Abstract

An Investment Information Systems Information Technology (IT / SI) generally require a feasibility study as well as the calculation of benefits and advantages before the investment. Several approaches are used to calculate the benefits and advantages of IT investment / SI, one of which is the Information Economics (IE) Approaches Information Economics is used in the analysis of an IT investment / SI and the development of Traditional Cost and Benefit Analysis (TCBA) involving factors economically justified business and technology in the form of financial, benefits, and risks of IT / SI them. Excellence IE method lies in its ability to take into account the benefits that half of tangible and intangible that is often overlooked by the management. The results of the feasibility study on patient and service system information at  Mojoagung Eye Clinic the investment worth to implementation because  give benefit such as ROI of 22.50%, and the payback period between 4 and 5 years after investment. Keywords: Information Systems, feasibility study, Information Economics

Abstract

Transportasi adalah proses pengiriman atau pendistribusian komoditas yang dihasilkan suatu perusahaan dari sumber tujuan (pabrik) ke tempat tujuan (gudang / lokasi penjualan). Proses pengiriman barang merupakan proses penting yang terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan, sebab tanpa adanya pola pengiriman barang yang baik dan tepat berakibat pada tingginya biaya tranportasi. Metode North-west Corner dan Stepping Stone adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan proses trasnportasi untuk menghasilkan biaya total dan biaya total optimum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan biaya tarnsportasi distribusi pengiriman barang pada Galeri Bimasakti menggunakan metode north-west corner dan stepping stone. Galeri Bimasakti merupakan salah satu usaha bergerak di bidang industri penjualan furniture dan memiliki pabrik di dua kota yaitu Jepara dan Sidoarjo serta memiliki tiga lokasi penjualan di Karangploso, Batu dan Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data dan pembuatan program. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari studi literature dan pustaka, survey dan wawancara obyek penelitian. Setelah menganalisis data, langkah selanjutnya membuat program atau aplikasi berbasis desktop. Hasil yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk memberikan sarana pada Galeri Bimasakti berupa program atau aplikasi perhitungan biaya distribusi produk dari pabrik ke lokasi penjualan. Biaya  pengiriman barang yang sudah dihitung dalam program dapat tersimpan dengan baik dan aman pada program atau aplikasi. AbstractTransportation is closely related to the process of distributing products from one or several origin to one or several destinations. The destination can be a factory that produce a commodity while the others can be a sales or warehouse location. Product distribution have very important part in a company or organization because without a excellence and appropriate distribution design, the distribution process could be inefficiency and causes huge impact such as very high costs, waste in terms of time, distance, and energy. The North-west Corner and Stepping Stone method is the method used to complete the transportation process to find optimum total costs and total costs. This study aims to implement the distribution cost of shipping goods to the Bimasakti Gallery using the north-west corner and stepping stone methods. Bimasakti Gallery is one of the businesses engaged in the furniture sales industry and has factories in two cities, Jepara and Sidoarjo and has three sales locations in Karangploso, Batu and Malang. The research methodology used are analysis and design. The analysis method  used consists of literature studies, field surveys and interviews with research objects. While the design method uses desktop-based object design. Expected result from this study is providing an application to  facilities the Bimasakti Gallery for calculate product distribution costs from the factory to the sales location. It will stored safely because the shipping cost data is stored in the system.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengawasan dan manajemen kerja untuk perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengembangan perangkat lunak menjadi salah satu gal yang perlu diperhatikan. Hal ini berdampak kepada efektifitas dari setiap pekerja yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan proyek Teknologi Informasi. Pengawasan proyek IT sendiri sudah seharusnya tidak dilakukan secara manual karena akan membutuhkan banyak waktu dan terdapat celah untuk mengukur prosentase sebuah task yang diberikan kepada pekerja. Project management tools, merupakan sebuah metode yang dikembangkan untuk membantu pengawasan pada proyek IT. Terdapat banyak contoh dari Project Management Tools seperti Trello, redmine, hingga asana. Pada penelitian kali ini, penulis membatasi pada redmine karena bersifat gratis , open source, berbasis web sehingga mudah diakses dan stabil dalam penggunaannya. Salah satu keunggulan dari project management tools adalah fitur issues tracking yang membantu manajemen untuk dapat melakukan pengawasan proyek ini. Untuk melihat efektifitas dari implementasi ini, perbandingan dilakukan dengan implementasi redmine dan penggunaan excel secara bersamaan untuk melihat ketepatan pengerjaan task, disiplin update, dan jumlah error yang terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan sebesar 69% efektifitas kerja anggota tim dari cv. Berkah sehat dalam melakukan pembuatan perangkat lunak. Kata kunci : Redmine, Manajemen Proyek Perangkat Lunak, Open Source System, Pengawasan Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak

Abstract

Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) adalah sekumpulan prosedur berbasis model untuk data pemrosesan dan penilaian guna membantu para manager mengambil keputusan. Salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan diantaranya adalah Analytic Network Process (ANP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi simulasi penentuan akreditasi sekolah dasar berbasis web dan menggunakan framework Code Igniter serta menerapkan metode Analytic Network Process untuk pengambilan keputusan penentuan akreditasi. Proses akreditasi yang sampai saat ini masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional, membutuhkan sebuah simulasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana proses akreditasi dilakukan. Dengan adanya sistem simulasi diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi kemungkinan kesalahan dalam pemberkasan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengusulkan aplikasi simulasi sistem penunjang keputusan akreditasi sekolah untuk penentuan akreditasi sekolah sesuai dengan kriteria yang mengacu pada perangkat akreditasi yang telah ditentukan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan uji coba menggunakan aplikasi pada sepuluh sekolah dasar di korwil dinas pendidikan kecamatan Pakisaji. Aplikasi menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan hasil akreditasi yang dilakukan pada sekolah secara manual. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi simulasi pentuan akreditasi dapat dijadikan simulasi dalam menentukan nilai sementara akreditasi sekolah sebelum diajukan ke tingkat pusat. Namun dalam pengembanganya aplikasi ini masih memungkinkan menggunakan metode yang lain untuk membandingkan akurasi dalam penentuan akreditasi.

Abstract

Futsal is currently a sport that is in great demand by various ages in Indonesia, including in Malang. With the development of the sport of futsal, it has also had a positive impact on business people, many of whom take advantage of this condition to open business land, one of which is making futsal fields for rent. Futsal field rental service providers are competing to attract enthusiasts with the various facilities offered. However, all of these are not supported by good means of conveying information. The rental process is also quite troublesome for the community due to the obstacles that are often encountered. Bookers have to come in person to see the schedule availability, this can take a while. In this research, an Android-based GoFutsal application will be designed. Making the GoFutsal application uses data collection, problem analysis and software design along with testing the software. The results of this study are in the form of a futsal field reservation application that can be accessed via the Android platform. The results of the Black Box trial conducted on the features of the Gofutsal application went well and in accordance with its function. With the GoFutsal application, it is hoped that it can help the public in getting information and can simplify the process of ordering futsal fields. Abstract

The city of Malang as a city of education and tourism has seen an increase in the number of vehicles that can cause, among others, road congestion, air pollution, waste of fuel and road damage. The road that is often jammed if left unchecked will have an impact on the smooth journey and satisfaction of road users. Along with the development of information technology, this can be overcome with applications based on Geographic Information Systems and crowdsourcing, where road users can see road congestion through their mobile devices in real time. Research related to the Design of a Geographic Information System to Monitor Road Conditions Utilizing Twitter Social Media has been carried out but is limited to Twitter users[5]. To overcome the road congestion, a crowdsourcing-based application solution is needed. Based on this problem, a crowdsourcing-based application with Java and PHP languages is needed and uses a MySQL database. The advantage of this application is that it can display information on road congestion, alternative routes in Malang City to the Malang City Transportation and Traffic Police Office and road users directly at the point of congestion through their devices.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country located between three tectonic plates, namely Eurasia, the Pacific and Indo-Australia, which is one of the active plates, so that there is the potential for earthquakes, which are sometimes followed by tsunami disasters. The latest accurate, precise, and trusted earthquake information is needed by all parties. For this reason, a system is needed to inform the latest earthquake so that the impact can be minimized. Departing from open data published by BMKG, which is an earthquake in real time, a push notification system for earthquake information was designed to the Android application using Google Firebase. Push notifications are adjusted for specific areas based on user wishes. When the user is in the vicinity of an earthquake-affected or surrounding area, or the location of an earthquake is in a city that is monitored by the user, the notifications that appear can be alerts. Whereas when the user is in a location that is not affected by an earthquake, the notification that appears is only as information that there is an earthquake in a certain area. After analyzing, designing, implementing and testing using the black box testing method, push notification system functionally produces results that are as expected.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini menyebabkan persaingan antar industri semakin ketat. Persaingan tersebut berdampak terhadap perkembangan sektor usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Para pelaku UMKM seringkali kurang menyadari pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam hal ini sistem perdangan online (e-commerce) yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan cakupan penjualan produk serta dapat mempercepat proses bisnis yang ada. Khususnya UMKM di Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Malang terbatas pada penjualan yang dilakukan secara otodidak tanpa menggunakan dukungan teknologi informasi. Hal tersebut berdampak pada produk yang dijual tidak banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat secara umum yang menyebabkan pendapatan UMKM cenderung rendah. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini berusaha merancang sebuah aplikasi e-commerce yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM khususnya di lingkungan Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Malang.

Abstract

Mobile device technology (mobile) is one of the most widely used communication and information devices in March 2020 as many as 55.43% of mobile device users and the number of mobile device users will continue to rise leaving the desktop over time. Mental disorders in modern times are increasingly becoming a serious problem in society. Most of the incidents of suicide are related to mental-emotional disorders. Decision Support System (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system capable of providing problem solving capabilities. Forward chaining is a method of DSS that uses an inference engine and can be described logically as an iterative application of the modus ponens. The purpose of this study is to build a student mental disorder detector mobile application using the forward chaining method. This research discusses from system design, application implementation to application testing. The results of this study are a trial result and an informative mobile application and of course able to detect mental disorders of students.

Abstract

There are many divisions in work. Each division has different targets. The company also has an assessment of its employees which is carried out by HRD. HRD as a person who manages staffing has a lot of work, while the assessment of a company is still done manually so that HRD has difficulty monitoring and assessing its employees. This is important for companies to maintain the quality of their workers. The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system that helps HRD in assessing its employees. The system must include features used to assess employees and process the calculations automatically. So that the decision support system will be designed using the AHP method and KPI indicators. The system can perform calculations using AHP and can show the calculation results in ranking order.
