Abstract

Fitur morfologi diperoleh berdasarkan bentuk objek dan dapat direpresentasikan melalui area, kontur dan transformasi. Fitur morfologi bermanfaat untuk deteksi atau pengenalan objek, yang diekstraksi atau dapat diperoleh menggunakan tepi (sketsa), atau besaran moment dari suatu citra. Penggunaan variasi meteode deteksi tepi digunakan untuk analisis citra, agar citra dapat diproses untuk mengektraksi empat fitur morfologi yaitu luas, keliling, panjang dan lebar dengan objek citra butir beras. Algoritma untuk mendeteksi tepi yang dianalisis yaitu deteksi tepi seperti Prewitt, Sobel, Canny, Roberts dan Laplacian of Gaussian. Hasil deteksi tepi dianalisis menggunakan dua parameter morfologi garis tepi yang dihasilkan, dan kecepatan proses atau timing run. Sehingga dapat diketahui kinerja untuk masing-masing metode deteksi tepi. Percobaan menggunakan variasi metode deteksi tepi menunjukkan bahwa, metode Canny lebih baik dalam mendeteksi tepi objek pada citra butir beras.

Abstract

Sota's potential as a livestock center is good for development, especially for cattle. However, until now agricultural and plantation waste (palm oilcake) has not been used by breeders as a source of good nutritional feed for cattle. Therefore, the aim of this training is to improve the skills of farmers in making fermented feed and pellets for cattle. The method used is interviews, assistance to farmers in the form of training in making fermented feed and pellets. The result of the implementation of cattle feed production is that it is easier for breeders of productive age to understand and carry out the process of making fermented feed and pellets. Farmers prefer fermented feed as fattening feed compared to pelleted feed which is 87.6% versus 12.4%. The results of the feed making training showed that the level of understanding and mastery before and after the training increased. The conclusion in this service is that most community groups are of productive age, and prefer the process of making fermented feed, as well as having a positive impact on improving the skills of breeders.

Abstract

Roads are infrastructure for organizing transportation, which are places for traffic to flow both for people and goods to reach destinations safely, securely, comfortably, quickly, smoothly, orderly, and efficiently, especially roads in residential areas. Setting priorities for the road improvement program is the responsibility of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land Affairs Office, which handles technical planning, development, arrangement, supervision, and control of development in residential areas. Recommendations for road proposals for the currently running improvement program, based on an assessment of their physical condition, are carried out by experts. This prioritization certainly takes a long time because experts have to compare the physical conditions of the roads one by one to make a decision. A decision support system is specifically designed for the decision-making process that can be applied in various aspects of the decision-making field. Recommendations for alternative roads in the road improvement program were analyzed using the SMART method to find alternatives with the highest preference value and the advantage that they can be used for all weighting techniques. Accuracy testing shows that the priority recommendation output presented by the application has an accuracy rate of 80%. This value is obtained by comparing the results of recommendations from experts.

Abstract

Perwujudan komitmen pemerintah dalam meningkatkan populasi sapi potong sebagai target untuk kecukupan konsumsi daging nasional dilakukan melalui Program UPSUS SIWAB (Upaya Khusus Sapi Indukan Wajib Bunting) dengan melaksanakan program Inseminasi Buatan (IB). Namun tidak tersedianya informasi mengenai kegiatan pelaksanaan IB pada ternak milik masyarakat dan data kelahiran ternak, serta pelaporan data akseptor, mengakibatkan program tersebut belum terlaksana secara optimal. Perekaman data ternak sapi indukan serta pelaksanan kegiatan IB menggunakan aplikasi berbasis komputer, dapat menyediakan informasi yang akurat untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan program inseminasi buatan yang digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dalam membuat kebijakan bagi pihak pengambil keputusan yakni pemerintah guna menyusun program SIWAB yang berkelanjutan. Aplikasi untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan inseminasi buatan pada sapi potong  berdasarkan variable conception rate, yang menggunakan data pelayanan IB, data kebuntingan dan data kelahiran ternak. Tingkat keberhasilan IB berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dari beberapa daerah di Kabupaten Merauke berdasarkan  variabel conception rate (CR) menunjukkan bahwa data yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan IB yakni jumlah sapi yang di B dan jumlah sapi bunting saling berkorelasi, dengan nilai CR tertinggi 78,48 % pada distrik Jagebob,  dan terendah di distrik Merauke  27,27 %.
