Abstract

Kebijakan Affirmative action dan Zipper system memberikan keistimewaan dan kesempatan yang sangat besar kepada kaum perempuan untuk berpartisipasi dalam ranah politik. Kebijakan Affirmative action dan Zipper system membuat partai politik, salah satunya Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin harus benar-benar memilih bakal calon anggota legislatif perempuan yang benar-benar memiliki kompetensi, sehingga perempuan tidak hanya menjadi bagian yang terpaksakan dalam affirmative action dan Zipper system di pemilu serentak 2019. Penelitian ini menganalisis proses rekrutmen dan kesadaran politik anggota legislatif perempuan PAN Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dalam pemilihan legislatif tahun 2019 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses rekrutmen dilakukan secara terbuka dengan membentuk Komite pemenangan lalu didalam komite pemenangan dibentuk Panitia Tim Penerimaan Bakal Calon Legislatif. Proses seleksi dilakukan dengan penentuan strategi dan sarat-sarat pendaftaran, pengumuman dan pembukaan pendaftaran, serta proses seleksi dan penetapan calon legislatif. Kesadaran politik calon anggota legislatif perempuan muncul dimulai dengan Tindakan/ Prilaku mencalon diri menjadi bakal calon anggota legislatif, Pengetahuan dan pemahaman lalu baru kemudian memunculkan sikap.

Abstract

The era of direct and simultaneous regional head elections makes political parties really have to pay attention to the regional head candidates who will be promoted. The candidate factor has a very big role in determining the victory in the elections. On Musi Banyuasin regional election in 2017 there is one pair of regional head candidates carried by all existing political parties. One of the parties that participated in carrying out the regional head candidates was PAN (Partai Amanat Nasional or National Mandate Party). However, regional head candidates who are carried by PAN are not PAN cadres. PAN is the party that won the election in 2014 and is the only party that can support its own regional head candidates. Determination of candidates for regional head by PAN is done through open recruitment. Open recruitment is carried out by the DPD (Dewan Perwakilan Daerah or Regional Representative Council) PAN Musi Banyuasin Regency by forming a selection committee. The selection committee is tasked with selecting prospective regional heads. The selection process is done by opening a registration. Registration is done by completing the registration form and fulfilling the registration requirements. The mechanism for determining prospective regional heads is proposed by conducting regional deliberations. The reference used in determining the prospective regional head to be carried out is an analysis of the nomination registration requirements, Second, the electability and popularity surveys and the Third is result of the fit and proper test. Candidates for the elected regional head will be proposed to the DPW (Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah or Regional Leadership Council), the DPW will proceed to the DPP (Dewan Pimpinan Pusat or Central Board), then the DPP will issue a recommendation that is used as a requirement in registering at the KPUD (Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah or Election Commission).

Abstract

Education is an effort that aims to develop a complete human being which includes three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. To be able to achieve the educational goals which consist of these three aspects, it is necessary to develop various aspects of personality, including intellectual, social, and emotional. Individuals have two intelligences, namely thinking (intellectual intelligence) and feeling (emotional intelligence). Behaviors that refer to indications of low emotional intelligence of students such as not going to school without explanation, arriving late, fighting, saying rude / dirty words, not listening to the teacher during class, lying and fighting against the teacher. This study aims to determine the increase in students' emotional intelligence through a transactional analysis approach. The method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research method with 8 students as the research subject indicated low self-emotional intelligence. The implementation of the research consisted of three cycles, where each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results showed that in cycle 1 there was an average increase in counselee's emotional intelligence of 87.20%, in cycle 2 there was an increase in counselee's emotional intelligence an average of 96.71%, and cycle 3 there was an average increase of 94.53% of counselee's emotional intelligence. From cycle 1 to cycle 3, it shows that there is an increase in students' emotional intelligence through transactional analysis counseling techniques of 84.87%. It was concluded that there was an increase in emotional intelligence from 8 counselees after being given counseling techniques with a transactional analysis approach, the average increase in each counselee was different, in each cycle, the counselee's response to knowing self-emotions, managing self-emotions, motivating oneself, empathy and skills social fluctuations. It is expected that guidance and counseling teachers in madrasas can use transactional analysis techniques in improving students' emotional intelligence.
