Academic activities in IAIN Raden Intan Lampung are growing (growing trend). The growth of students and lecturers needs (growing demand) demanding the information about Academic Information System (SIAKAD) for a faster and better information system, and the growth in the performance and capacity, system security and skill of the Human Resources, are expected to be in the highest performance, thus, academic information system audit is required in IAIN Raden Intan Lampung, particularly on the scale of performance and capacity measurement, system security, and Human Resources Training about SIAKAD.Â This research evaluated the application of SIAKAD by the management and user by applying COBIT Framework 4.1.Â Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of DS3: to continually accumulate user trainings, evaluation and motivation are done weekly. Available working facilities have to be boosted up to 95% in order to keep the information system technology updated. Key Performance Indicators of DS5 are to provide skill training for the administrator or user in system security maintenance, and to design software SIAKAD that is not easy to be hi-jacked. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of DS7 is to supervise the users training activity. Monthly evaluation/monitoring will ensure the performance of the activity will be boosted more by the management.The results of the research lead to a conclusion that the process of DS3, DS5, and DS7 in Monitoring and Evaluate given by Pusat Komputer IAIN Raden Intan Lampung is generally in the level of readiness of defined process. There is an indication that the institution knows the existing matters to be solved. Being processed using the standardized method in execution, has significantly defined the steps to be used in supporting the service. The criteria a good government are clean government, transparent, capable to respond the changes effectively, capable to meet demand of public service, society concerns in whole country, reliable, trustworthy, affordable, and interactive. It necessary to harmonize and optimize human resource capacity, and minimize the possible obstacles of each regional to make the strategy and policy of the region in a large portion to respond technology development. So that, the regional autonomy goes along with the national goal. Analysis of harmonization including relation between government regulations about the minimum service standard, regional strategy and policy, and president instruction about development of e-government. Implementation of e-government is one of alternatives to manage regional government that can support government performance in order to adapt technology development. The PNS Dpk lecturer is part for private universities as a lecturer chief next by KOPERTIS. It is expected to be an example for other lecturers / role in each, PTS either in the TRIDARMA college and performance indicators other kopertis with the rules. Judgment lecturer PNS DPK can be conducted easily and automated, that is by using models system supporting decision corresponding to criteria as stipulated by KOPERTIS, especially KOPERTIS region II. Model that can be referred to that can be used is a model Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The application of this model is done through phases: data collection, determination of the main criteria and and sub criteria in the assessment criteria and weighting lecturer, sub criteria, the determination of the priority and implementation using Software Expert choice.Based on application of the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), it can be noted that the criteria have been defined, namely educational teaching, research, outreach and supporting elements.Key word : Performance, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Expert choice.

The management of documentation for the publication of student writings at the IBI Darmajaya library has several problems. These problems include: the accumulation of files that must be inputted within a certain period of time, slow processing, and frequent data inconsistencies. Meanwhile, the publication of student scientific works is a valuable asset of the University and the academic community. So that scientific work that is managed and well documented is very much needed in a university.This study aims to build an independent upload repository for student scientific work publications. The research was conducted in several stages, namely: planning and needs analysis, design, system development and testing. The research produces outputs that facilitate the process of independent uploading of student papers. The independent upload process is carried out in several stages, starting from creating an account, uploading papers and validation from the editor.

Thesis is a term used in Indonesia to describe scientific writing. Thesis is in the form of a written explanation of the results of undergraduate research that discusses phenomena in certain fields of science using applicable rules. In this case study, data mining analysis was carried out using the K Means clustering method. The criteria used to classify thesis titles with K-Means are rpm, name, title, supervisor. The increasing number of students and variations in thesis titles cause difficulties in grouping thesis data. This study aims to classify the thesis data of students of the informatics engineering study program IIB Darmajaya. Grouping is done using an algorithm. K-Means Clustering. The process of calculating the K-Means clustering algorithm uses a simple application built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

A smartphone is a breakthrough of mobile devices that designed to make communication easier. The increasing number of sophisticated features on the smartphone allows users to do many things, such as making video calls, online shopping, and even making real-time direct transactions by only using a smartphone. When consumers are going to purchase a smartphone, they are faced with lots of available features so that consumers hardly decided which smartphone suits their needs. As a result, consumers must conduct one by one surveys regarding the smartphone that they are going to buy. According to the reasons, the decision support system in choosing a smartphone through the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help consumers to select their desirable smartphone without conducting one by one surveys. This system is built using Codelgniter Framework and MySQL database. The system was tested using the usability testing method and the accuracy method by comparing manual calculations with the existing calculations in the system. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the system is proven to be accurate and feasible to use in assisting users in making smartphone selections. In Karanganyar village, many mothers are in productive age, and they have the ability to engage new knowledge. The mothers have free time in the afternoon, around 15.00 until just before sunset. They get together to chat freely. Sometimes, conversations are not good for themselves. Time is wasted without any benefit as this is a problem. It is because there is time with their relatively young age. On the other hand, their economic condition is not very good. It makes the Community Service team takes an opportunity to provide these mothers with training, mentoring, and implementation. It hopefully can help their economy. Providing skills in making hanging flower pot hangers is something new for mothers in Karanganyar village. It can certainly provide an interesting solution in helping their economy. Training will be given to women in Karanganyar village. In addition, this service will also find a place to sell the produced products (Partners). Thus, they do not hesitate to have succeeded in making various kinds of attractive pot hangers of various sizes with various patterns

Pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 masyarakat dibatasi dalam setiap kegiatannya. Masa pandemi sangat memungkinkan berdampak pada keterpurukan UMKM. Demikian pula halnya pada UMKM Kopi Desa Campang Bandar Lampung yang mengalami penurunan omzet sejak pandemi Covid 19. Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan dalam mendesain kemasan dan membangun media pemasaran online kepada UMKM Desa Campang. Media pemasaran online yang dihasilkan berbasis free Webstore dan shopie. Perbaikan kualitas kemasan dan adanya Media pemasaran ini diharapkan dapat membantu memulihkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Campang pada umumnya dan khususnya UMKM Kopi.
