Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of brand image, service quality and purchase intention on purchasing decisions (Study on Consumers of S26 Procal and Promise Gold Powdered Milk at Chanel Hypermarkets in Jakarta Distribution Area). This study took a population of consumers of S26 Procal and Promise Gold milk powder at the Chanel Hypermarket in the Jakarta Distribution Area, amounting to 1,511 people, while the sample used was using slovin calculations where from the population only took a sample of 94 respondents with an error rate of 10%, variable The research consists of independent variables or independent variables (X), namely brand image (X1), service quality (X2) and buying interest (X3) while the dependent variable or dependent variable (Y) is purchasing decisions. The research method is using quantitative methods and the number of statement items is 40 which consists of a list of statements related to brand image variables (X1), service quality (X2), buying interest (X3) and purchasing decisions (Y), each of which is 10 statement items. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale from 1-5 with 5 categories. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and linear regression test. The results of data analysis show that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0.627 + 0.434 (X1) + 0.279 (X2) + 0.279 (X3). The correlation coefficient Rx123 is 0.589 and is in the range 0.40 – 0.599 with a moderate level of relationship, meaning that the influence of brand image (X1), service quality (X2) and buying interest (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) is included in the medium category. While the Adjusted R Squar coefficient of determination of 0.325 shows that brand image (X1), service quality (X2) and buying interest (X3) contribute to purchasing decisions (Y) by 32.5% and the remaining 67.5% is influenced by other factors. In the simultaneous hypothesis test, the Fcount value 15.935>Ftable 2.14 or the probability value Sig 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is Rejected and Ha is accepted, thus the proposed hypothesis stipulates that there is a positive and significant influence between brand image (X1), service quality (X2) and buying interest (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) on S26 Procal and Promise Gold Powdered Milk Consumers at Chanel Hypermarkets in the Jakarta Distribution Area

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, career development, and work ethic on job satisfaction, impacting employee performance at the Tangerang DPRD Secretariat. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 125 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction by 26.8%; hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Career development significantly affects job satisfaction by 40.2%; hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work ethic significantly affects job satisfaction by 28.1%; hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The high demand for performance or performance target standards determined by the company, makes employees will try and be motivated to achieve the performance targets set by the company. Sometimes in the process, it creates a separate conflict for employees. The type of research conducted in this research is associative research where this research has the highest level compared to descriptive and comparative research because this research can be theory which also works to explain, predict, and control a symptom that occurs. The result is known that Fcount 5.546 > Ftable 3.904 or Sig value 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that work conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the contribution of Work Conflict (X1) and Job Stress (X2) to Job Satisfaction (Y) is 5.7% and the remaining 94.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the exact and clear empirical picture of the phenomena that exist in Perum LKBN ANTARA and the policies perceived by employees in increasing management professionalism. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey in order to collect data whose analysis results will be presented in the form of numbers. the results of significant multiple linear regression analysis with a calculated F value of 62.407 with a significance level of 0.000. The significance value is still below the set significance value of 0.05 and positive, so it can be concluded that restructuring, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at LKBN Antara. The better the restructuring, organizational culture and organizational commitment of Perum LKBN ANTARA, the higher the performance of LKBN Antara's employees. Vice versa, if the restructuring, organizational culture and organizational commitment of Perum LKBN ANTARA are not good, then the performance of LKBN Antara employees will decrease.

Abstract

One of the main obstacles in fish farming is the problem of feed. Feed absorbs up to 70% of the production cost of fish farming, where most of the feed needs are met from fish feed manufacturers. The price of factory feed currently circulating is still considered high by fish cultivators, especially freshwater fish cultivators. Thin profit margins do not provide adequate incentives for freshwater fish farmers to develop their businesses so as to increase their level of welfare. Therefore, there needs to be an effort from the government to overcome feed problems, especially in terms of providing quality fish feed at affordable prices so that feed is no longer an obstacle in the development of aquaculture, especially freshwater aquaculture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the business model of making fish feed using the canvas method. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data obtained through research, be it interviews, observations, etc., are reliable, contain honesty, are objective and can be accounted for. This qualitative approach is used as a research procedure that produces descriptions in the form of written words. or verbal from people and observable behavior. The results of this research are very good and have potential for the community.

Abstract

Sosialisasi dan pelatihan media sosial dilaksanakan. Tahapan pertama: dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi persiapan materi pelatihan, persiapan tempat pelatihan, persiapan sarana dan prasarana. Tahapan kedua: adalah tahap pelaksanaan, dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan dan media sosial dengan cara melakukan FGD dan tanyajawab antara trainer (pelatih) dengan peserta. Tahapan ketiga: Pembekalan  pemasaran dengan menggunakan media sosial dan dilanjutkan pelatihan dengan materi Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Media Promosi Online. Tahap keempat: evaluasi yaitu menilai kemampuan peserta pelatihan dalam menggunakan media social sebagai sarana pemasaran produknya dan pendampingan. Hasil dari PKM belum ada aturan-aturan dalam pengelolaan kawasan yang pasti. Lemahnya pengawasan dari stakeholder yang terlibat, kondisi ini terlihat dari pembangunan penginapan dan hotel. Pelatihan penerapan media, Market place dapat meningkatan pendapatan masyarakat pesisir di Desa Wisata Sukarame, Propinsi Banten. Penerapan promosi melalui media  dapat meningkatan pendapatan masyarakat pesisir di Desa Wisata Sukarame, Propinsi Banten. Pratik menggunakan media-media sosial lainnya (instagram, twitter, fanpage Facebook) mitra memahami peran, fungsi, tujuan media promosi online (Website/IT), mampu mengaplikasikan mengaktifkan sebuah website, seperti: hosting, menentukan isi, membuat design atau isi Web, strategi memiliki follower sebanyak-banyak melalui instagram, twitter, fanpage facebook; dan lain-lain Desa Wisata Sukarame, Propinsi Banten.

Abstract

Currently the results produced at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear can reach 225 thousand pairs of shoes every week which consists of the main categories, namely young athletes (YA), Nike Sport Wear (NSW), and Tennis. For the opportunities and constraints faced by the industry, which is very diverse, in dealing with this situation, there are many factors that influence the increase in attention turn-over , such as: Competence, Job Stress and Career Development. It can also result in a very high turn-over  of attention. The purpose its study to analyze the effect of competence, work stress, career development, on turn-over  intention at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear. The method in this study was designed with a quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative descriptive method is used to explain the phenomena that occur regarding the research data. While the method used to explain the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable in this study. This study also uses a survey method.
