Abstract

The  impact of the development of information technology and computerization is to make easier for writers to compose a paper of scientific writing. This has an impact on the possibility of increased plagiarism. Such actions may harm the original author and plagiarist. The manual plagiarism detection process is difficult because of the large number of manuscripts, so needed the system to detect plagiarism. To build a system that can detect plagiarism, certain algorithms are needed to measure the value of similarities between the documents compared. One of the algorithms used to detect similarities is Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis (PLSA). Abstract

Abstract-One of the factors affecting the level of satisfaction of tenants in a mall is the speed and accuracy of the services provided by the manager of the mall, especially in terms of the handling of complaints. Case Based Reasoning is a method to resolve the issues with respect to the same events in the past, then use the knowledge or information to solve new problems. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System with Case Based Reasoning method to improve complaint handling services to tenants mall. Results of this research is a prototype complaint management system called SIPENKOM that can generate output solutions for new cases based on similar old cases. Based on test to tenants and management of Maspion Square Mall, SIPENKOM can improve complaint handling services by approximately 85%. Keywords-Decision Support Systems, Case Based Reasoning, Similarity.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengawasan dan manajemen kerja untuk perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengembangan perangkat lunak menjadi salah satu gal yang perlu diperhatikan. Hal ini berdampak kepada efektifitas dari setiap pekerja yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan proyek Teknologi Informasi. Pengawasan proyek IT sendiri sudah seharusnya tidak dilakukan secara manual karena akan membutuhkan banyak waktu dan terdapat celah untuk mengukur prosentase sebuah task yang diberikan kepada pekerja. Project management tools, merupakan sebuah metode yang dikembangkan untuk membantu pengawasan pada proyek IT. Terdapat banyak contoh dari Project Management Tools seperti Trello, redmine, hingga asana. Pada penelitian kali ini, penulis membatasi pada redmine karena bersifat gratis , open source, berbasis web sehingga mudah diakses dan stabil dalam penggunaannya. Salah satu keunggulan dari project management tools adalah fitur issues tracking yang membantu manajemen untuk dapat melakukan pengawasan proyek ini. Untuk melihat efektifitas dari implementasi ini, perbandingan dilakukan dengan implementasi redmine dan penggunaan excel secara bersamaan untuk melihat ketepatan pengerjaan task, disiplin update, dan jumlah error yang terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan sebesar 69% efektifitas kerja anggota tim dari cv. Berkah sehat dalam melakukan pembuatan perangkat lunak. Kata kunci : Redmine, Manajemen Proyek Perangkat Lunak, Open Source System, Pengawasan Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak

Abstract

Penelitian ini diawali dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi disektor pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah teknologi Virtual reality (VR) yang bisa dimanfaatkan media pembelajaran sekolah dasar termasuk sistem tata surya. VR adalah teknologi yang dapat berinteraksi dengan suatu lingkungan yang disimulasikan oleh komputer. Dengan aplikasi ini siswa akan merasakan pengalaman berada di luar angkasa dan menjelajah ke setiap objek yang ada di dalamnya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan game engine unity untuk aplikasi berbasis Android dan SDK agar aplikasi dapat digunakan Virtual reality. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam laporan ini terbagi dari beberapa tahap yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, tahap perancangan game, tahap pembuatan game, tahap uji coba serta tahap penerapan dan perbaikan. Proses pembuatan game ini menggunakan Unity 3D, blender serta software corel draw untuk pembuatan interface. Dengan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa telah berhasil dibuat game Edukasi Sistem Tata Surya Berbasis Android Virtual reality.

Abstract

Computer Vision technology can be implemented in a variety of fields. One implementation of computer vision in the field of biology, especially in microorganism. The problems that often exist in determining the characteristics of microorganisms is the use of manual counting technique in comparing and determining the corresponding image with the image that you saved earlier. Content Based Image Retrieval technique (CBIR) is needed in analyzing the similarity between the image-based approach yoghurt bacteria with Latent Semantic Indexing. Similarity analysis is done by means of data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, calculation and visualization of image similarity retrieval results. From the analysis we can obtain the similarity between the tested image with the microorganism image contained in the database

Abstract

SIMPEG BKPP Pulang Pisau adalah sebuah sistem informasi manajemen kepegaian yang terdapat pada unit kerja BKPP dan digunakan oleh seluruh staf pada lingkungan pemerintahan Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, Kalimantan Tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap SIMPEG BKPP Pulang Pisau. Teknik Analisa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisa jalur menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Konsep TAM memiliki lima konstruk diantaranya adalah Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (ITU), dan Actual System Usage (ASU). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang telah didapatkan melalui kuesioner. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Quota sampling dimana jumlah responden yang digunakan telah ditetapkan menggunakan rumus Slovin sejumlah 100 orang pengguna SIMPEG di BKPP Pulang Pisau. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari segi persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, sikap penggunaan sistem, kondisi nyata penggunaan sistem SIMPEG BKPP Pulang Pisau sudah diterima dengan nilai p-values diatas 0,05 dan satu variabel yang ditolak dari segi kecenderungan perilaku untuk tetap menggunakan karena memilik nilai p-values dibawah 0,05.

Abstract

Knowledgebase adalah sebuah sistem yang terdiri dari heuristik sejumlah rule-rule / aturan-aturan yang tersusun secara sistemtis dan spesifik, juga relasi antara data dan aturan / rule dalam pengambilan kesimpulan. Dengan adanya knowledgebase pengetahuan yang dimiliki para pakar akan tetap terjaga dan dapat disalurkan kepada rekan kerja yang lain pada saat seorang pakar sudah tidak lagi bekerja atau berada pada instansi atau divisi terkatit. Untuk mendukung sistem dalam menentukan rekomendasi solusi penanganan terhadap layanan Kantor Teknologi Informasi STIKI Malang digunakan algoritma Nearest Neighbor. Algoritma Nearest Neighbor merupakan teknik sederhana untuk mencari jarak terdekat dari tiap-tiap kasus (cases) yang ada didalam database, dan seberapa mirip ukuran kemiripan (similarity) setiap source case yang ada didalam database dengan target case. Dalam pengujian algoritma Nearest Neighbor untuk menentukan rekomendasi solusi penanganan, dilakukan sampling terhadap data keluhan yang masuk ke KTI STIKI Malang. Penulis berharap dengan diterapkannya algoritma Nearest Neighbor ini dapat memperoleh tingkat akurasi yang cukup kuat.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions that provide non-formal education in the Islamic religious field. Many Islamic boarding schools carry out Qur'an memorization programs (tahfizhul quran). Memorizing Qur'an is an activity that is very noble in the eyes of Allah SWT, because the Prophet Sallallaahu'alaihi Wasallam said which means "the best of you are those who study the Qur'an and teach it" (Narrated by Al Bukhari 4639). In Malang, there are many tahfizhul Qur'an Islamic boarding schools which have their respective strengths and weaknesses, thus making some people confused in determining where they or their children will study. On the basis of these problems, a system is needed to support decisions in the selection of a Islamic boarding school in Malang using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Promethee Methods. The purpose of this system is to be able to assist some people in selecting the Islamic boarding schools with the criteria of the education system, education level, facilities, environmental conditions, the reputation of the boarding school, alumni and fees. The AHP method is used to find the weight of the criteria while the Promethee method is used to rank the Islamic boarding schools. After analyzing, designing, implementing and testing the system, it can be concluded that the system was successfully created using the PHP programming language by implementing the AHP and Promethee methods, so the best suggestions are obtained with the results of calculations on the system same as manual calculations that have been previously calculated.

Abstract

In the Madiun, the recording process (incident reporting) carried out by members of the Sector Police still uses printed type and is sent in the form of an official letter. In the police supervision section, the police in this area are still manual, namely recapitulating and printing activities to be reported to the police chief. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based information system that will feature the process of reporting criminal & non-criminal events as well as performance features for police officers who function as supervision and monitoring of police performance. The development method used in this research is a waterfall with the stages of gathering requirements, the design process, implementation, integration or testing and the last is operation. In testing the system, the author uses the Blackbox Testing method in which the functionality of this system will be tested whether it is as expected or not. Based on these tests the authors can draw the conclusion that with this system it can make it easier for police members in the process of reporting criminal and non-criminal events around them and make it easier for the police chief in the process of monitoring or monitoring the performance of his members.

Abstract

PPATS (Temporary Land Deed Officials) are officials involved in human legal needs in the land sector. PPATS has the task of making land deeds and land administration activities at the sub-district level. Currently in Sukun District in the process of delivering information regarding the processes and administrative requirements of inheritance letters, power of attorney and searching for land history files, it is still an offline information system, namely with an announcement board. In this study, a website-based information system will be created that will feature the process of managing inheritance letters, power of attorney, land history, monthly reports and also there are terms and conditions that can display letter formats or provisions for managing land certificates. The method used in this study is the waterfall method which includes the requirements, design, implementation, integration and testing, and operation and maintenance stages. The system is developed based on a website so that it can attract public interest. The blackbox testing method is used in the process of testing system functionality which is designed to find out whether it is as expected or not. Based on the results of these tests, it was concluded that with this system it could facilitate the process of obtaining inheritance and power of attorney, facilitate the process of recording land history, facilitate the monthly reporting process to the Office/OPD, and facilitate conveying information about land to the public.
