Abstract

Oyster mushrooms easily to cultivated so this activities become to choice of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to conduct cultivation. Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a nutritious food ingredients with high protein, rich in vitamins and minerals, low in carbohydrates, fat and calories. Oyster mushroom products can not only be consumed in the form of cooked vagetables, but can be processes into a form processed foods like crispy mushrooms, mushroom chips, nuggets mushroom, mushroom dumplings, and other processed foods. Farmer groups "Agro Mandiri Graha" develop the cultivation of oyster mushroom by processing into food products. With the ibM program the persons from Unimus team partnered with farmer groups "Agro Mandiri Graha" to enhance the ability of members of the group in the development of agribusiness and the strengthening of farmer group became strong farmers organizations and independent. The result obtained from ibM are : improved the skills of farmers cultivate oyster mushrooms in oyster mushroom into food products like : mushroom chips, nuggets mushroom, mushroom dumplings, meatballs mushrooms, mushroom satay and crispy mushrooms and improve financial management and marketing of productsKeyword : oyster mushrooma, processed foods, agribusiness development

Abstract

Implementasi model pembelajaran “Wisata Lokal” dalam pembelajaran, bagi seorang guru merupakan tuntutan.  Seorang guru harus memiliki keterampilan mengkreasi pembelajarannya dengan mendayagunakan potensi lokal daerah dengan berbagai metode, media, dan bahan ajar. Hal ini akan dapat menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter pada peserta didik dan guru dalam rangka menunjang pembangunan nasional.  Potensi lokal daerah yang disusun kontennya dimuat dalam suatu web model pembelajaran “Wisata Lokal” berbasis potensi daerah. Penelitian ini lebih menitikberatkan implementasi model di sekolah untuk matapelajaran sain yang meliputi (IPA, Kimia, Biologi dan Fisika). Model pembelajaran “Wisata Lokal” dikembangkan melalui metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Pembahasan lebih rinci lebih menitikberatkan pada fase implementasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model efektif digunakan, dan pengaruh model terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh data bahwa adanya nilai yang beda antara kontrol dengan perlakuan, ada pengaruh model terhadap pembelajaran, model efektif untuk digunakan.  Penelitian memberikan rekomendasi bahwa model sangat layak direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan dan disebarluaskan

Abstract

Purpose: In Indonesia, there is one specific type of SME (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise) that is part of the nation’s cultural heritage, namely Batik SME (Batik is a traditional fabric). This study aims to determine the effects of Strategic Orientation on the bussiness performance and competitive advantage of SMEs of Batik in Central Java, Indonesia. Methodology: The method of this study was explanatory survey method with a type of decompressionverification study from primary data obtained from SMEs Batik with aand using PLS SEM in analyzing the data of the book. Results: The results of this study indicate that Strategic Orientation with Path coefficient (β) = 0.32 P value <0.001 (<α = 0.05), have a positive effect on Competitive Advantage with coefficient (β) = 0.46, P value <0.001 (<α = 0.05) which implies on the performance of SMEs of Batik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and to evaluate the moderating effects of the relationship between Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Sharing, and Organizational Agility. This study surveyed 146 consumers in the city of Semarang, Central Java, who met specific requirements, including being female and at least 17 years old. By visiting women's forums and groups and completing online (Google form) and offline (print out sheets) questionnaires, primary data was collected directly from the source. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 as its data analysis approach. Intellectual Capital has a significant, positive, and powerful effect on Knowledge Sharing. This implies that if Intellectual Capital increases, so does Knowledge Sharing. It is acknowledged that Intellectual Capital has a strong, positive, and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing. This implies that as Intellectual Capital increases, so will Knowledge Sharing. Organizational Agility has a strong, positive, and significant relationship with Knowledge Sharing. This implies that if Intellectual Capital increases, so does Knowledge Sharing. Knowledge Sharing mediates the relationship between Intellectual Capital and Organizational Agility to a moderate degree.

Abstract

Background - The concept of the Islamic leadership model cannot be separated from the leadership that has been carried out by the Prophets and Messengers of Allah SWT. This leadership model is often referred to as prophetic leadership. Muhammadiyah University Semarang (Unimus) is one of the Muhammadiyah Colleges based on Islamic education that has experienced very rapid progress. This is related to the leadership factor. Aim - Knowing the views and implementation of the prophetic leadership model at the Muhammadiyah University of Semarang Design / methodology / approach - Field research (field research) with qualitative methods. Collecting data with literature study, interviews, observation and documentation. As for data analysis with reduction, presentation and withdrawal of data conclusions with validity techniques using data triangulation. Finding - Unimus leadership in carrying out university development programs, one of which is the midnight prayer movement for the academic community. This program is believed to be an inner and outer endeavor. The view of prophetic leadership is in line with the application of the principles of Good University Governance (GUG), namely Shidiq (Honest), Amanah (Accountable), Tabligh (Transparency) and Fathonah (visionary). the principle of The Right Man in The Right Place. Aspects of liberation regarding work and applying the principles of asah, compassion and care and aspects of transcendence regarding worship activities (Islamic spirit) in Unimus Conclusion - The views and implementation of prophetic leadership have been carried out well within the Unimus academic community. The implementation of 3 aspects, namely the aspects of humanization, liberation and transcendence are defined as work, work and worship. Research Implications - This research is an overview of prophetic leadership that has been carried out and can be used as a reference in the development of other tertiary institutions. Limitations - The scope of this research is still limited to Unimus where the number of PTM/A in Indonesia is 172 and it is still qualitative in nature so it needs to be on a larger scale and in the form of quantitative research.

Abstract

The purpose of this service was to provide counseling, training, and technical guidance in three areas of the partnership program (food technology, economy, and health) to potato farmers in the village. In the field of food technology, counseling included how to process potatoes into flour, chips, and sticks. Counseling in the field of economics focused on the importance of entrepreneurship supported by e-commerce in marketing processed potatoes. Health education in the form of video screenings and distribution of posters about the dangers of open defecation (BABS). The results of the activity obtained information that the community’s understanding of how to wash hands properly was good, but needed guidance on healthy toilet standards. Extension activities in the health sector had a positive impact in increasing knowledge about the correct way to defecate. Counseling in the field of food technology and economics encouraged the growth of seven groups for introducing food technology and e-commerce in Gerlang Village.
