Abstract

At this moment, Event Organizer Creatrix Organizer records its items manually. Creatrix Organizer have not used structural system to record the items yet. Creatrix Organizer always having trouble to find the item for small scale event. The small-scale events does not require all the items from the warehouse and take time to find the items needed for the event. This situation will result in a delayed process. The customer will not be satisfied because the work is not optimal. Based on the Creatrix Organizer problem, the authors design a system that can record and count items automatically using Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Not only tool, but also a website using CodeIgniter Framework and smartphone application using Ionic Framework for worker to make their job easier to find the needed items for the event. The database used for the applications is MySQL.The results of the applications are, they can record and count the items automatically using UHF Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Furthermore, they can record and search the items that available in the website. Smartphone application is used for searching the items that available to use.

Abstract

Electricity nowadays has become a fundamental necessity for various human activities for various functions. In Indonesia authorized as a provider of electrical energy is Negera Electricity Company (PLN), to know the large electrical energy used, a tool is needed called kWh meters. There are two kinds of analog kWh meters and digital kWh meters. The recording carried out by PLN is now varied from the coming of the officers to record manually or by doing many prepaid systems. This kind of recording is a waste of time and is less effective to do in modern times like this that everything is instant.Things like this will certainly begin to be abandoned when not updated soon. It is therefore necessary to centrally read digital kWh Meter technology that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Looking at the above problem, it takes an application to see the use of kWh, voltage, current, power, and power factor. To monitor the use of a tenant tenant centrally and anywhere can be accessed.This system uses Raspberry Pi and Website. This system can detect the use of kWh meters now with digital kWh meters connected with Raspberry Pi and the user or admin can see the usage of the website in direct. Users can view graphs of the usage of kWh, voltage, current, power, and power factor. In addition, users can also get notifications if they exceed the specified limit. This system can help record kWh on each tenant as an effective way

Abstract

In monitoring the charging of power source using solar panels, it is very important to find out the process of charging resources. Research about monitoring process has been carried out previously, but the monitoring process still depends on other software, and it cannot be done by mobile. In this research, the monitoring of solar charge controller will be carried out where user is no longer depends on additional applications / software and also can be done via PC / smartphone.The solar charge controller itself comes with a factory default software for data monitoring, but the usage of the application is very limited to the wiring system and also the monitoring process cannot be carried out by mobile. This research aims to be able to carry out the monitoring process by mobile using Raspberry Pi, so that users are no longer limited by wiring system and monitoring can be done in application which based on mobile web application, so that users can find out the monitoring process from a website on a desktop and also via smartphone.Through several test that has been held, it can be concluded that monitoring process can be done online using Raspberry Pi and modbus rs485 devices in mobile web application. The power parameters taken by the application are solar voltage, solar current, battery voltage, charge current, and load power. The application is also able to run / monitor several existing devices or more than one device in one application. During testing process, it is using 1 scc device and for other devices using a virtual device. The result of the percentage error from the measurement of the monitoring device is the reading of the solar voltage parameter data has an accuracy rate of 99.26% with an average 0.1 V selection, solar current has an accuracy rate of 95.6% with an average difference of 0.03, and the battery voltage has an accuracy 96.31 with an average difference of 0.18V.

Abstract

The development of information technology is increasingly advanced and fast. Many technologies go into other fields such as agriculture. The most frequently used technology is IoT. All forms of IoT Technology will relate to the internet. This technology can facilitate people in the field of agriculture such as making hydroponic nutrients automatically with the website application. Obviously this technology requires microcontroller tools, sensors and other robotic tools.To connect with censorship tools and website applications, microcontrollers are required as a control center. Creating a website application using the PHP programming language. As for microcontrollers use the C++ programming language. On the website will be displayed data in graphic form. The process of sending sensor data to a website via a local server. The microcontroller used is Wemos D1R1 which has a wifi module.The result of this research is the microcontroller managed to run well with the website application. PH control and monitoring system, the concentration and volume of water running according to the setpoint specified by user. User Interface which is simple and easy to understand.

Abstract

Electricity is a basic need that is still not optimal in Indonesia, and  the waste of electricity in Indonesia which is quite large, therefore with this tool can help to save electrical energy, but it can also monitor the burden attached to the tool can help manage financial because this tool displays total usage and total price.The tool that I made consisted of several main components such as the Arduino microcontroller, the ZMPT101B voltage sensor module, the ACS712 30A current sensor module. From the installed load, the data in the form of voltage and current will be read by the sensor and sent to the microcontroller for calculation.The calculation results will be uploaded to Firebase, which later will be fetched and showed by the Android application, The application will also be equipped with other features such as, on-off switch, reset, history,setkwh and total cost .

Abstract

Internet of things in a broad sense makes everything in the world connected to the internet that is connected continuously. The internet of things can control, send data, and so on that uses the internet so that it can be done remotely without knowing distance. The current implementation of air humidity control is still done by feeling directly through human skin and then will do the fogging if the humidity is felt lacking. With the internet of things, it can be implemented to control air humidity remotely through the website. To make the air humidity controller needed a tool such as humidity sensor and air temperature SHT11, microcontroller, relay, sprayer. The website uses the website for the interaction of humidity and air temperature sensors, microcontrollers, or other tools through the internet. This website is used to facilitate users to access the internet anywhere and use devices that are able to open websites. Website created using php. The microcontroller used is WeMos D1 R2 which has ESP8266 in it. The final result of the development of this air humidity controller is that the microcontroller can send data from the sensor to the web server, air humidity that matches the setpoint. Users can view daily humidity and air temperature charts.

Abstract

Every universities is obliged to apply research and community service. Based on data frm the official website of Ristekdikti, the number of lecturers at universities in Indonesia is very large, so we need a system to collect data and manage lecturer data. With so many data held by the lecturer, the data collection becomes ineffective when having to retype it. Therefore, a program was made to help lecturers to collect research and community service data through data that was already in the university’s information system. This research uses a web service that has been provided by SISTER Ristekdikti. The method used is Representational State Transfer (REST). Data from the university is about research and community service. Input data must be mapped first to fit the required data. The program of this research will provide the success of adding data to SISTER Ristekdikti. The test result of the research program show that the data has been successfully entered into the SISTER Ristekdikti mirror database. From the results of the questionnaire obtained the results that the overall application is good with an average value of 2.7. In addition, the application helps lecturers to complete P2M data and the data displayed in accordance with needs with an average value of 3.

Abstract

Scientific journal is one of a media for researcher to publish their research result as a report. Pusat Penelitian (Puslit) is a framework in Petra Christian University Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) with objective to help and develop applied research activity for lecturer and or student. In 2012, Puslit develops a site for citation of scientific paper, as GudangPaper to accommodate research information/scientific research formation in Indonesia in form of article and or e-journal. In the following developing, GudangPaper want to be integrated with many social site to form a social network for the researcher, one of them is to create an application based on Facebook API. Based on the background problem, an application using Facebook API is designed with JavaScript SDK and PHP SDK from Facebook along with Facebook social plugin. Stages of application system design process are do a survey from 5 different e-journal repository sites that have social network system, analize database from GudangPaper, design the Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram for the application to be made. To make the user interface appealing, CSS framework, Bootstrap 2.0 is used. The results of this research are library management system, social feature such as groups and plugin from Facebook and connect the application with Facebook user as a promotion media and form the social network.

Abstract

Smart Home is an application system that is a combination of technology and services that specialize in the home environment with specific functions aimed at improving the efficiency, comfort and security of the occupants. This intelligent home system uses a microcontroller to process functions that Smart Home applications will provide, such functions as rfid for door access and pir sensors for motion detection.To interact with sensors, microcontroller, or other tools through the Internet used Android devices. By using Android users can control the sensors already listed on the Android app with the internet. Android uses JAVA for programming language. Then here the sensor also needs to connect with microcontroller. Microcontroller used is Arduino IDE with WEMOS D1R2 board. Setting the sensor can only be done with a microcontroller, then it's all connected via the internet in order to be applied on Android.The end result of this research is the successful communication between the components of the device, sensors, and Android devices. Users can open or close the solenoid, users can also turn off or turn on electronic devices using Android.

Abstract

As survey results conducted, it was found that it was difficult tomonitor water consumption and to manage water consumption.Water consumption become very unregulated and the surveyconducted found that respondents agreed with the existence of aweb-based water consumption monitoring and managementsystem. In this study, a trial will be conducted to help solve thisproblem by modernizing water meters or implementing Internetof Things technology on each water meter. Then for paymentsystem will be using a token system. The implementation of IoT inwater meters is in terms of measuring water consumption andlimiting the water consumption. The results of the system foundthat the system was capable of monitoring water consumption,limiting water consumption, and increase water consumptionlimit using token.
