Abstract

This quasi experimental research aimed to find out the effectiveness of cooperative learning model of MMP type in terms of students mathematical representations skill. The population of this research was all students of grade 7th of Junior High School 3 Natar in academic year of 2015/2016 which were distributed into five classes, then it was taken two classes as the sampel by purposive random sampling. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the cooperative learning model of MMP type wasnt effective in terms of students mathematical representations skill.

Abstract

Nursing documentation is a record that contains all the data needed to determine nursing diagnoses, planning, actions and evaluations that are arranged in a systematic, valid, and morally and legally responsible manner. Based on a preliminary study with a sample of 10 documentation of internal space medical records taken randomly only 4 (40%) were completely filled and 6 (60%) incomplete. This study aims to determine the effect of pre and post conference services on documenting nursing care. This study uses a pre-experimental design with one-group pretest-posttes design. The method of data collection is using observation sheets. Samples are taken with a simple random sampling system of 10 samples. The results of the study based on the Kolmogrov-smirnov test observations were carried out before and after being given a pre and post conference treatment of 10 statuses obtained a p-value of 0,000. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of the implementation of pre and post conference on the documentation of nursing care. Keywords: Documentation, Pre and post conference

Rasyid M, Anggraini D, Monalisah M, Noviani N, Alfaiz S, Setiawati T, Umayah A, Gunawan B, Arsi A. 2022. Inventory of fruit flies (Diptera: Tephritidae) on papaya plantation in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatera. In: Herlinda S et al. (Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-10 Tahun 2022, Palembang  27 Oktober 2022. pp. 768-776. Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Management that can be done to reduce attacks from fruit flies is to use various traps such as the use of traps and aromas that are favored by fruit fly pests. The purpose of this study was to determine the species in papaya planting and determine the number of insect populations in Tanjung Pering Village, Permata Baru Village, and Timbangan Village, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The method used in this study is the nisbi method, which is a method of looking at the population of fruit fly types by using heavy traps. From the research that has been carried out, as many as 15 steiner traps were successfully installed on papaya planting land in three villages. With the samples obtained, population counting and species identification in fruit flies can be done. There were 5 traps installed in Tanjung Pering Village, 5 traps in Permata Baru Village, and 5 traps in Timbangan Village. The steiner traps set in all three villages showed a diverse number of populations. As for the identification process, the results of the inventory of fruit flies on papaya planting fields were identified as species Bactrocera carambolae and B. kandiensis. The fruit flies that have been identified have differences from morphological characters, including thoracic color, abdominal pattern or pattern, wing shape, to the color of the limbs. The conclusion of the survey conducted in 3 villages was the number of samplings with the highest population was obtained in Timbangan Village and the lowest population was obtained in Tanjung Pering Village. That's why, further research must be held on these fruit flies, so that farmers get the right solution to overcome the problem of fruit fly pests that attack papaya plantations in Ogan Ilir regency, South Sumatra.

Abstract

Abstract Concursus is criminal burden. This contradicts the concept of child protection which is currently an interesting issue in Indonesia. On the one hand, burdensome crime means giving special suffering to the perpetrator of a criminal act and on the other hand protection of children provides something that educates naughty children, not giving suffering to children. Talking about criminal acts, of course, cannot be separated from criminal sanctions. Criminal action correlates with criminal sanctions inherent in criminal acts. The problem of determining criminal sanctions is always related to views on the purpose of punishment. This study discusses the legal considerations of judges in imposing criminal sanctions for children of concurrent criminal offenders in the case verdict number: 445 / Pid. Sus / 2011 / PN.KAG and the suitability of the imposition of criminal sanctions in the case of decision number: 445 / Pid. Sus / 2011 / PN.KAG with the aim of punishment. This research was conducted with a focus related to the problems in this study. This research was conducted by studying the data obtained from the results of the literature review, namely the decision number: 445 / Pid. Sus / 2011 / PN.KAG, books, and legislation related to the problems in this thesis. This research is a normative legal research. In this study it can be argued that a child commits a crime due to environmental influences, both internal and external. Prison punishment is not the main effort to convict children. Prison sentences are not effective in improving children's behavior or preventing naughty children from doing their actions again.
