Abstract

Klinik merupakan sebuah institusi layanan publik yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa kesehatan. Pelayanan Kesehatan merupakan kegiatan utama yang dilakukan di klinik Dokter Rosdiana. Pada sistem yang sedang berjalan proses pengolahan data baik pendaftaran, rekam medis, pembayaran, jadwal dokter dan pengolahan laporan data pasien belum menggunakan sistem yang optimal. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Layanan pada Klinik Dokter Rosdiana berbasis web. Metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode prototype dengan tahapan dimulai dengan mendengarkan pelanggan, membangun memperbaiki prototype, dan pelanggan menguji coba prototype. Sistem yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Xampp sebagai web servis, MySQL sebagai databasenya dan Dreamweaver CS6 sebagai aplikasi pendukung untuk mendesain sistem.Dengan perancangan sistem informasi layanan pada klinik Dokter Rosdiana dapat menyimpan data dan mengelola data dengan baik secara terinci dan jelas serta dapat memberikan layanan yang baik untuk pasien. Kata Kunci: Prototype, PHP, Xampp, MySQL, Dreamweaver CS6.

Abstract

Abstract: The research is begin from the low of the social studies students learning outcomes with an average grade 56,25 while the score of minimum criteria of completeness (KKM) is 65. This research is classroom action research (CAR). That suppose to increase the social studies student learning outcomes at three grade of SD Negeri 008 Sungai Segajah Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The formulation of the research is does the application of cooperative learning model type make a match to increase the students learning outcomes of social student at three grade of SD Negeri 008 Sungai Segajah Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The data was collected by using observation paper. And god the result by examination I and II. The value before CAR by individual are 16 students (80%) that passed with average 66. And in cycle II that passed are 17 students or (85%) with average passed 70,5. So the improvement of students learning out comes from the bassed score to cycle I increase about 41,33% whereas from based score to cycle II increase about 25,33%. The activity of the teacher in first cycle with average 58,33% and in second cycle about 83,33%. The student is activity in first cycle is average about 54,16% and the scond cycle is everage 79,16%. The result of this research said that the application of cooperative learning model type make a match can increase the social studies students learning outcomes at three grade of SD Negeri 008 Sungai Segajah Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Rokan HilirKeywords : make a match, social studies outcomes

Abstract

The Business Correspondence that currently run by Informatics and Business Damajaya is still using decentralization and manual system. Along with the upraising of business intensity level, particularly the flow of letter circulation, this system seems to be out of date or does not match with the demand, therefore, a new good application of business letters is urgently needed to replace the old one. Abstract

In Karanganyar village, many mothers are in productive age, and they have the ability to engage new knowledge. The mothers have free time in the afternoon, around 15.00 until just before sunset. They get together to chat freely. Sometimes, conversations are not good for themselves. Time is wasted without any benefit as this is a problem. It is because there is time with their relatively young age. On the other hand, their economic condition is not very good. It makes the Community Service team takes an opportunity to provide these mothers with training, mentoring, and implementation. It hopefully can help their economy. Providing skills in making hanging flower pot hangers is something new for mothers in Karanganyar village. It can certainly provide an interesting solution in helping their economy. Training will be given to women in Karanganyar village. In addition, this service will also find a place to sell the produced products (Partners). Thus, they do not hesitate to have succeeded in making various kinds of attractive pot hangers of various sizes with various patterns

Abstract

Abstrak PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran dalam penataan penyimpanan atau arsip dokumen menggunakan model penyimpanan secara konvensional, yaitu dokumen diarsip atau disimpan kedalam map dan lemari. Pengelolaan data surat juga dicatat kedalam buku besar surat masuk dan surat keluar sehingga terkadang bagian SDM lupa dalam mencatat data surat masuk dan surat keluar. Tidak tersusunnya laporan sehingga mengakibatkan penumpukan dokumen dan lama dalam proses pencarian dokumen. Tidak adanya penomoran atau pengelompokan dokumen akibatnya menyulitkan dalam proses manajemen dokumen. umen sehingga dapat menyelesaikan masalah perarsipan dokumen. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Prototype, dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML. Implementasi sistem ini menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai database, serta pengujian sistem menggunakan black box. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu sistem E-dokumen dalam memanajemen pengarsipan dokumen. Aplikasi dokumen menjadi salah satu penerapan alternatif solusi yang cukup handal untuk memecahkan masalah ini. Penerapan sistem yang akan dibuat didukung oleh aplikasi berbasis website, diharapkan menjadi aplikasi pengendalian dokumen yang fleksibel, penyimpanan data bisa lebih banyak lagi dan dalam proses pencarian dokumen bisa lebih cepat tanpa membuka satu persatu dokumen yang sudah di arsipkan didalam lemari. Abstract

Bandar Lampung is the capital city of Lampung Province carrying out a lot of public infrastructure development. This development must have maintenance in the field of infrastructure. The problem statement of this study was seen on the damaged infrastructure so that it needed improvement in order that people were able to submit the complaints or aspirations on the recent infrastructure. The objective of this study wass to design the mobile-based e-complaint technology for the Government of Bandar Lampung. This E-Complaint technology was developed through the Waterfall method containing Literature Study, Observation, Interview, Documentation, UML, Waterfall Formation, and Coding Writing. This software wass tested with Black-box testing in order to obtain the accurate results originated from the users’ need. The last step was socializing this application to the public so that people understood the way to use and know the function of this software. The result of this study was in the form of A Mobile-Based E-Complaint Technology Application for the Government of Bandar Lampung. This application facilitated the people of Bandar Lampung to report all their complaints or aspirations directly to the Government of Bandar Lampung. Keywords: E-Complaint, Mobile-Based Application

Abstract

Pemerintah Desa Tebat Jaya belum memiliki sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam administrasi pengarsipan surat dimulai dari pembuatan, penerimaan hingga penyimpanan surat. Penyimpanan atau pendokumentasian surat masuk dan keluar masih berupa masih dalam bentuk hardcopy sehingga menyulitkan perangkat desa yang bertugas. Proseses pencarian dokumen lama juga mengalami kesulitan sebab harus membuka terlebih dahulu data-data lama dan mencarinya satu persatu. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Rational Unified Process (RUP) merupakan sebuah proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dilakukan secara iteratif (berulang) dan inkremental (bertahap dengan progres menaik). Menghasilkan sistem informasi desa berbasis website yang dapat diakses secara online dan digunakan oleh bagian admin desa, kepala desa dan masyarakat. Admin dapat mengelola data penduduk, kritik dan saran, konfirmasi permohonan surat, mengelola potensi desa, potensi umkm, nilai adat dan budaya serta merekap laporan permohonan. Dan bagian masyarakat melihat informasi potensi dan melakukan permohonan surat. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan dampak kepada lingkungan masyarakat seperti mampu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dari hasil pengolahan data produk hasil olahan masyarakat dan informasi desa. Abstract

Mobile device users are estimated to reach 4 billion in 2018 and 6 billions users in 2023. These mobile devices have changed how individuals and organizations carry out their activities. Increasing smartphone efficiency is changing how companies collaborate with their suppliers and distributors. Blockchain technology, which was first created for Bitcoin, is generating disruption in other industries. Even if the long-term forecasts for Bitcoin and the economy remain uncertain, it is increasingly evident that Blockchain technology can cause enormous disruption. However, because it poses a threat to the existing order of the modern world's prominent organizations, institutions, and power structures, its potential may never be fully realized. This article will introduce you to Blockchain technology and its potential use in the logistics and supply chain. If maintained on the Blockchain, data about supply chains and logistics can be sent across the network in a reliable, secure, and auditable manner. In some supply chain implementations, Blockchain is being replaced by distributed ledger technology, which offers several benefits.
