Abstract

Serangga Hypothenemus hampei memiliki kemampuan untuk menggerek biji kopi, dan digunakannya sebagai sumber makanan, tempat hidup dan siklus hidup. Aktivitas hidup dari  H. hampei menyebabkan rontoknya buah kopi dan penurunan kualitas serta kuantitas buah kopi hingga 40%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan isolat bakteri pektinolitik yang memiliki toleransi tinggi terhadap lingkungan khususnya kafein, tanin dan polifenol. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari tahap pembuatan media skrining bakteri pektinase, isolasi bakteri endosimbion dan identifikasi spesies serta fisiologi bakteri. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dan skrining bakteri pada sistem pencernaan H. hampei didapatkan 15 isolat bakteri pektinolitik endosimbion. Hasil identifikasi tiga isolat terpilih diketahui bahwa isolat 2B termasuk golongan Enterobacter sp. atau Actinobacillus sp., isolat 31B masuk ke dalam Micrococcus sp. dan isolat 42B termasuk Chromobacterium sp. Penelitian ini berguna sebagai kajian untuk strategi penanganan hama serangga H. hampei dengan menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri pektinolitik.

Abstract

The research of parasitoid diversity of whitefly and Aphid on soybean were conducted at District of  Lumajang  from Juni to Agustus 2013. The objectives of this research were to study  the biodiversity, abundance and parasitism of whitefly and Aphid parasitoid of soybean. Measurement of insect diversity was calculated using Shannon’s index. The result Showed, i.e. polynema sp (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae),   Eretmocerus sp, Encarsia sp Aphelinus sp. (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) and Aphidius sp (Hymenoptera: Aphididae). Parasitoid were abundance in whitefly and aphid popular a soybean which is becomes a potential biocontrol  pest management of whitefly and Aphid a soybean Keywords: Aphid , diversity, parasitoid, whitefly

Abstract

Along with the times, there has been a shift in the perspective of organizational management, especially the involvement of human resources. In this century, HR is given a high position, including fulfilling satisfaction. This is done, because the owner of the company realizes that progress will only be achieved if HR maintenance is carried out very well. This study is interested in examining how performance is from the employee's point of view. This is intended so that all interests within the company can be accommodated, especially the interests of HR as the spearhead of the company. To follow up this research, a quantitative approach and regression analysis were used. The object of this research is Panin bank employees in South Tangerang City Region. The results of the study indicate that a good compensation system is a factor that greatly affects the increase in performance. The results of the descriptive analysis explain that employees consider compensation to be the core of a million reasons for wanting to work, willing to be ordered, accepting pressure, ready to sacrifice time and energy. So, if all the sacrifices that have been made for a whole month get a high appreciation, in this case the compensation is commensurate, then very good work productivity will be born.

Abstract

This Employee benefits are obligations of every company that has a major influence on the company from an external perspective such as stakeholders in this case the company owner or creditors and internal such as workers who will have a direct impact on the company's performance. Due to its great influence on the company, it is deemed necessary for the purpose of this study to properly disclose in accordance with generally accepted financial accounting standards. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the research at PT BANGUNAN Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, it can be concluded that the employee benefits at PT BA BANGUNAN can be categorized into three categories based on PSAK 24, namely short-term employee benefits, post-employment benefits, and severance pay. PSAK 24. Company management should remain consistent in the application of PSAK 24 so that information on employee benefits reporting remains reliable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Growth, Accounting Conservatism, and Fiscal Loss Compensation on Tax Avoidance in manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector consumer goods industry listed on the IDX for the 2016 - 2020 period. Sales Growth Variable is measured by NSGR, Accounting Conservatism is measured by KNSV, Fiscal Loss Compensation is measured by Dummy Variable, and Tax Avoidance is measured by CETR. This research is a quantitative study and uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports from the IDX. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, obtained 10 pharmaceutical companies as research samples. The data analysis tool uses the Eviews version 12 software program. The results show that Sales Growth and Accounting Conservatism have a significant positive effect on Tax Avoidance, while Fiscal Loss Compensation has no effect significant to Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berjudul Pentingnya Menabung Sejak Dini Sebagai Langkah Dalam Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan Di Indonesia Pada Yayasan Ridho Ilahi Kemang Bogor ini bertujuan untuk untuk memperkenalkan  dan  memberikan  pengetahuan  serta  pemahaman  kepada para siswa dan siswi Yayasan Ridho Ilahi Kemang - Bogor mengenai cara menabung dan juga merupakan  wahana bagi  dosen untuk  mengabdikan keilmuannya, mengajak serta menanamkan kesadaran kepada para siswa bahwa sangat penting menabung dan merencanakan keuangan dengan baik untuk ikut andil dalam peran serta menurunkan angka kemiskinan di Indonesia. Target dari pengabdian ini adalah para siswa-siswi Yayasan Ridho Kemang Ilahi, Bogor – Jawa Barat. Hasil dari PKM ini terbukti bahwa para siswa yang mayoritas berada dalam garis kemiskinan dapat mengusai cara menabung yang benar berapa persentase untuk menabung dan berapa persentase untuk konsumtif agar tetap bisa mempertahankan keuangan yang sehat hingga sampai dewasa nanti dan akhirnya dapat membantu berperan dalam mengurangi angka kemiskinan di Indonesia. Keywords: kemiskinan, menabung, usia dini
