<![CDATA[This research background was the low of social study result. The research purpose was to know the significant influence on the cooperative learning model type make a match to social study results. The type this research was experiment. The research design used is non equivalent control group design. The data collection technique used technique test. The population in this research is the students of IV grades of SD Negeri 6 Metro Barat. The sample in this research is student of class IV C amounted to 31 student as experiment class and student of class IV B amounted to 30 student as control class. The analysis data used normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 23. The result of the testing of hypotheses shows that obtained Sig (2-tailed) 0,0020,05 so Ho reject meaning there are influence of cooperative learning model type make a match to social study.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu non-equivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Metro Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV C berjumlah 31 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas IV B berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas dan hipotesis program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 23. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh Sig (2-tailed) 0,002, (0,002 0,05) sehingga Ho ditolak artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match, hasil belajar, IPS.]]>
