Abstract

UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has used information technology to socialize new students through social media. In addition to social media there are also directly to the location of socialization of cities/districts in South Sumatra. The location of the socialization is usually with the command of the leader produced in the leadership meeting. Utilizing the graduation data of the last three to dig up data with several criteria such as district origin, district origin, school origin, old study, and alumni gpa so as to produce a new knowledge that is useful to provide input to make socialization more targeted. One method in classification is the Iterative Dichotomiser 3 Algorithm. The results of this study produce an information pattern that supports the socialization of new students' admissions that are targeted and potentially produce the best students.

Abstract

Electronic Employee Performance Sheet (E-LKP) is a website-based application of the State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang used by ASN employees and lecturers with additional tasks with the aim of reporting their performance results. This study aims to determine the acceptance and use of the E-LKP Application (Electronic-Employee Performance Sheet) at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang using the Model for Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST) and using all variables in MMUST, namely 8 constructs in the form of Information Quality, Information Satisfaction, Social Influence, Performance Expectancy, Attitude, Use, Overall Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 186 respondents. The data analysis used is using PLS-SEM with the Smart-PLS version 3.0 tool. The overall results of this study indicate that the acceptance and use of the E-LKP application at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang using the Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST) Model has an effect of 92.8%. From this percentage, it can be said that the E-LKP application at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has been accepted and used by users, namely ASN employees and lecturers with additional assignments.

Abstract

Masalah yang terjadi pada MI. Qur’aniah IV Palembang yaitu pada penyimpanan data yang masih berbentuk file-file, seperti file dalam bentuk word dan excel. Penyampaian informasi yang kurang efisien dengan harus bertatap muka dengan guru di madrasah. Solusi yang diberikan dengan membangun sistem informasi dengan fasilitas SMS Gateway sebagai penyampaian informasi. Metode pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu: tahap analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengkodean (code), pengujian (testing) dan dukungan (support). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah SMS Gateway sebagai sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi dengan memanfaatkan komputer sebagai alat bantu untuk mengakses data. Kesimpulannya sistem ini dapat membantu madrasah untuk memberikan layanan informasi dengan mudah.

Abstract

SIAKAD is applied to obtain all information related to computerized academic activities. One of the initial keys to the success or failure of an application/software implementation is the willingness to accept the technology among users. This study aims to measure the level of user acceptance and user ease of academic information systems and provide efficient and relevant service facilities. To obtain efficient and relevant services, it is necessary to implement a system with the best quality so that it can be accepted by users. One way that can be done is by analyzing user acceptance of academic information systems. In this study the method used is Task Technology fit (TTF). In this study, 4 variables were used, namely Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics, Task Technology Fit, and Performance Impact. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to 135 respondents. Analysis of the data used by using the PLS-SEM tool used is SmartPLS version 3.0. The results showed that the task characteristics had no significant effect on the suitability of the task technology fit with a T-Statistics value of 0.847, the technology characteristics had a significant effect on the suitability of the task technological fit with a T-Statistics value of 13,861, and the suitability of the task technology fit had a significant effect on the performance impact with a T value. -Statistics of 5,570. From the test results, it is stated that there is 1 accepted hypothesis and 2 rejected hypotheses. The overall results of this study indicate that the acceptance of the use of SIAKAD STIQ Al-Lathifiyyah Palembang using the Task Technology Fit (TTF) Model has an effect of 97.3%. From this percentage, it can be concluded that SIAKAD STIQ Al-Lathifiyyah Palembang has been accepted and has been used by users, namely students, lecturers, and admins.

Abstract

Website salah satu media yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh pemilik bisnis dalam memudahkan proses penjualan produk. Cara penjualan yang digunakan oleh toko cahaya sunnah masih manual, dimana konsumen yang ingin membeli dan mendapatkan informasi produk harus datang langsung ke toko, hal ini terasa kurang efektif bagi konsumen dan keberlangsungan proses bisnis di Toko Cahaya Sunnah, Karena permasalahan inilah penulis memiliki inisiatif untuk dibuat Sistem Informasi Penjualan Produk Berbasis Web. Metode yang digunaan dalam pembuatan sistem adalah metode Rational Unified Process atau biasa disebut RUP. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem penjualan yang diharapkan bisa memberi manfaat terhadap Toko Cahaya Sunnah seperti memberikan kemudahan dalam menjual produk, meningkatakan jumlah pelanggan, dan meningkatkan pendapatan pada toko.

Abstract

Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kota Palembang, yang dikenal sebagai BASARNAS, adalah lembaga pemerintah non-kementerian yang bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan tugas pencarian dan penyelamatan (SAR) pemerintah. Badan SAR Nasional (BASARNAS) berganti nama menjadi Badan SAR Nasional berdasarkan Keputusan Presiden tentang Badan SAR Nasional (Perpres) Nomor 83 Tahun 2016 yang ditandatangani oleh Presiden Joko Widodo pada 6 September 2016. Pengelolaan dan penyimpanan media informasi terkait tanggal, profil dan aktivitas pegawai masih dilakukan secara manual. Pengumpulan data secara manual dinilai tidak efektif dan memakan waktu. Saat meninjau dan mencari data karyawan, arsip karyawan harus dibuka secara terpisah. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Pencarian dan Penyelamatan Kota Palembang. Sistem informasi ini dirancang sebagai media informasi bagi departemen kepegawaian. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Java dan MySQL sebagai database bertujuan untuk lebih memudahkan administrator untuk mengefisienkan pengelolaan data pegawai dan media informasi bagi seluruh pegawai dinas SAR Kota Palembang.
