With the existence of technology and information that is increasingly easily accessible via laptops, smart phones or other electronic devices, the online transaction process is easier and more attractive to the public many people. e-commerce can provide product sales solutions without being affected by regional boundaries. The ease of e-commerce that relies on technology and can send goods via expedition is very beneficial for both parties. <![CDATA[This research aims to analyze (1) influence of knowledge entrepreneurship, industrial work practice and motivation of entrepreneurship interest against an accomplished students of class XII marketing skills competency SMK Negeri Padang city business and management. (2) the influence of knowledge entrepreneurship entrepreneurship interest to grade XII Foreign marketing skills competency SMK Padang city business and management. (3) the influence of the working practices of the industry of interest entrepreneurship grade XII Foreign marketing skills competency SMK Padang city business and management.(4) the influence of motivation overachievers against interest entrepreneurship marketing students of SMK Negeri Padang city business and management. Type of this research is a descriptive associative. The population of this research is the entire class XII student competency expertise marketing SMK Negeri Padang city business and management, totalling 137 persons. Sample withdrawal technique with random sampling proportional to the number of samples as much as 102 people. Analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and inductive analysis: test the assumptions of classical and multiple regression analysis. Results of research: (1) knowledge entrepreneurship, industrial work practices and motivational impact of entrepreneurship interest achievers grade XII Foreign marketing skills competency SMK Padang city business and management.(2) knowledge of significant interest to the influential entrepreneurship entrepreneurship class XII student competency expertise marketing SMK Negeri Padang city business and management. (3) the working practices of influential industry significantly to interest of entrepreneurship class XII student competency expertise marketing SMK Negeri Padang city business and management.(4) an accomplished motivational effect significantly to interest students of entrepreneurship class XII student competency expertise marketing SMK Negeri Padang city business and management. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe the advantages of the Payakumbuh Production Center Area (popular as KSP) as a suitable production area in terms of production cost efficiency and business profits obtained by Muslim stockbreeder in the Payakumbuh area of West Sumatra. The study was conducted on Payakumbuh KSP and as comparative data taken business locations that are outside Payakumbuh KSP. The data used are primary data obtained from laying hens breeders. The total number of breeders in the KSP location was made as research objects i.e. 67 people and as a comparison data using 67 farmers who had business locations outside the KSP. The analyszed data using statistics with different test formulations between the two business locations. The results showed that there was no characteristic difference between breeders who tried at the Payakumbuh KSP business location and outside the Payakumbuh KSP. Based on the difference test between the two business locations, there is a significant difference in production costs and business profits obtained between breeders located on the Payakumbuh KSP and outside the Payakumbuh KSP. This study recommends the importance of the Payakumbuh KSP in determining the sustainability of the business run by breeders. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan keunggulan Kawasan Sentra Produksi (KSP) Payakumbuh sebagai kawasan produksi yang sesuai dari segi efisiensi biaya produksi dan keuntungan usaha yang diperoleh para peternak muslim di daerah Payakumbuh Sumatera Barat. Studi dilakukan di KSP Payakumbuh dan sebagai data pembanding diambil lokasi usaha yang berada di luar KSP Payakumbuh. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari peternak ayam petelur. Jumlah total peternak di lokasi KSP dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian yaitu 67 orang dan sebagai data pembanding menggunakan 67 peternak yang memiliki lokasi usaha di luar KSP. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik dengan formulasi uji yang berbeda antara dua lokasi usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan karakteristik antara peternak yang mencoba di lokasi usaha KSP Payakumbuh dengan di luar KSP Payakumbuh. Berdasarkan uji beda antara kedua lokasi usaha, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara biaya produksi dan keuntungan usaha yang diperoleh antara peternak yang berada di KSP Payakumbuh dan di luar KSP Payakumbuh. Studi ini merekomendasikan pentingnya keberadaan KSP Payakumbuh dalam menentukan kelangsungan usaha yang dijalankan oleh para peternak.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the development program, the goal to be achieved is to shape individuals and communities to become independent. This independence includes the independence of thinking, acting, and controlling what they do. From observations made, there are PKK members who only act as housewives. Though they can earn money to support their family income. As a solution, they need to get proper training conducted by the local government, service programs, or certain other institutions. In line with this PKM activity, there will be training and fostering creativity for PKK members through the use of dried grains into various dried flower creations. This activity was began with communicate by local PKK management. The presentation of the material was done by the method of lectures and discussions. Furthermore, training and practice directly make dried flowers with materials that have been prepared by the service team. To motivate participants to be more creative and uplifting, the dedication team presented a ready-made example. It hopes that participants will gain useful skills and eventually become creative and skilled human beings to increase family income.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pemahaman Kewirausahaan dan Praktik Kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan self Efficacy sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi dari semester enam ke atas yang belum menyelesaikan studinya yaitu berjumlah lebih kurang 463 Mahasiswa.. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan propotional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 192 orang. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pemahaman Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Dengan demikian dapat dimaknai bahwa semakin baik pemahaman kewirausahaan maka minat berwirausaha cenderung meningkat. 2) Praktik kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Dengan demikian dapat dimaknai bahwa semakin baik praktik kewirausahaan maka minat berwirausaha cenderung meningkat. 3) Self Efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Dengan demikian dapat dimaknai bahwa semakin baik self efficacy maka minat berwirausaha cenderung meningkat. 4) Pemahaman Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self efficacy. Dengan demikian dapat dimaknai bahwa semakin baik pemahaman kewirausahaan maka self efficacy cenderung meningkat. 5) Praktik Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self efficacy.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Pengangguran terdidik di Kota Padang. Dimana variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Upah, Kesempatan Kerja dan Jumlah Penduduk Usia Produktif, apakah berpengaruh Terhadap Pengangguran Terdidik Di Kota Padang. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series berupa data sekunder dengan jangka waktu 15 tahun dari tahun 2001 – 2015. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji statistik parsial (uji t) dengan keyakinan 95 persen. Dilakukan Uji F dan diukur dengan Uji R2 (uji koefisien determinasi). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Dalam penelitian ini disarankan: 1) pemerintah memperbanyak lapangan kerja baru bagi penganggur terdidik 2) pemerintah membangun suatu sistem yang mengelola seluruh informasi pasar kerja 3) pemerintah memperhatikan kebijakan makro yang berhubungan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi 4) lembaga pendidikan berperan lebih dalam mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi penduduk usia produktif.Keywords : Pengangguran Pendidik, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Upah, Kesempatan Kerja dan Jumlah Penduduk Usia Produktif]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the influence of entrepreneurship knowledge, e-commerce, family environment, and achievement motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of economic education students at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat. This research was conducted on students of economics education at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat with 100 students who have completed the Entrepreneurship Course with a random sampling technique. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. This research was conducted in February 2022. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship. There is a positive and significant effect of eCommerce on entrepreneurial interest. In addition, there is a positive and significant influence between family environment and interest in entrepreneurship. There is a positive and significant influence between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial interest and simultaneously entrepreneurial knowledge of the use of e-commerce, family environment, and achievement motivation on student entrepreneurial interest.]]>
