Abstract

The study was to generate a valid, practical and effective competence-based training model for the electricity program vocational high school teachers. The type of the study was research and development that referred to the development stages proposed by Plomp. The data gathering instrument for the study consisted of: (1) validation sheet; (2) observation sheet; and (3) response questionnaire for the training participants and the trainers. In order to measure the level of reliability and the level of agreement consistency among the raters, the researcher implemented the Cohen’s Kappa coefficient statistics has a minimum value of ≥ 0.70. The subjects of the study were the electricity program vocational high school teachers in the City of Makassar and the Regency of Gowa totaling 22 people. The results of the study were as follows: (1) the training model had fulfilled the criteria of validity so that the model might be implemented for the training activities of electricity program vocational high school teachers; (2) the training model had fulfilled the criteria of practicality that were measured from the level of model stage (syntax) implementation; (3) the training model had fulfilled the criteria of effectiveness that had the following indicators: (a) the level of knowledge and understanding exposed by the training participants, (b) the level of teaching skills exposed by the training participants, (c) the quality of training participants’ portfolio and (d) the response of the training participants and the trainers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pemrograman Dasar SMKN 1 Soppeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan yaitu One group pretest-posttest design dengan jumlah sampel 30 siswa. Pengambilan data melalui tes hasil belajar dan angket. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penerapan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pemrograman Dasar SMKN 1 Soppeng dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 11.907 t tabel 2.045. Dimana yang berpengaruh secara signifikan yaitu pada materi pokok menu interaksi antar muka pada aplikasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pemrograman Dasar SMKN 1 Soppeng.

Abstract

Abstract. 21st Century Education is education that integrates knowledge, skills, and attitudes, as well as mastery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The aims of this research are: (1) to analyze 21st century competencies, based on the needs of the global community; (2) identify the need for S3-PVKT PPs UNM Entrepreneurship learning competencies; (3) identify entrepreneurial competencies that support S3-PVKT Entrepreneurship learning competencies. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Based on this, this study uses the results of questionnaires from respondents, as well as interviews with shareholders as data that is analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research sample is S3-PVKT students and entrepreneurship lecturers. The research results are as follows: (1) S3-PVKT entrepreneurial learning competencies are supported by 21st century competencies, namely: (a) Critical thinking and problem solving; (b) Communication skills, (c) Collaboration, and (d) Creativity and Innovation; (2) Entrepreneurial competencies that can be used to support S3-PVKT entrepreneurship learning are: (a) Core characteristics of entrepreneurship, (b) Entrepreneurial philosophy, (c) Entrepreneurial business, (d) Academic entrepreneur, (e) Government Entrepreneur, (f) ) Social entrepreneur, and (g) Leadership; and (3) Entrepreneurship Course Competencies for the S3-PVKT study program are the result of integrating 21st century competencies with core entrepreneurial competencies. The outputs of this research are in the form of National Journals, National Proceedings and Intellectual Property Rights.Keywords: Integration, Learning, 21st Century Skills, Entrepreneurship
