaha yang dapat dikembangkan. Namun perlu dilakukan pendampingan dalam hal pengemasan produk agar dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomisnya. Pendampingan yang dilakukan melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan pada produk khas Desa Jatisari, Kecamatan Tajinan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan produksi yang dilakukan masih tergolong sangat sederhana begitu juga dengan aspek pemasarannya. Produk dikemas dengan cara kuno yaitu hanya menggunakan kemasan plastik yang direkatkan dengan lilin dan ada beberapa yang belum menggunakan label. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan pengemasan ini, para produsen Kerupuk Impala dapat menuangkan kreatifitasnya melalui pemberian label pada masing-masing produk yang dapat menjadi ciri khas tersendiri. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan secara berkesinambungan guna menghasilkan produk dengan kemasan yang optimal, selain itu dapat juga sebagai forum kelompok produsen kerupuk impala dalam memasarkan produknya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan E-Marketing di IKM Sanan Kota Malang ini adalah memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pendampingan bagi para pelaku usaha kripik tempe untuk melakukan pengembangan usaha melalui pemasaran online yang harapannya dapat meningkatkan memperluas jaringan pesaran dan mampu meningkatkan omst pendapatan pelaku usaha. Metode yang dilakukan adalah melalui sosialisasi, kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku usaha sampai dengan pelaku usaha mempraktekkan langsung bentuk-bentuk promosi online. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan wirausaha di dalam membuat membuat media pemasaran online, sehingga meningkatkan motivasi di dalam berusaha. Pelatihan E-Marketing ini mendapat respon yang positif dan pelaku usaha mendapat pengalaman berharga dengan mempraktekkan sendiri model pemasaran online yang mudah diaplikasikan.Abstract: The aim of the E-Marketing training activity at IKM Sanan Malang is to provide insights, knowledge, and assistance for tempe kripik businesses to develop business through online marketing which hopes to increase network expansion and be able to increase the revenue of business actors. The method used is through outreach, training activities and mentoring to business actors to business practitioners directly practicing online forms of promotion. The results obtained from this training activity are able to increase entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in making making online marketing media, thus increasing motivation in doing business. This e-marketing training received a positive response and businesses gained valuable experience by practicing their own online marketing models that were easy to apply.

Abstract

Abstract : The goal is to produce a product in the form of business communication learning modules based on curriculum 2013 on the business communication subject with the material of negotiation techniques that have been through the validation process.Product development model of this learning module is done by using a modification of the measures of research and development proposed by Borg & Gall consisted of a needs analysis, product development, validation expert, revision, testing and final products of limited use. The type of data in this study is done by using quantitative data and qualitative data. The quantitative data is in the form of suggestions, comments, and criticisms of the valuator that are used as consideration in the revision of the learning modules that has been developed. The results of product test process are supported by the results obtained from the expert validation module that has gained 97.73%, 86.10% from the material experts, and 86.50% from the linguists and from student is 85.30%. Therefore, if the results are calculated as a whole, it gained an average of 88.91%. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Learning Module of Business Communications based on Curriculum 2013 is declared fit and can be used in the process of learning for negotiation techniques material in SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri.Abstrak : Tujuan penelitihan adalah menghasilkan produk berupa modul pembelajaran komunikasi bisnis berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran komunikasi bisnis dengan materi teknik negosiasi yang telah melalui proses validasi.Model pengembangan produk modul pembelajaran ini menggunakan modifikasi dari langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Borg & Gall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan produk, validasi ahli, revisi, uji penggunaan terbatas dan produk akhir. Jenis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Data kuantitatif berupa saran, tanggapan, dan kritik dari validator yang digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dalam melakukan revisi terhadap modul pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Hasil proses uji coba produk tersebut didukung dengan hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari ahli kepenulisan modul sebesar 97,73%, ahli materi sebesar 86,10%, ahli bahasa sebesar 86,50%, dan uji coba pengguna siswa sebesar 85,30%, sehingga apabila hasil tersebut dihitung secara keseluruhan diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 88,91%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Modul Pembelajaran Komunikasi Bisnis Berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 dinyatakan layak dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran materi teknik negosiasi di SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri.

Abstract

Abstract: This research has a purpose to describe Financial Management Unit (UPK) of Gerdu Taskin prospect become BUMDes in the framework of endeavor optimalization of poverty reduction. And analyze what factors affecting BUMDes prospect in the framework of community empowerment and poverty reduction in Tumpang Subdistrict of Malang District. This research is expected to give important contribution, involving recommendation for decision maker is that government of Malang District, in which they strives to make Financial Management Unit (UPK) of Gerdu Taskin become BUMDes. In addition, it also will give problem description about developing BUMDes that will be faced by Malang District in future. This research location is in Tumpang Subdistrict of Malang district with a focus on three villages that obtain Gerdu Taskin intervention since 2004 and have possessed UPK. Three villages that become sample of this research are Pulungdowo Village, Pandanajeng Village and Kidal Village. A result of the research suggested that design developed in UPK Gerdu Taskin has potency to be developed to become BUMDes and has prospect for endeavor of empowering community and poverty reduction. Dividing advantage allocation for developing productive business capital, financing environment empowerment program and social program are indication that the role can be optimized in the framework of empowering community and poverty reduction. Abstract

Abstract: Purpose of this research is to examine the effect of compensation and job involvement on the employee performance in the building management shopping center in Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 95 employees from 95 employees population. This study is empirical study, that using Total Sampling technique in data collection and using multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data obtained by using questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the majority of employees have been satisfied with compensation and job involvement, and the majority of employees have good performanceKeywords: Compensation, Job Involvement, Job Performance  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian building management sebuah pusat perbelanjaan di Kota Malang. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 95 karyawan dari populasi 95 karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris yang menggunakan teknik Total  Sampling dalam pengumpulan data dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas karyawan telah puas dengan kompensasi dan keterlibatan kerja dan mayoritas karyawan memiliki kinerja yang baik. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Keterlibatan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan Pabrik Gula (PG) Redjosarie Magetan Jawa Timur divisi AK &U, divisi Tanaman, divisi teknik dan divisi pengolahan. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 121. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel. Analisis penelitian menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan pada perusahaan, sedangkan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of trust and perceived  risk on purchase intentions. Data were collected from 179 respondents and were analyzed using path analysis to examine a proposed model. The sampling technique used is probability sampling by means of propotional random sampling. The results of the present study support the positive effect of trust on purchase intention and the result also support the negative effect of trust on perceived risk and perceived risk on purchase intention. Limitations of the present study include sampling, which prevent the generalization of our results to all internet users. Consumer trust may be valuable for online retailers; however, these retailers need to develop useful, easy to use, and enjoyable Web features that appeal to both hedonic and utilitarian shoppers. Keywords: Trust, Perceived risk, Purchase Intention Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh  kepercayaan dan persepsi risiko pada minat pembelian. Pengumpulan data dari 179 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis test jalur untuk menguji model yang diusulkan. teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel kemungkinan dengan cara sampel proposional acak. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung efek positif dari kepercayaan pada minat beli dan hasilnya juga mendukung efek negatif kepercayaan pada risiko yang dirasakan dan risiko yang dirasakan terhadap minat pembelian. Keterbatasan penelitian ini meliputi pengambilan sampel, yang mencegah generalisasi dari hasil kami untuk semua pengguna internet. Kepercayaan konsumen mungkin bermanfaat bagi pedagang online; meskipun demikian, para pedagang ini perlu untuk mengembangkan kegunaanya, mudah digunakan, fitur web yang nyaman yang menarik bagi pembeli hedonis dan utilitarian. Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, risiko yang diterima, minat pembelian

Abstract

During this time for change management lectures, it is still often conveyed by the method of lectures and group discussions on cases of change in the industry and its management. Idea Bank application will be expected to be a reference for students to pour ideas of change, try to design changes, keep documentation of the implementation of changes they make, so that the idea of changes and innovations made by students in this application later may also be useful for the State University of Malang, because during this time the tasks carried out by students are more often stored in hard copy, or soft copy personally by lecturers who foster the subject.The purpose of developing e-learning media in change management courses in the form of android-based "idea bank" application is to create more innovative electronic learning media and provide more interactive learning media to students in accordance with the millennial era they live in.Learning tools developed in the form of Electronic Learning Media Applications stored on HP Android can be installed through the Play Store labeled "Idea Bank", where in it there will be several features namely problem portrait feature,  Idea Change feature, Idea Design feature,  theory change feature, Idea Succes feature, and some electronic program tools, including save menu, table data filling menu, upload documentation and others.The development method is Borg & Gall development model (1996) using water fall flow at the development stage. Stages of development ranging from needs analysis, product planning, product development, trial / implementation (validation), revision and report creation.Product results in the form of Idea Bank Application in the form of problem portrait feature, Idea Change feature, Idea Design feature, theory change feature Idea Succes Feature. stored on HP Android and also application usage tutorial.Keywords: Application; Idea Bank; E-learning.

Abstract

Internet penetration in Indonesia has become an opportunity for business actors to increase their sales through online marketing. Especially in the field of marketing, the current digital era online marketing is becoming a very high trend among the public. In the midst of the development of digital technology, the team from Department of Management, Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) held training with a coaching approach for digital marketing. The target participants in this service are alumni of the management department on UM who own and are running a business. This training was carried out in two stages with the topics of (1) digital marketing and (2) digital business and digital transformation for its sustainability, the service team also developed an android-based application platform for the alumni of the management department on UM.
