Abstract

This study aims to identify barriers and prospects for Small Micro Enterprises (SMEs) based on sex in the District of Singingi. The data collected by observation, interview and questionnaire. The result showed that the owners of SMEs in Singingi Regency dominated by men but not apart from the contribution of the woman (wife). The major obstacle is the lack of capital to develop the business. Other barriers such as availability of raw materials, equipment, technology, and skills possessed by SMEs. Although there are some obstacles, but they still want to maintain the business as their main motivation is to increase family income. Future prospects of SMEs will be better when it get serious attention from the government, especially when viewed from the economic growth rate reached 6 percent in that year provide the opportunity for absorption of industrial goods produced by SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan, kepuasandan word of mouth  (WOM) wisatawan  tamanrekreasi  kota  Pekanbaru. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui service quality dan costumer satisfactionwisatawan taman rekreasi  kota  Pekanbaru. 2) Untuk mengetahui  pengaruh yang signifikan antara service quality  dengan perilaku  WOM  wisatawan  tamanrekreasi kota Pekanbaru. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara  costumer satisfaction  dengan perilaku  WOM  wisatawan  tamanrekreasi  kota Pekanbaru. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara service quality  dengan costumer satisfaction wisatawan taman rekreasi kota Pekanbaru.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 248  responden  yang diambil dengan teknik  purposive samplingdengan  kriteria telah pernah mengunjungi minimal  dua taman rekreasi yang ada di  kota Pekanbaru.  Penelitian ini menggunakan analisisStructural Equation Modelling  (SEM) dengan aplikasi  software Analysis Moment of Structure (AMOS) dan Special Package for Statistis Science (SPSS).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1)  Service qualityberpengaruhsignifikan terhadapperilaku  WOM  wisatawan taman  rekreasi kota Pekanbaru. 2) Costumer satisfactionberpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku WOM  wisatawan taman rekreasi  kota Pekanbaru.  3)  Service qualityberpengaruh signifikan terhadapcostumer satisfaction  wisatawan taman rekreasi  kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research attempts to find out the barriers and efforts of SMEs sharia-based creative on Pekanbaru, where there are differences with other general SMEs. This study is descriptive and unit of analysis is sharia-based creative SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru. Type of data in the research is primary data. The data collect with interviews and surveys to 40 respondents. Sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling with the criteria that the SMEs label themselves as Sharia-based and creative businesses. The results showed that sharia-based creative SMEs in Pekanbaru City apply some sharia concepts. Some aspects that are observed are products, transactions, human resources and Islamic finance. The barrier of SMEs to apply full sharia based are financing Islamic banking, human resources, and relations with the government. Some activities are training, seminars, and other activities to support more sharia business. Recommendations for the owner of sharia-based creative SMEs to improve the knowledge of sharia business and make business networks as possible and keep in the sharia norms.

Abstract

This study evaluated the attributes of social capital that influence the business performance of sharia-based SMEs in Pekanbaru. This research is expected to provide contributions and inputs for SMEs in facing the challenges they enconter in the era of AEC and for the government in making the policy. The methode used is a quantitative descriptive and an inferential analysis. The population of this study is all players in the Sharia-Based SMEs in Pekanbaru that is unknown numbers. In this research, there are 70 respondents. The results showed that the partial reciprocity significantly affected the performance of sharia-based SMEs; while norms, networks, values and proactive action also gave positive effects, but they were not significant. Simultaneously, the six attributes of social capital influenced on the performance of the SMEs significantly. The coefficient of determination is 0.664. It means that the variable of norms, trust, networking, reciprocity, value, and strong desire jointly determine the performance variable of 66.4%. Most of sharia-based SMEs are optimistic to resume the business in the era of ACE (Asean Community of Economi).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and work supervision simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of employees at PT. X Kampar Regency. This study uses a saturated sampling technique with a total of 110 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that simultaneously the K3 variable and work supervision had a significant effect on the work productivity variable of the employees of PT. X Kampar Regency. Partially, K3 has no significant effect on company productivity. Based on the 55.1% determination coefficient test, it shows that the employee productivity variable is influenced by K3 and work supervision, while the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study. This study recommends implementing a new model of occupational safety and health during the covid era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction and religiosity on the performance of PTPN V employees, Sei Galuh District, Kampar Regency using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 32 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture, job satisfaction and religiosity had an effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, organizational culture has greater results than other variables, which is 0.853. The value of R Square is 0.971, this shows that the variables of organizational culture, job satisfaction and religiosity, as a whole have an effect of 97.1% on performance while the remaining 2.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sales strategy carried out by PT. Pekanbaru Indonesia Services Insurance Branch. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used in this language are secondary and primary data. The informants in this study were the leadership and marketing division of PT. Insurance Services Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. The results showed that there are several sales strategies implemented by the company, namely E-Commerce, direct selling, selling and marketing by telephone, company referrals, and mail orders. The suggestion from this research is that it is necessary to improve the promotion strategy through brochures, advertisements, TV shopping and others, so that the public can see Jasindo's insurance products, including fire insurance. Then, further improve service to customers.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is something that all employees who work in an organization want to achieve, so it is necessary to pay attention to the main aspects to achieve job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to explore work life balance, burnout and job characteristics associated with job satisfaction of female employees at the Center for Food and Drug Administration - Balai Besar Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (BBPOM) in Pekanbaru City. This study uses a descriptive study with the intention of explaining work life balance, burnout, job characteristics and job satisfaction felt by BBPOM Pekanbaru female employees. Purposive sampling is used to determine the number of samples to be studied. There were 60 female employees of BBPOM in Pekanbaru City who met the characteristics of the sample. Questionnaire data in the form of statements were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there were still female employees of BBPOM Pekanbaru City who lacked a sense of work life balance and still felt bored at work. The workload at the office piles up plus the burden on household chores that must be completed. As a result of the imbalance of work life and boredom experienced, some employees do not feel satisfied at work. However, in terms of job characteristics, they feel that the work assigned is in accordance with their expertise. This study can be used as input for organizations to achieve job satisfaction for female employees of BBPOM Pekanbaru City by paying attention to work-life balance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) on stock prices in the state-owned bank group. as well as the National Private Bank groups listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2021 and find out the differences. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method and census sampling technique. The results of the study concluded that partially CAR, NPM and NIM had a significant effect on stock prices in the state-owned bank group and in the national private bank group. NPL and LDR partially have a significant negative effect on stock prices in the state-owned bank group and in the private bank group. Statistically, there is no difference in the effect of CAR, NPL, NPM, NIM, and LDR on share prices in the state-owned bank group and in the national private bank group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
