Abstract

Hematoma aurikula merupakan sekuele yang terjadi akibat trauma langsung pada daun telingayang menyebabkan penimbunan darah dalam ruang antara perikondrium dan kartilago yang biasanyaditemukan pada pegulat atau petinju. Keterlambatan diagnosis serta penanganan dapat menimbulkankomplikasi dimana salah satunya adalah telinga kembang kol atau cauliflower ear. Penatalaksanaanhematoma aurikula cukup bervariasi, namun tujuan utama pengobatan tersebut adalah mengevakuasidarah subperikondrial, mencegah kekambuhan, dan mencegah terjadinya infeksi. Dilaporkan satukasus hematoma aurikula pada seorang laki-laki dewasa berusia 68 tahun di Rumah Sakit UmumPusat ( RSUP)  Sanglah-Denpasar yang telah dilakukan penanganan aspirasi serta bebat tekanmenggunakan teknik bolster yang memberikan hasil yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing on consumer satisfaction with policy purchase decisions using the FUSE PRO application. In this study, data were collected using a questionnaire with the population taken, namely Consumer Satisfaction with Purchase Decisions at FUSE on all partners or insurance agents who use the FUSE PRO application with a total sample of 215 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded into several parts, namely: 1) The influence of promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing has a positive and significant impact in improving purchasing decisions at the company. 2) Promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing also have a positive and significant impact that will affect satisfaction at FUSE, and 3) Promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing also have a positive and significant impact with increasing purchasing decisions that have an impact on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

UD. Penyubur Tani is a trading business that sells various kinds of needs for farmers in running their business in agriculture such as fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and others. UD. Penyubur Tani wants to increase customer loyalty by giving rewards in the form of discounts so that its business is increasingly trusted and increasing, but in giving rewards to customers is still not effective, because UD. Penyubur Tani has difficulty in calculating one by one which customers whose frequency of purchases and total purchase price are most in the category of very loyal and loyal. Therefore, an application is needed to classify customers so that in determining strategies in building loyalty on target. By using the concept of CRM and the K-Means method, the results obtained from data processing are able to group customers who must be prioritized and can determine which customers deserve a reward. From 100 customer data, the K-Means Clustering method succeeded in grouping very loyal criteria by 8%, loyal 34% and potential by 58%.
