Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of Think Pair Share (TPS) and Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) methods in improving student learning outcomes and cooperation skills. The population in this research were all students of class X IPS SMA N 2 Banguntapan in the academic year 2016/2017 which consisted of 98 people, divided into four parallel classes. The sampling technique is cluster sampling to classify the students into three classes, divided in experiment class 1, experiment 2, and control class which determined randomly. The data collection methods used were documentation, test, and observation techniques. The research type is quasi experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and Multivariate Analysis of Variances (MANOVA). The results showed that TPS and TSTS methods were proven to be more effective than conventional ones in improving students’ learning outcomes. Students who were taught by TPS and TSTS methods were also proven to have better collaborative skills than students taught by conventional methods.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find out the effect of Problem-Based Learning model on increasing of students learning interest, students active role in the learning process, student self study activity as well as students knowledge and understanding of learning material. This research employs participatory action research, while the object is students of Economics Study Program enrolling entrepreneurship course academic year of 2004/2005. Based on the result of this research is drawn some conclusion as follow: 1) Problem-based learning model is able to raise attention and students active role in the learning process. students active role in the learning process, 2) this model is able to stimulate students learning interest and student self study activity 3), last but not least, the model is proven able to improve students knowledge and understanding of learning material.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini akan melakukan implementasi Model Evaluasi Pendidikan Karakter pada Rumpun Pembelajaran Ekonom. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research Development yang dikembangkan Borg and Gall.  Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi yang sedang mengambil matakuliah rumpun ekonomi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 186 mahasiswa yang terdiri  empat  prodi S1 yang ada di Fakultas Ekonomi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji manova. Hasil dari penelitian ini ada dua. Pertama, asesmen karakter mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi menyatakan bahwa pada awal semester (pengamatan awal) karakter mahasiswa cenderung rendah tetapi setelah pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter pada pertengahan semester (pengamatan akhir) karakter mahasiswa cenderung sedang ke tinggi. Kedua, Pembelajaran ekonomi yang menerapkan model evaluasi pendidikan karakter dapat dikatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan karakter mahasiswa. Terbukti dengan adanya rata- rata antara pretest dan posttest yang signifikan. Abstract: This research aims to implement the Character Education Evaluation Model in the Economist Learning Cluster. The study used the Research Development approach developed by Borg and Gall. The research subjects were students at the Faculty of Economics. They were taking economic classes with 186 students as respondents consisting of four undergraduate study programs in the Faculty of Economics. The data analysis technique used was the Manova test. The results of this study are twofold. First, the assessment of student character in economic learning states that at the beginning of the semester (initial observation), the character of the student tends to be low, but after the implementation of character education in the middle of the semester (final observation) the character of the student tends to be high. Second, economic learning that applies the character education evaluation model can be effective in improving student character. It is proven by the significant mean between pretest and posttest.

Abstract

Modeling for inflation rate in Indonesia was done by some researcher with conventional model. The conventional model can not be applied if the data are linguistic variables. Fuzzy system can be used to overcome the weak of this method. The goal of this research is to establish the model for forecasting inflation rate in Indonesia based on fuzzy time series data.In this research, forecasting inflation rate use table look up scheme method based on multivariate fuzzy time series data. This research is done by the following steps: 1) determine input-output data; 2) determine fuzzification for input-output data; 3) determine fuzzy rules base by table lookup scheme method; 4) construct fuzzy inference engine; 5) construct defuzzification; 6) construct fuzzy system for modeling inflation rate in Indonesia; 7) determine validation for model used MSE criteria. The results of this research are 1) we develop 8 fuzzy models; 2) The model with Gaussian membership function, minimum inference engine, 25 fuzzy rules has minimum MSE value, 5.5671. Therefore this model can be used to predict inflation rate in Indonesia based on inflation previously , credit interest rate, money supply, gross national product and exchange rate of Rupiah.

Abstract

The teacher professionalism had to be improved because the teacher had the important roles to improve human resources quality. The several efforts can be done by the teacher is understanding the minimum standard of the profession, completing the teacher qualifications and competencies, creating the good partnership, improving the service-based working, and improving the creativity in use the very latest information and communication technologies. The improving of the teacher welfare supported the several efforts to improve the teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Pengembangan metode pembelajaran semakin penting untuk terus digalakkan agar efektivitas pembelajaran semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menerapkan metode pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning untuk mata kuliah Statistika Lanjut guna melihat dampaknya terhadap peningkatan minat belajar dan pemahaman mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan model penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang terdiri atas empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, pemantauan, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) penerapan metode Problem Based Learning dalam pembelajaran statistika lanjut mampu meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa baik minat belajar di dalam maupun di luar kelas hal ini terjadi karena proses pembelajaran lebih banyak diberikan penugasan analisis kasus baik secara individual maupun kelompok sehingga menuntut partisipasi semua mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran, dan (2) penerapan metode Problem Based Learning dalam pembelajaran statistika lanjut mampu meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa karena proses pembelajaran lebih ditekankan pada penerapan teknik dan prosedur statistika sehingga memudahkan mahasiswa untuk memahami konsep dan penerapannya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap efikasi diri, pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap perilaku anti korupsi, pengaruh prestasi belajar ekonomi terhadap perilaku anti korupsi dan  pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku anti korupsi pada siswa SMAN 1 Karanganyar Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif teknik analisis jalur (path analisis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi. Efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku anti korupsi. Prestasi belajar ekonomi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku anti korupsi. Lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku anti korupsi.Abstract: This study aims to find out: the effect of the family environment on the self-efficacy, the effect of the family environment on the economics learning achievement, the effect of the self-efficacy on the economics learning achievement, the effect of the self-efficacy on the anti-corruption behaviour, the effect of the economics learning achievement on the anti-corruption behaviour, and the effect of the family environment on the anti-corruption behaviour among students of SMAN 1 Karanganyar, Kebumen Regency. This research was an ex post facto study using the quantitative approach. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation and were analyzed using the path analysis technique. The results of the study are as follows. The family environment variable has a significant positive effect on the self-efficacy and on the economics learning achievement. The self-efficacy variable does not have an effect on the economics learning achievement. The self-efficacy variable has a significant positive effect on the anti-corruption behavior. The economics learning achievement does not have an effect on the anti-corruption behavior. The family environment variable has a significant positive effect on the anti-corruption behavior.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas yang kurang kondusif menyebabkan proses belajar tidak berjalan secara optimal untuk itu perlu penerapan model pembelajaran yang mampu merekam seluruh aktivitas belajar mahasiswa agar proses pembelajaran berjalan efektif. Portofolio merupakan suatu kumpulan atau berkas bahan pilihan yang dapat memberi informasi bagi suatu penilaian kinerja siswa secara objektif. Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Portofolio (MPBP) mengacu pada prinsip dasar pembelajaran prinsip belajar siswa aktif (student active learning), kelompok belajar kooperatif (cooperative learning), pembelajaran partisipatorik, dan mengajar yang reaktif (reactive teaching). Hal-hal yang perlu dicermati dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran dan penilaian portofolio adalah mengumpulkan, seleksi, refleksi, dan relevansi.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk memperkirakan tingkat inflasi di Indonesia. Jika data-data tentang nilai tukar rupiah dan pendapatan nasional dipandang sebagai input data, kemudian tingkat inflasi di Indonesia dipandang sebagai output data, maka akan dibuat suatu model untuk output data berdasarkan input data tersebut dengan menggunakan sistem fuzzy. Model ini diujicobakan untuk data-data diluar sampel. Selanjutnya dengan pemilihan parameter yang tepat akan diperoleh model yang sesuai dengan tingkat kesalahan yang diinginkan.
