<![CDATA[Background problems in research is low social study results. The purpose ofresearch is to find significanteffect of index card match type to social study results IV grade student of SD Negeri33 Negeri Katon.This research is experiment research. Population of this research is all IV grade student of SD Negeri 33 Negeri Katon. Sample of this research are IV B grade of 25 students and IV A 21 students. The research design used is non equivalent control group. The data collection technique used technique test is pretest and posttest. The analysis data using t test pooled varians and the program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of research showed that there are significant effect of index card match type to social study result of students.Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan pada tipe index card match terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 33 Negeri Katon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 33 Negeri Katon. Sampel penelitian kelas IV B berjumlah 25 siswa dan kelas IV A 21 siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu non equivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes yaitu pretest dan posttest.Analisis data menggunakan t test pooled varians dan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS).
