Oxygen refreshment increased a lot during training, which led to an increase in free radical formation. The body will fight the free radicals increase the antioxidant defense system. Free radicals are formed during chronic training may exceed the capacity of antioxidant protection system, will create immunity to disease and injury decreases. Therefore we need vitamins as antioxidants. The purpose of this research is describing antioxidant vitamin intake at PPLP football athletes, Central Java Province. Type of this research is descriptive. The methods used is food weighing and food records. All the athletes at PPLP Central Java are taken as population researched. While the sample is taken in PPLP football athletes in Salatiga, Central Java, as many as 35 people. In the study will examine the intake of vitamin A , C and E as antioxidants. The results of the research shown that 74,2 % of the football athletes are 16th and 17th years old, found 15 men (42.9%) had a deficit of vitamin A, all athletes consumed enough vitamin C in the category and all athletes still have a deficit of vitamin E. Food standard held by food manager include vitamin A, C and E should be achieve athletes nutrition requirement. And doing counseling about nutrition knowledge include vitamin A, C and E for athletes.

Tax aggressiveness is an action taken by a company in reducing taxable income through tax planning, either legally done by tax avoidance or illegally by tax evasion. This study examines the effect of financial constraints and institutional ownership on tax aggressiveness.The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling, with this method companies that meet as many as 56 companies. The analytical tool used is classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, model test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that (1) financial constraints have a positive effect on tax aggressiveness, (2) institutional ownership has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness, (3) institutional ownership weakens the relationship between financial constraints and tax aggressiveness.

Competency standards needed by a lecturer in carrying out their work require the lecturer to master the curriculum, learning material, education policies, understanding the characteristics and content of learning materials, mastering the concept, understanding the context of science with society and the environment, the impact and realization of that knowledge in the life of society . This study aims to determine the effect of the methode of lecturer learning on student teaching skills. This research is quantitative. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between the Quality of lecturer learning with student teaching skills. Based on Anova's table image, it is known that the value of Sig = 0.029 <0.05. If the value of Sig <from α (0.05) then Ho is rejected. That is, the variable teaching skills of students are affected by the quality of lecturer learning

The goal of education is to provide students with the social, emotional, and academic skills they will need to succeed in society in the future. Education is a cultural process that enhances human dignity. This study sought to ascertain how parenting affected children's social abilities. The approach utilized is a descriptive verification method that takes an ex post facto approach to the instrument. The study's findings thus indicate that, in the absence of a parenting style, a student's social skills are worth $12.394. The student's social skills will also improve by 0.532 percent for every one point gain in parenting. The results of the test suggest that parenting has an impact on children's social abilities. In this study, parenting trajectories include democratic parenting methods and permissive parenting trajectories. 20 students with an average social skills score of 70.5 have democratic parenting styles, while 10 students with an average social skills score of 63 have permissive parenting styles. The variation in scores demonstrates that parental practices have an impact on children's social abilities.

Research on the influence of Ridwan Kamil's government communication in building personal branding on social media tiktok and instagram has the aim of studying and analyzing the influence of using social media tiktok and instagram in building personal branding from the figure of Ridwan Kamil as the head of the provincial government or the governor of West Java being studied. through the facts that can build personal branding according to Montoya in which there are four dimensional variables, including leadership, personality, differences and looks. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that Ridwan Kamil's leadership variable is able to make social media a place for him to carry out transparency of government administration activities to the public, Ridwan Kamil's personality dimension can be judged to be able to balance positive things about his personality to be known by the public, the difference dimension lies in jokes or jokes. His jokes in answering questions in the comments column and dimensions are seen by Ridwan Kamil sharing information, communication, and happiness with the people he leads

UMKM dapat dikatakan sebagai tulang punggung ekonomi di Negara kita yang terbukti banyak menyelamatkan Indonesia dari krisis keuangan khususnya yang terjadi pada tahun 1998 dan 2008. Hal tersebut masih berlangsung hingga saat ini. Akan tetapi, dibalik peranannya yang begitu besar masih terdapat banyak permasalahan yang dialami pada UMKM itu sendiri. Permasalahan tersebut juga dipicu oleh berbagai faktor. Salah satunya adalah karena lemahnya kemampuan UMKM dalam bersaing. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya digitalisasi dalam proses bisnis yang dilakukan. Masih banyak para pelaku usaha yang tidak memahami proses bisnis secara digital. Untuk menjadi sebuah “Bisnis yang Digital” terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian para pelaku usaha salah satunya adalah aspek pemasaran atau marketing. Selain itu, bagi bisnis yang telah “Menjadi Digital”, penting untuk mempertahankan atau memperkuat posisinya dihadapan para kompetitor lain. Strategi tersebut dapat ditempuh dengan memperkuat data. Hal ini berkaitan dengan data analitik. Dengan data, memberikan peluang bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengidentifikasi model dan memetakan berbagai peluang guna mengurangi risiko dari setiap inovasi serta mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan. Salah satu tools yang dapat digunakan adalah Google Analytics. Google Analytics sendiri merupakan sebuah platform marketing yang disediakan oleh Google untuk dapat membantu pelaku usaha khususnya dalam mengumpulkan data baik yang bersumber dari aplikasi atau traffic web. Nantinya data tersebut diolah dan dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan digital marketing. Dengan Google Analytics, para pelaku usaha akan mendapat gambaran tentang demografi customer hingga data interaksi customer terhadap konten yang disajikan.
