Abstract

This study disscuses the servicescape and interpersonal comunication skills of employees that affect customer satisfaction tourism service. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the servicescape factors consisting of enviromental conditions, spatial layout, signs and symbol or artifacts and interpersonal  communication affects customer satisfaction and also to find out which factors are the most dominant influence on custumer satisfaction. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis and classical assumption. As for testing the hypothesis using the F test and T test based on the analysis performed, variable ambient conditions (X1), spatial layout (X2), signs,  symbol, artifacts (X3), and interpersonal communication skills (X4) jointly have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Based on the T test is known that (X1), (X2), (X3), no significant effect partially while (X4) significant effect partially. Through standardized β coefficient obtained that variable interpersonal communication skills have a dominant influence in the amount of 0,544. Abstract

Students? academic records are an important part of students learning life. Academic records provide awareness to the observer about a student?s performance and forethought about the student?s future planning. Hence, insight against the factors that impact on academic records is very necessary. Although, there is a list of factors involved in the matter, however, psychological factors such as educational organization and teaching method play an essential role to build a better or junk academic record by a student. The current study has depicted the role of both the educational organization and teaching method, how these two can help an Indonesian student to make outstanding and exceptional academic records, which are necessary for the students to build a strong academic career.  According to this study, a strong academic career is only possible when there are consistency and continuity of very good academic records for each class and course passed by a student. Statistical software; Partial Least Square was used for data analysis. Hence, for primary data collection, a survey was accomplished. Data analysis was completed to obtain final results based on the 395 responses received from the respondents of this study.  Besides, our study provides a significant evidence for the fact that academic suppliers like family, student suppliers, and faculty suppliers are positively impacting on academic career of the students.

Abstract

Nowadays the business experienced good growth in Malang Territory. This is shown from many new companies raise up. In other side, driven by rapid development of information and communication technologies and globalization of business, e?commerce is becoming increasingly important in many organizations. E-commerce provide convenience to the company to introduce products, dealing with customers and suppliers. However, not many companies that use e-commerce for several reasons. These problems are examined in this study. This study was used qualitative descriptive analysis to examine SMEs e-commerce practices in Malang Territory. This paper presents the findings of an empirical study conducted to investigate the use of e?commerce by SMEs in Malang Territory. The interviews with owners/managers of 41 SME’s operating in Malang Territory shows that size and age of a firm plays a vital role in e?commerce adoption. It also outlines the common barriers to implement e?commerce by SMEs. Implications to the policy makers are also highlighted.Keywords: effectivity, e-commerce, SMEs, qualitative descriptive

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan KKN-DM ini adalah memajukan Nilai historis budaya dalam motif kain Batik dan Pengolahan agroindustri dalam Kuliner Khas daerah serta memberikan penyuluhan mengenai perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Dusun Sumberwangi merupakan lokasi yang akan saya gunakan sebagai tempat KKN Doktor Mengabdi karena Dusun Sumberwangi sangat cocok karena mempunyai potensi daerah yang dapat dikembangkan. Masyarakat Dusun Sumberwangi akan terus dibina dan didampingi hingga terbentuk UMKM yang mandiri dengann produk-produk olahan batik dan kuliner nya agar dapat menjadi ciri khas dan oleh-oleh khas Malang Raya

Abstract

This present study tries to raise the issue regarding the factors that influence the entrepreneurial spirit of the students of Graduate School. Regarding the finding on the indirect effect of Theory of Planned Behavior on the entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship education, it can be explained that the indirect influence on two variables is as follows: attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavioral control indicates that by stimulating students motivation to join entrepreneurship education as outlined previously, students are expected to have entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, entrepreneurship education should be able to prepare students to become entrepreneurs, provide support facilities to start a business, and lecturers must be able to guide the students to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out to provide training and assistance to MSME groups that are members of the KSU Amangtiwi Malang City. This activity is carried out in relation to aspects of taxation and quality of product management, including aspects of trademark registration, food production certificates, foodstuff registration, halal label registration, and marketing methods. The hope is that these MSME players can stand up to their position in managing their products to enter the international market, as well as being orderly and obedient in tax administration. The method of implementing this activity combines online and offline to minimize the number of people gathering during the Covid-19 pandemi. The stages of the activities carried out were socialized and FGD (Focus Group Discussion) to identify initial needs; training in product management and marketing; assistance in trademark management; as well as training and assistance for MSME taxation and accounting. The activity was completed well and smoothly so that the participants were satisfied and This activity is assisted by this activity. Participants gain a better understanding of tax obligations and reporting procedures as well as an understanding of product management which includes trademark registration, SPP-IRT, BPOM and halal labels. Therefore, a follow-up program is needed so that assistance can be carried out inventively so that the participants are independent in managing their business.

Abstract

The significant drop on the number of customers due to the Covid-19 pandemic has led micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises into difficult days. The decline of customer’s purchasing power was caused by multiple problems. As people’s aggregate income decreases, the major-scale social distancing aimed at minimizing the virus spread hinders the ongoing business activities. This study aims to see the real condition of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises amidst the pandemic from the aspects of finance, human resource, human resource’s welfare, and the business’ sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of product category, price perception, and e-customer experience on the intention of Spotify users to repurchase the application’s Premium Package. The effects to be proven are those of each independent variable on the dependent variable. This study is categorized as explanatory research as it explains the relationship between two or more symptoms or phenomena. Using judgment sampling method and non-probability sampling technique, 152 people were selected as the sample. They must be people living in Malang city with the minimum age of seventeen years who are or have the experience of subscribing Spotify’s Premium Package. The data analysis was performed using IBM’s Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. This study finds that product category significantly influences repurchase intention, that e-customer experience significantly influences repurchase intention, and that price perception has no significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

In the era of competition, competition between companies is getting tougher in every company to observe and know the wants and needs of consumers. This research aims to identify and analyze the effects of product quality, perceived price, and promotion on the satisfaction of Eiger customers in Malang. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive verification approach. Using purposive sampling method, 116 students of Universitas Brawijaya who have made at least one purchase of Eiger products. The data was harvested from questionnaires, library research, and web browsing and was analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 25. This study finds that product quality, perceived price and promotion partially influence customer satisfaction. Product quality, perceived price and promotion explain 61,3% of the customer satisfaction, the remaining 38,7% is explained by other variables not included in this research. The implementation of product quality, perceived price, and promotion on Eiger products in the city of Malang is classified as very good and very good in creating customer satisfaction.
