<![CDATA[يعتبر علم الفلك من العلوم الطبيعة التي حظيت باهتمام كبير من الإنسان عبر الزمن . ومن ذلك البحث هو في مسألة رؤية الأهلة التي اختلفت العلماء حولها حتى الآن . فابن المجدي في كتابه "غنية الفهيم والطريق إلى حل التقويم" قد حل هذا الإشكال من منظور الفلك والرياضيات . يقول ابن المجدي إن الهلال إذا لم يكن قريبًا من حدود الرُّؤْيَة والامْتِنَاع، والاعتماد أنْ تنظرَ إلى مقوّمي النَّيْرَيْن نصف نهار التاسع والعشرين من الرُّؤْيَة وبُهْتَيْهما وساعات نصف النهار بعد أنْ تزيدَ عليها ثلثي ساعة، ثم استخرج البعد لتلك الساعات من جداول أبهات الشمس». فهو يذكر هنا طريقة المأخذ إذا لم يكن الهلال قريبا من حدود الرؤية والامتناع. والكتاب مطابق لأسلوب عصره ولمعاييْر العلم السائدة آنذاك.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Price Book Value dengan Return On Asset dan Debt to Equity Ratio sebagai variabel moderating Pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan memilih sampel dari suatu populasi berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu, maka perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang menjadi sampel penelitian berjumlah 10 perusahaan dari perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data dari penelitian ini menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian dengan uji statsitik memperlihatkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Book Value. Ada pengaruh signifikan antara Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Return On Asset. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio. Tidak terdapat moderasi dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan Return On Asset dengan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Price Book Value. Ada pengaruh moderasi dan berpengaruh signifikan Debt to Equity Ratio dengan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Price Book Value]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to formulate a determinant model of capital structure and firm value. The population of this study is the tourism industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. In this study the entire population is sampled (Total Sampling). Data collection procedures by collecting audited (annual report) financial report data issued by the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that partially profitability, institutional ownership and firm size had a significant effect on capital structure while company growth had no significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneously the profitability variables, institutional ownership, company growth and company size affect the capital structure. Partially profitability, institutional ownership, company size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, while company growth does not significantly influence firm value Simultaneously profitability, Institutional ownership, company size, company growth and capital structure have a significant effect on company value in the sector tourism industry.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to test and analyze the effect of the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on financial performance in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In addition, this research aims is to determine how much the contribution of the independent variable Corporate Social Responsibility affects the dependent variable Return On Asset and Return On Equity. The population in this research is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which amounts to 41 companies. sampling in this research using purposive sampling technique, so that the sample obtained amounted to 10 companies. This type of research is quantitative and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which was previously tested with the classic assumption test. Then testing the hypothesis, namely the t test and testing the coefficient of testing. The data analysis technique is assisted by using SPSS version 16 for windows. The results showed that partially Corporate Social Responsibility did not significantly influence Return On Assets and Corporate Social Responsibility did not significantly influence Return On Equity. The coefficient of determination (R簡) is 0.009, in this case the contribution of the variable Corporate Social Responsibility that affects Return On Assets and Return On Equity in Mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is 7% while the remaining 93% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the Determinant Factor Model of Work Stress and Nurse Performance at a Private Hospital in Medan City. The location of this research was carried out at several Type B private hospitals in Medan City such as Bina Kasih Hospital, Columbia Medan Hospital, Herna Hospital, Indonesian Workers Imelda Hospital, Martha Friska Hospital, Mitra Sejati Hospital, Murni Teguh Hospital, Permata Bunda Hospital, Royal Prima Hospital, Siloam Dirga Surya Hospital, and St. Elisabeth. The population referred to in this study is the female nurse paramedic staff at the Type B Private Hospital in Medan. Respondents who will be taken are 160 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The data analysis method used was PLS-SEM. The results showed that there was a significant effect of social support on work stress. There is a significant effect of Multiple Role Conflict on Job Stress. There is a significant effect of Job Stress on Nurse Performance. There is a significant effect of Social Support on Nurse Performance. There is a significant effect of Multiple Role Conflict on Nurse Performance. There is a significant effect of Multiple Role Conflict on Nurse Performance through Job Stress. There is a significant effect of Social Support on Nurse Performance through Work Stress.]]>

<![CDATA[Personal financial management practices are generally used by people for a process of dealing with their financial needs. Usually the practice of personal financial management is assessed through an attitude, character, and financial behavior of a person which includes the level of personal debt, assistance in the stock market, the ability to be effective in handling or increasing wealth, and the ability to calculate assets at a relatively low cost. This research has a specific objective, namely to study the factors that influence the Personal Financial Management Practices of Generation Y in Medan City and produce a Personal Financial Management Practice Model Based on Financial Literacy, Future Orientation and Spiritual Intelligence in Generation Y in Medan City. This research is a basic research (basic research). The population in this study were all students in some of the best private universities in North Sumatra. To determine the sample size, the use of Maximum Likelihood estimation in the Structural Equation Model (SEM) is 100-200 samples, so the researcher will take a sample of 100-200 respondents in order to fulfill one of the requirements of the data analysis method using SEM. Thus the sample of this study was taken as many as 150 students as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of PLS. The results of the study indicate that future orientation has a negative and insignificant effect on personal financial management practices in Generation Y in Medan City. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management practices in Generation Y in Medan City. Spiritual intelligence which moderates future orientation and financial literacy on personal financial management practices has a positive effect on future orientation, but has a negative effect on financial literacy and the two variables moderated by spiritual intelligence are not significant on personal financial management practices in Generation Y in Medan City .]]>

The Falak Observatory of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (OIF UMSU) is one that has played an important role in the development of astronomy in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra. In this observatory there are classical and modern astronomical tools. Among the role and contribution of this observatory is to provide information for students about the phenomenon and importance of astronomy, then training for students, astronomy studies, and others. The existence of this observatory is basically an appreciation of science and technology that are part of civilization.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengtahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Pengawasan dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Pendekatan penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan aasosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang yang berjumlah 81 orang, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh maka sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 81 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian didapatkan motivasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Pengawasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja Pegawai. Motivasi, pengawasan dan kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja Pegawai.]]>
