Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the importance of justice in performance assessment of learning outcome perceived by student and then foster students’  commitmentto the lecturers, so that students perform well. Research is conducted on students from various faculties in Sebelas Maret University who have experienced Competency-Based Learning. A sample of 200 students taken by  stratified  sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) is used to test the validity of the instrument, while the Cronbach Alpha  is used to test the reliability. Regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses. The results show that students’ commitment to lecturers does not significantly affect the performance of the students. Similarly, when distributive justice and procedural justice controlled commitment does not significantly influence the performance of students. While procedural justice and distributive justice significantly affect the students commitment to the lecturers. Keywords: competency - based learning, justice, commitment, student performance

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Transaksional Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 87 karyawan FIS dan FE UNY. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi. Uji variabel mediasi menggunakan metode Baron and Kenny. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, dan kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediator pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional pada OCB karyawan.Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship BehaviorAbstract: The influence of Transformational and Transactional Leadership to Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence and the relationship among transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Social Science Faculty and Economics Faculty Yogyakarta State University employees. This study was classified as descriptive qualitative research with a sample of 87 participants. The data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Hypothesis test was using the regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. Variable meditation test was using the method of Baron and Kenny. The result showed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on the job satisfaction, transactional leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on the OCB, and job satisfaction was a mediator to the effect to the transformational leadership and transactional leadership on the OCB employees.Keywords: Leadership style, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior

tudi tentang birokrasi berkinerja merupakan studi yang urgen dan aktual, birokrasi berkinerja erat kaitannya dengan aspek kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi, penelitian ini mengkhususkan pada isu kepemimpinan pelayanan dan budaya organisasi. Tujuan pada pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh substansial kepemimpinan pelayanan dan budaya organisasi pada kinerja di Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional satuan kerja Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian menggunakan teknik populasi dengan melibatkan semua aparatur sipil negara/PNS dan pegawai non-PNS sejumlah 85 orang. Penganalisaan data pada penelitian mengunakan deskriptif variabel dan analisis inferensi berbasis pada model persamaan struktural/ Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi perangkat lunak Smart PLS (Partial Least Square), pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji convergent validity, discriminant validity, dari indikator pembentuk konstruk dan composite validity yang menunjukkan instrumen yang digunakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian memaparkan temuan bahwa indeks persepsi responden menghasilkan nilai yang tinggi pada semua variabel, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menyatakan kepemimpinan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan pada budaya organisasi, kemudian kepemimpinan pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan pada upaya mewujudkan birokrasi berkinerja, serta budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja, serta ditemukan hubungan langsung antar variabel. Saran penelitian, agar dilakukan peningkatan pada aspek kepemimpinan pelayanan dan budaya organisasi yang kuat untuk mendapatkan birokrasi yang semakin berkinerja.

Abstract

Introduction: Empowerment can be seen as a process and interrelated goals among various elements of society, one of which is a group of people with disabilities, a phenomenon that exists in today's society they tend to pity rather than provide opportunities for people with disabilities to be independent, this causes self-concept problems such as lack of self-confidence, isolated and inferior from society. Objectives: Efforts to improve social welfare for people with disabilities can be done by providing opportunities for disabled groups to play an active role in people's lives through the Joint Business Group (KUBE) through the Diffable Action Theory approach as actors pursuing goals in situations where norms direct in choosing alternative ways and tools to achieve the goal of empowering people with disabilities. Method: This community service was prepared using a descriptive analytical method with survey method, the sample was taken by purposive sampling on 11,006 people with disabilities in Wonogiri Regency, from a total population of 1,033,857 or 1%. Result: There has been an increase in the self-concept of people with disabilities before and has been given reinforcement about KUBE in increasing independence. Conclusion: The results of the survey in this work found that 8 Joint Business Groups (KUBE) in Wonogiri Regency were able to increase the independence and self-concept of disabled groups. The recommendations from this study can be used as a baseline for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to study the causal relationship between Islamic Work Ethics, Despotic Leadership and Helpful Behavior on the Performance of Individuals with Gender as a Moderating Study at Bank Syariah Indonesia Slamet Riyadi 01 Branch. The population in this study is the total employees at Islamic banks in the city of Surakarta which amounts to approximately 300 people. The sample used in this study used calculations from (Joseph F Hair et al., 2010) which the number of samples was five times the number of indicators, so that the number of samples used was 230 people. The results of this study explain that Islamic business ethics have a significant and significant effect on depostic leadership, despotic leadership has an indirect and significant effect on helping behavior through despotic leadership, Despotic leadership has an indirect effect on individual performance through helping behavior, Gender moderation has a significant effect on despotic leadership. Abstract

Abstract : This study examines the impact of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on work engagement, as well as the intermediary effects of burnout and supervisor support. The study utilizes a descriptive quantitative approach, employing a survey strategy at RS Indriati Solo Baru, Sukoharjo, Central Java. The analysis technique employs Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that Quality of Work Life (QWL) has a favorable impact on work engagement and supervisor support, while having an adverse influence on burnout. Burnout has a detrimental impact on work engagement, whereas supervisor support has a favorable influence on it. An atmosphere that provides support and a supervisor who offers sufficient assistance can increase the level of employee engagement, which in turn contributes to achieving long-term success.Abstrak : Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL) terhadap work engagement, serta peran mediasi burnout dan dukungan atasan. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan strategi survei di RS Indriati Solo Baru, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa QWL berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dan dukungan atasan, serta negatif terhadap burnout. Burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap work engagement, sementara dukungan atasan berpengaruh positif. Lingkungan kerja yang baik dan dukungan atasan yang memadai dapat meningkatkan work engagement karyawan, yang berkontribusi pada kesuksesan jangka panjang.
