AbstractThis research aims to get understanding about a definition and a concept of Inong Balee in a political violence in Aceh; secondly, to get an evidence of gender paradox in the Inong Balee’s role and existence in Aceh; thirdly, to criticize the concept of Inong Balee’s gender paradox from Ethical Feminism viewpoint; fourthly, all of them are formulated as a recommendation for a resolution of the political violence in Aceh. The result of this research is the Inong Balee is a general term to show ‘a widow’, so that the Inong Balee is not a woman group’s name of National Liberation Front of Aceh (GAM=Gerakan Aceh Merdeka). The role of Inong Balee as mother bearing and educating children in a domestic region can make a balance with their role as a family head who must struggle in a public region to replace their husband. According to Ethical Feminism, values developed by Inong Balee actually represent the feminine values like patience, mildness, and peacefulness.Keywords: Inong Balee, gender paradox, feminism

This research focuses on transgender patients discrimination in Yogyakarta in accessing healthcare services. There are two questions on this research: what is the obstacle faced by the transgender-patients in accessing healthcare services? How is the analysis of biomedical ethics seeing this issue? Theresults on this research are despite the facttheywere notbeing discriminated inthehospital, they did not getthe health insurance by the governmentbecause of the administrative issuewhichcan not accommodatetheir genderchoice. Therefore, this researchseeks to understand the barriers of transgender patients in accessing healthcareservices through the perspective of biomedical ethics ofTom L. Beauchamp and James Childress. The researcher concludes that thegeneral ruleon social benefitsappliedin society isstill limitedonlyto the specificgenders. Itis not in accordance with the two principles in biomedical ethics:the principle of justice states that the transgender who is physically harmedhasright to getsocial benefitsto remedy the effect of thedisadvantagesdue to theirnatural property and to have more equal chance of life;and the principle of autonomy states that an autonomous decision of the transgender people to choose their gender is related to the individual rightsalthough they have different view with others andas long as their action do not leave the disadvantage toothers,it must be respected as a moral obligation.

Research entitled "Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis in exposing the Crime of Political Communication in The Digital Ag" is motivated by crime issues that have developed into various social crimes, such as cyber crime, psychological crime, economic crime, and political crime. In the digital age, the crime of political communication is new because this form of crime is sublimated in e-commerce which tends to appeal to all ages. Critical discourse analysis offers a critical perspective in addressing the latest phenomena facing humans in the Digital Age. Especially the phenomenon of technology whose development is increasingly fast and uncontrollable. The purpose of this study is to reveal various forms of political communication crime through critical discourse analysis. The method used in this research is the library method. The results showed that the crime of political communication in the Digital Age occurred through the medium of the Digital Market as a medium of political communication

The research entitled " The Role Of Education And Knowledge Science of Digital Era In The Perspective of Critical Thinking Teaching Method Norman Fairclough" is motivated by challenges that bring together the increasingly complicated world of education and science in the digital age, only that there is something in accordance with the questionable model offered, which also attracts human interest in pseudo truth and information. The critical discussion method offered by Fairclough has opened new horizons for education and science so that it is not difficult to offer free sophistication and sophistication, because developments in the digital age are also recognized as having a negative impact on humans. This research is qualitative research using the literature method. Norman Fairclough, meanwhile the material objects used in this study are the basic concepts of research and research methods. Penelitian ini fokus pada transformasi metode pembelajaran Pancasila. Ada dua pertanyaan yang hendak dijawab, yaitu: 1) metode apa yang selama ini digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila? Apa kelebihan dan kekurangan metode tersebut?; 2) apa inovasi yang dapat ditawarkan kepada guru Pendidikan Pancasila untuk membuat mata pelajaran Pancasila menjadi menarik? Berdasarkan hasil focus group discussion yang penulis lakukan di 72 sekolah yang tersebar di tiga kota, yakni Maluku, Kupang, dan Batam, sebagian besar guru masih menggunakan metode teacher centered learning karena keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, serta kendala kemampuan guru. Implikasinya, output pembelajaran yang menekankan demokrasi dan kebhinekaan dalam kehidupan tidak tercapai maksimal dan kesenjangan kualitas pendidikan antar wilayah pedesaan dan perkotaan akan semakin besar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan konsep experiential learning yang digagas oleh John Dewey sebagai basis metode penguatan pendidikan demokrasi dan Pancasila sebagai sarana dan tujuan untuk menggali pengalaman murid. Peneliti menyimpulkan experiential learning dapat mengatasi kesenjangan kualitas pendidikan dengan mendorong siswa untuk menjadi subjek aktif, bertanggung jawab, dan mandiri dalam proses belajarnya. Sedangkan guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang membimbing aktivitas siswa. Apabila tahapan experiential learning dijalankan secara tepat, transformasi ini akan mendorong pembelajaran Pancasila yang lebih demokratis dan demokratisasi sejak dini.
