Abstract

Pertemuan ruas jalan atau persimpangan adalah merupakan prasarana transportasi yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat serta dapat menujang konstribusi pembangunan disegala bidang, baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Persimpangan jalan MT Haryono-La Ode Hadi-Brigjrn M. Yonoes merupakan salah satu dampak dari pertumbuhan lalulintas yang cukup tinggi. Dengan memperhatikan kondisi aktual simpang bersinyal diruas jalan tersebut yang merupakan daerah komersil, maka penulis mencoba untuk mengkaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengevaluasi keseuaian waktu siklus pada simpang bersinyal berdasarkan volume lalulintas dan kondisi geometrik simpang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah melakukan survei dilokasi kajian dengan menggunakan rujukan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Dari hasil analisisa waktu siklus sebesar 150 detik sedangkan kondisi aktual 154 detik dengan menggunakan urutan 4 fase sinyal pendekat terlindung. Sedangkan MKJI yang layak untuk penggunaan 4 fase menyarankan adalah 80 – 130 detik. Hal melebihi stndar yang disarankan oleh MKJI. Simulasi pedekanatan untuk penerapan 2 fase sinyal didapatkan waktu siklus sebesar 67 detik dan tundaan rata sebesar 15 detik. MKJI menyarankan untuk penerapan 2 fase sinyal pendekat terlawan adalah 40 – 80 detik dan tundaan rata-rata berada pada tingkat pelayan B.  Kata Kunci: Volume lalulintas, Geometrik simpang, tundaan, waktu siklus.

Abstract

Pembangunan pantai Tamborasi di kolaka utara dilakukan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk perencanaan pemecah gelombang sebagai pelindung pantai dari ancaman ombak. Hal ini karena pantai Tamborasi ditinjau dari struktur, fungsi, peran ekologis dan pendayagunaan sumber daya pesisir sangat mendukung lokasi pariwisata dan sebagai sumber pendapatan asli daerah khusunya di Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Saat ini di pantai Tamborasi saat ini telah dilakukan pangamanan pantai lanjutan sepanjang 300 meter dengan bentuk revetmen tembok laut sejajar pantai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketinggian runup gelombang pada bangunan pengaman pantai kondisi eksiting dan mengetahui kejadian gelombang yang terjadi di wilayah pantai Tamborasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur dan pemodelan matematika, dan metode observasi lapangan, yang meliputi pengukuran langsung pada saat terjadi pasang dan surut air laut, dan data sekuder yang meliputi data angin yang diperoleh dari stasiun Rante Angin Kolaka Utara, kondisi geografis wilayah dan geometri pengaman pantai eksisting. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bahwa tinggi gelombang maksimum adalah 3,94 meter dan periode gelombang maksimum adalah 9,20 detik. Tinggi gelombang signifikan adalah 3,76 meter, periode gelombang signifikan adalah 9,03 detik dan nilai runup gelombang adalah 4,587 meter.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the diverse formulation of the problem related to the success of winning the construction project procurement for local construction company in Kendari. The urgency of this study is to answer the factors that determine the success of local contractors in the construction project procurement process in Kendari. The method used in this study is a statistical analysis method. Dimensions are used to measure success in the procurement of construction projects in this research is the company's experience, equipment and tools, human resources, process control, reputation / achievement contractors, financial, project organization, workplace safety. Dimensions is formulated into 22 variables to be measured. From the findings of research on the variables that influence the success of winning the procurement of construction project in Kendari obtained linear regression models, namelyY = -0,401 + 0,448 X2 + 0,576X14 + 0,273X12. The analysis results obtained from the dominant factors that influence the success of winning the construction procurement namely a kind of work that have been done, the project owner relationship with the contractor, and the methods and strategy implementation and control of the work to be done.

Abstract

The Lupia Village irrigation network was formed in 1981 through farmer groups from the results of non-governmental organizations. Currently the government has given attention and assistance both through the village fund budget and central government funding assistance, however, there is still a need for program sustainability from related parties. The results of the identification were carried out, namely that there were still few people who did not understand about the more effective use of irrigation water, so that there was always a crop failure where other plots of rice fields had excess water while the farthest plots did not get water. The area of land used by the community is currently around + 35 hectares, but the available land and the potential to be used as rice fields are around + 90 hectares, so that what has not been functioned as rice fields is about + 55 hectares. Seeing this condition, it is very potential to be developed to be able to increase the production of rice fields in Lupia Village, from this potential, the Lecturer of the Faculty of Engineering, Halu Oleo University as part of the Tridarma of Higher Education, carries out community service activities through the transfer of knowledge so that the community can develop, increase production, and improve community welfare, especially the residents of Lupia Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency. The methods used are socialization, technical guidance, training on procedures for implementing technical irrigation canal development so that water is not wasted and can be fully utilized by farming communities. The expected result is that the community can increase the yield of lowland rice production. Seeing the potential of Lupia Village in Kabangka District, it is hoped that the program can be carried out continuously so that it can increase income and a better standard of living for its people.

Abstract

Konawe Regency is one of the second –level regions in the southeast sulawesi province, the capital city of kabupaten is located in unaaha which is formed based on law number 29  of 1959 which has an area of 16,480 km,with a population of 2000 at 443,911 inhabitants.data from konawe district police obtain information that in the past five years there has been an increase is the number of accidents. Requesting data from related parties (satlantas of konawe police station) about the nember and level of accidents in the wolter monginsidi –road diponegoro for the last five yearsas secondary data. While the points to traffic accidents (black sports ) include, the intersection of there wawotobi posts, and the intersection of four wawotobi police station.
