Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarify the concept of organizational culture influences the intra-school social skills class X. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Subjects examined a class X.  Basic techniques of data collection is a questionnaire, interview, and documentation technique. Data analysis using Chi Square.Based on the analysis of the data it can be seen that the effect of intra-school concept of organizational culture on the social skills of students using Chi Square formula, shows that the level of understanding of the influence of organizational culture on intra-school social skills have a strong cohesion.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh konsep budaya organisasi intra sekolah terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas X. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. data dianalisis menggunakan rumus Chi Kuadrat. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat dilihat bahwa efek intra sekolah-konsep budaya organisasi pada keterampilan sosial siswa menggunakan rumus Chi Square, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap intra-sekolah keterampilan sosial memiliki kohesi yang kuat.Kata kunci : keterampilan sosial, konsep budaya organisasi, organisasi intra sekolah

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Pekon Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Perangkat Pekon Di Wilayah Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, subjek penelitian ini adalah perangkat pekon yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Gadingrejo yaitu perangkat pekon Wates Timur, perangkat pekon Wates Selatan, dan perangkat pekon Wates Induk yang secara keseluruhan berjumlah 26 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan angket dengan analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, rumus interval, persentase, dan Chi kuadrat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: terdapat peran kepemimpinan kepala pekon dalam meningkatkan kinerja perangkat pekon di wilayah Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Hal ini dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu bentuk tugas dari kepala pekon sebagai administrasi penyelenggara utama dalam aktivitas pemerintahan, pembangunan, dan kemasyarakatan maupun pembina ketentraman ataupun ketertiban di wilayah kekuasannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to clarify the effect of the national character education lessons Citizenship Education SMPNI baradatu school year 2012/2013. Pemehaman manners of students towards learning Citizenship Education SMPN I baradatu 2012/2013. Metode academic year of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Chi square analysis results between X1 to Y With demikiaan turns: X2 value count X2 X2 table ie count = 11,290 X2 Table 9.48. So Ha Ho accepted and rejected. So conclusion There is a positive influence among the nations of the character education lessons in class VII Citizenship Education SMPN I Baradatu school year 2012/2013.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pendidkan karakter bangsa terhadap pelajaran Pkn  SMP N I baradatu tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Pemehaman tatakrama siswa terhadap pelajaran PKn SMPN I baradatu tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis Chi kuadrat antara X1 terhadap Y Dengan demikiaan ternyata:  nilai X2 hitung X2 tabel yaitu X2 hitung = 11.290 X2 tabel 9,48. Sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. jadi kesimpulannya Ada  pengaruh yang positif antara pendidikan karakter bangsa terhadap pelajaran PKn  pada siswa kelas VII SMPN I Baradatu tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.Kata kunci: pendidikan karakter bangsa, , pembelajaran pkn, tata krama siswa

Abstract

The purpose of The Role of Social Institutions Toward Moral Guidance Teeangers at SMA Se-Kabupaten Pesisir Barat research is to understand how the role of social institutions at SMA Se- Kabupaten Pesisir Barat in moral guidance teenagers. The method that is used in this research is qualitative descriptive with the subject of research are social institutions such as institute of family, institute of education, institute of religion, and institute of law. The data collecting technique was using interview guidance, observation, and documentation whereas the data analysis was using credibility experiment and triangulation. The result of this reasearch is showed that social institutions is comprehended and understood their duty as social institutions which is has assignment to make moral teenagers to be good. Based on the result, it can be concluded that social institutions such as institute of family, institute of education, institute of religion, and institute of law has a role but not yet maximal toward moral guidance teenagers

Abstract

The phenomenon at this time, we often find children no longer respect parents, anti-social attitudes that appear from everyday life both at school and society. In global competition, a nation needs to be an innovative nation to become a superior nation. Then the need for a strong order of values and policies so that the crisis of culture and national disintegration does not occur in Indonesia. Education in Indonesia must instill national character and spirit originating from the nation's cultural roots and based on Pancasila as the basis of country, philosophy, and noble values. Through, citizenship education learning is expected to be a solution in fostering citizens who have social awareness.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the effect of educational interactions on students’ self-con- cept in studying at YP Unila Bandar Lampung High School. The method used a quantitative ap- proach with a descriptive design because the objectives and study were explained and described. Based on the existing analysis, it was found that 68% had an effect, this meant that educative interaction between students and teachers had an effect on self-concept, because if communication was built by teachers and students both students would not be reluctant or afraid to express their opinions to the teacher on the basis of self-concept good too. Meanwhile, it was also found that 72% of students had a good self-concept which meant the effect of changes that remained on their achievements would bring an attitude towards themselves. This also mean that the student’s self- concept could change if there are influences from other people who are trusted and that influence matches his will.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the teacher in developing the ability to communicate and collaborate at the elementary school level in East Pringsewu. This study use a qualitative method by grounded theory design. Data analysis use interactive analysis by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification steps. The data credibility test uses techniques triangulation and source triangulation. The results of the study illustrated that teachers had a role that has not been effective in providing the ability to communicate and collaborate according to the demands of 21st century competence. The role of teachers in the 21st century has not been able to provide functional relationships that are able to construct, motivate, and track students' minds. The professional role of teachers that need to be developed can encourages learners to exchange ideas and provide verbal reinforcement related to their needs in carrying out communication and collaboration.

Abstract

Gerakan Revolusi Mental dimaknai sebagai suatu gerakan yang mengisyaratkan bahwa kita perlu untuk berbenah. Sasaran utama program ini untuk mengubah cara berpikir dan cara pandang untuk merekonstruksi kembali tatanan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, mulai dari diri pribadi, tatanan sosial serta mendudukkan kembali konsep kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara agar menjadi tangguh. Upaya membangun tatanan kehidupan berbangsa yang berdaulat, mandiri dan memiliki eksistensi kuat dalam pergaulan internasional dibutuhkan penyanggah kuat dari estapet kepemimpinan nasional. Peran pemuda sangat penting, yang notabene berada dalam proses pendidikan dijadikan dasar perjuangan sebagai pondasi dalam pembangunan jati diri bangsa. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan bermaksud untuk memberikan bekal wawasan dan kepelatihan dasar tentang gerakan revolusi mental berbasis nilai-nilai pancasila di sekolah. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini adalah siswa dan guru diharapkan dapat menjadi pengimbas dilingkungannya. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan sosialisasi, dan simulasi, mulai pemahaman konsep dan bermain peran di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, tingkat perkembangan kognitif dan moral siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dari segi wawasan dan pemahaman konsep maupun keterampilan yang diharapkan sebagaimana dasar dalam melakukan gerakan revolusi mental, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat sebagai upaya nyata menbangun manusia Indonesia yang berdaulat dan berkeadaban sesuai dengan falsafah bangsa. Kata kunci : Revolusi Mental, Nilai-nilai PancasilaDoi: https://dx.doi.org/10.23960/JPSI/v3i1.48-57
