Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini akan melakukan implementasi Model Evaluasi Pendidikan Karakter pada Rumpun Pembelajaran Ekonom. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research Development yang dikembangkan Borg and Gall.  Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi yang sedang mengambil matakuliah rumpun ekonomi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 186 mahasiswa yang terdiri  empat  prodi S1 yang ada di Fakultas Ekonomi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji manova. Hasil dari penelitian ini ada dua. Pertama, asesmen karakter mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi menyatakan bahwa pada awal semester (pengamatan awal) karakter mahasiswa cenderung rendah tetapi setelah pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter pada pertengahan semester (pengamatan akhir) karakter mahasiswa cenderung sedang ke tinggi. Kedua, Pembelajaran ekonomi yang menerapkan model evaluasi pendidikan karakter dapat dikatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan karakter mahasiswa. Terbukti dengan adanya rata- rata antara pretest dan posttest yang signifikan. Abstract: This research aims to implement the Character Education Evaluation Model in the Economist Learning Cluster. The study used the Research Development approach developed by Borg and Gall. The research subjects were students at the Faculty of Economics. They were taking economic classes with 186 students as respondents consisting of four undergraduate study programs in the Faculty of Economics. The data analysis technique used was the Manova test. The results of this study are twofold. First, the assessment of student character in economic learning states that at the beginning of the semester (initial observation), the character of the student tends to be low, but after the implementation of character education in the middle of the semester (final observation) the character of the student tends to be high. Second, economic learning that applies the character education evaluation model can be effective in improving student character. It is proven by the significant mean between pretest and posttest.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan pengalaman terhadap produktivitas jamu pada masyarakat Argomulyo di tengah pandemi. Penelitian ini berjenis eksplanatif. Populasi dari penelitian adalah masyarakat di Kelurahan Argomulyo. Sampel sejumlah 35 pedagang jamu tradisional dengan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dihasilkan dari penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan lewat angket dan proses pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Kedua, displin memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Ketiga, pengalaman memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas.  Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, the discipline and experience on the productivity of herbal medicine in the Argomulyo community during a pandemic. This research is of an explanative type. The population of this research is the people in Argomulyo Village. The sample was 35 traditional herbal medicine traders with a purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data generated from field research. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation processes. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, motivation has a significant effect on productivity. Second, the discipline has a significant effect on productivity. The three, experiences have a significant influence on productivity.

Abstract

Economics subjects are still considered difficult by most, and this is a challenge for teachers to be able to teach economics well. Therefore, prospective teachers need to have self-efficacy in their ability to teach economics material. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of educational practices to improve teaching self-efficacy in 21 students majoring in Education in the VII Semester of the Faculty of Economics. This study uses an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The teaching self-efficacy variable was measured using the Teaching Self-Efficacy Scale, which was tested on 115 students in the seventh semester of the Faculty of Economics, with the result of Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 0.86. The results of this study indicate a significant increase in the average teaching self-efficacy score of 14.45%, with a significance value of 0.003 (p 0.05). Follow-up analysis of aspects of teaching self-efficacy showed that the magnitude score increased by 21.73% (sig=0.003; p¡0.005), and generality increased by 22.37% (sig=0.002; p¡0.005), and strength increased by 25.58. % (sig=0.003; p¡0.005). Thus, it can be concluded that educational Practice can significantly improve teaching self-efficacy for students majoring in Education at the Faculty of Economics and Business.
