Abstract

Dalam produksi radioisotop 99Mo akan ditimbulkan limbah radioaktif yang mengandung campuran uranium dan hasil belah. Pengolahan dilakukan untuk memisahkan uranium dari hasil belah menggunakan resin penukar anion. Resin penukar anion akan selektif mengikat uranium dalam bentuk uranium kompleks. Telah dilakukan penelitian pengolahan limbah simulasi dengan konsentrasi uranium 0,05g/L menggunakan resin penukar anion amberlit IRA-400(Cl) dengan cara mengkomplekkan uranium dengan Na2CO3. Variable yang dipelajari adalah jumlah Na2CO3 dan waktu kontak. Penjerapan uranium yang optimal diperoleh pada penambahan Na2CO3. 0,75 gram (U / Na2CO3 ? 0,067), waktu kontak 60 menit dengan penjerapan uranium 88,6 % berat. Resin IRA-400 (Cl) yang jenuh uranium disolidifikasi dengan polimer resin epoksi. Karakterisasi polimer-limbah hasil solidifikasi dilakukan dengan pengukuran densitas, kuat tekan dan laju pelindihan. Densitas ditentukan dengan mengukur berat dan volume polimer-limbah, kuat tekan ditentukan dengan alat uji tekan Paul Weber dan laju pelindihan ditentukan dengan alat sokhlet. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kandungan limbah yang optimal adalah 20 % berat dengan densitas 1,036 g/cm3, kuat tekan 12,153 kN/ cm2dan tidak terdeteksi adanya pelindihan uranium keluar dari polimer-limbah.

Abstract

Uranium waste generated from the utilization of nuclear technology on radioisotope production, nuclear fuel production, calibration of fuel post-irradiation, and the purification of uranium from yellow cake. Uranium is a long-lived radionuclides and hazardous if it was entered in human body, thus requiring appropriate treatment with high safety. The processing conducted by separated the uranium which was contained on waste with ions exchange process. Uranium has been separated, later then immobilized with the polymer. The study of simulation uranium waste processing using an Alumina Silica Phosphate (ASP) has been conducted. Simulation uranium waste with the concentration of 0,05 g/l was contacted to ASP with contact timer and pH as a parameters. The Alumina Silica Phosphate which saturated with uranium, later then immobilized with epoxy resin polymer by total of waste contents as a parameter. The immobilization was conducted by mixing ASP which saturated with uranium and epoxy resin. The study showed that the best composition of ASP was obtained at the ratio of 1:1, contact time of 15 minute, and pH of 7 with absorption of uranium about 93,5%. The characteristic of polymer and the immobilization waste showed that optimum of waste content is 20% of weight with the density of 1,0538 g/cm3; compressive strength of 19,96 kN/cm2 and there was not detected the leaching of uranium which out from the polymer-waste. Therefore, ASP can be used on processing of uranium waste and could be suggested to be applied on Radioactive Waste Management Installation.

Abstract

Based on the development program, the goal to be achieved is to shape individuals and communities to become independent. This independence includes the independence of thinking, acting, and controlling what they do. From observations made, there are PKK members who only act as housewives. Though they can earn money to support their family income. As a solution, they need to get proper training conducted by the local government, service programs, or certain other institutions. In line with this PKM activity, there will be training and fostering creativity for PKK members through the use of dried grains into various dried flower creations. This activity was began with communicate by local PKK management. The presentation of the material was done by the method of lectures and discussions. Furthermore, training and practice directly make dried flowers with materials that have been prepared by the service team. To motivate participants to be more creative and uplifting, the dedication team presented a ready-made example. It hopes that participants will gain useful skills and eventually become creative and skilled human beings to increase family income.

Abstract

Community service is one of the Tridharma of university lecturers apart from teaching and research. To realize this, Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI University, West Sumatra, are carrying out Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities with the theme Fishery Product Processing Training for Students of the Freshwater Fisheries Agribusiness Department at SMK Negeri 10 Padang. This PKM aims to provide skills and knowledge to students regarding the processing of freshwater fisheries products and as a form of integrating PKK subjects and productive freshwater fisheries cultivation in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. In implementing the independent curriculum, there are many ways or models of learning that can be used in the hope that the quality of learning will increase. One model that can be applied is the integrative learning model. This learning model is inductive, which combines several aspects into one process. Class XII students attended this activity and carried out using the lecture method, practical processing of freshwater fishery products, and questions and answers. After participating in this activity, students are expected to be able to practice for themselves how to process freshwater fish into products that have economic value and a high selling value.

Abstract

Memasuki era Revolusi Industri 5.0 yang berfokus pada pengintegrasian teknologi canggih seperti AI, dan robotika dengan keahlian dan inovasi manusia untuk mengembangkan sistem produksi yang lebih efisien, fleksibel, berkelanjutan, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan, Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi diharapkan mampu untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan ini, terutama dalam ikut bersaing dalam memasuki pasar tenaga kerja. Pasar tenaga kerja diharapkan dapat menyerap tenaga kerja yang terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Munculnya berbagai macam pekerjaan baru seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi, menjadi angin segar bagi pencari kerja tapi hal ini menuntut kreativitas lulusan perguruan tinggi agar dapat bersaing dengan berbekal kompetensi yang mereka dapatkan selama menempuh pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kesesuaian atau relevansi lulusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat, periode waktu lamanya alumni mendapatkan pekerjaan, kompetensi lainnya yang di tingkatkan sebagai bekal bagi alumni dalam memasuki pasar tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan survey deskriptif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah  total sampling. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat relevansi atau kesesuain bidang ilmu dengan pekerjaan alumni cukup tinggi sebesar 82,54%, periode waktu transisi yang diperlukan alumni untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan adalah rata-rata 2,67 bulan serta kompetensi lain yang ingin di tingkatkan oleh alumni adalah kemampuan dalam teknologi komputer.
