Abstract

The purpose of this research were to increase the motivations and study result of students by implementation of active knowledge sharing strategy. The method of research was Classroom Action Research with planning, acting, observing, and reflecting step. The instrument of data collection used observation sheet and test. The technique of data analyze used qualitative and quantitative technique. The result of the research showed that implementation of active knowledge sharing strategy increase the motivations and study result of students.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan strategi active knowledge sharing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar panduan observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi active knowledge sharing dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, motivasi, strategi active knowledge sharing.
