Abstract

Pendidikan vokasional di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas II A Kutoarjo diberikan kepada anak- anak tindak pidana agar anak tersebut memiliki keterampilan dan mampu hidup mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan kondisi komponen-komponen dan bentuk pendidikan vokasional bagi anak tindak pidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kutoarjo. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak tindak pidana di Lapas Kelas II A Kutoarjo. Objek penelitian ini berupa pendidikan vokasional yang meliputi komponen, kelebihan, kendala, serta bentuk pendidikan vokasional di Lapas Kelas II A Kutoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan fotografi. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen dalam pendidikan vokasional di Lapas Kelas II A Kutoarjo sudah berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Walaupun kurikulum belum tersedia, tetapi pendidikan vokasional yang telah dilaksanakan di Lapas Kelas II A Kutoarjo mampu berjalan dengan baik. Kelebihan dari pendidikan vokasional di lapas yaitu mengembangkan bakat, memiliki pengalaman, mengisi waktu luang, rehabilitasi, dan asimilasi. Sedangkan kendala dari pendidikan vokasional di lapas yaitu ruangan, peralatan, tim pengajar, lahan, dan biaya. Bentuk atau jenis dari pendidikan vokasional di Lapas Kelas II A Kutoarjo antara lain yaitu industri yang terdiri dari menjahit, membuat sandal, dan membatik, pertanian, perikanan, serta kerumahtanggaan. Bentuk pendidikan vokasional tersebut mampu memberikan keterampilan kepada anak tindak pidana di Lapas Kelas II A Kutoarjo.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the Self-Evaluation Model Management Inclusive Education in Elementary School Bantul Yogyakarta. Variables that will be revealed include: institutional, learning curriculum and evaluation, workforce, student affairs, infrastructure, and financing. Subjects were teachers, principals and committee inclusive education in primary school Bantul district. The total population was all Inclusive Elementary Schools located in Bantul district consisting both public and private elementary Inclusive schools.Type of evaluation research was the survey held in April-October 2013. The technique of collecting data included questionnaires: interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique used integrated or simultaneous quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach.The results of the study revealed clearly and operational condition of the success of inclusive elementary schools, indicated by: (1) institutional, (2) curriculum, (3) staffing, (4) student, (5) infrastructure, and (6) financing, implementation and management success Inclusive Elementary School Principal in Bantul Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to make a device of the development of an entrepreneurship training, develop a model of theentrepreneurship training, and create the material ofentrepreneurship training for the employment of joblesstownspeople. The study employed research and development as themethod and used qualitative and quantitative approaches as themethods of analyses. After a series of try-outswere conducted, thereal field operational test was performed by using a pre-test andpost-test design. The data were collected through interviews,participative observations, intensive discussion, documentationstudy, and questionnaires. A mark-test was utilized for thedescriptiveand inferential statistical calculations. Findings of thestudy consisted of a design of the entrepreneurship training devicefor the applicant of the fresh entrepreneur group in the city, a modelof entrepreneurship training for the employment of joblesstownspeople, an entrepreneurship training material modulefor theemployment of joblesstownspeople, and an effective model ofentrepreneurship training and material for the employment ofjobless townspeople.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengevaluasi keberhasilan asesmen akademik bagi siswa tunalaras di SLB-E Prayuwana yang dapat digunakan untuk intervensi penanganan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tempat penelitian di SLB-E Prayuwana, subyek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa tunalaras. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama tujuh bulan pada tahun 2014. Tipe penelitian adalah eksplanatif; dimana penelitian ini akan berupaya untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara rinci dan komprehensif dalam mengidentifikasi dan asesmen siswa tunalaras di SLB-E Prayuwana. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, test, dan interview pada siswa tunalaras. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: (1) pengembangan program pembelajaran atau intervensi, kegiatan asesmen memerlukan pemahaman dan ketekunan tersendiri. Kita ditutut lebih cermat mengamati segala kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan bidang yang akan menjadi sasaran asesmen; (2) ditemukan beberapa kebutuhan subjek asesmen terkait dengan perilaku sosial dalam lingkungan masyarakat, keluarga maupun sekolah, kemampuan koordinasi, dan kemampuan dalam proses pembelajaran; (3) untuk sarana dan prasarana meliputi alat asesmen, meliputi media pembelajaran, seprti media pembelajaran latihan sensori perabaan, media pembelajatran sensori pengecap dan perasa, media pembelajaran latihan bina diri, media pembelajaran konsep dan simbol bilangan, media pembelajaran kreativitas, daya pikir dan konsentrasi, alat pengajaran, media pembelajaran latihan perseptual motor; (4) adanya ruang asesmen yang ditujukan bagi peserta didik di SLB E Prayuwana. Asesmen dilaksanakan saat anak masuk sekolah pada awal tahun pelajaran untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi kebutuhan siswa. Selain itu, adanya asesmen dapat dilakukan setiap awal semester, maupun saat dibutuhkan. Proses asesmen didukung oleh beberapa multidisiplin ilmu seperti guru, psikolog, orang tua, dan konselor; (5) kasus yang sering dihadapi adalah masalah prestasi siswa, hubungan antara siswa dengan keluarga dan sekolah, serta bagaimana perkembangan belajar dan kemajuan siswa. Dalam konsultasi didukung oleh beberapa multidisiplin ilmu seperti guru, psikolog, orang tua, dan konselor; (6) ruang latihan sensori anak tunalaras dapat dilakukan di ruangan khusus dan juga ruang kelas tergantung pada kebutuhan siswa dan guru dala pembelajaran.

Abstract

Target of this article is to extend firmanent and user knowledge in term of non formal education, and how study participative methode used to support non formal education programs, several things whichought to become most attention in use of study participative methode for non formal education is a group study methode. The methode and technique study.There are 10 step of model for participative training, the consideration for using participative methode. In study participative there are tripartite pursuant to activity which generating of, in term on how the strategy that teachers give to student. There are two part of study participative, and study participative which concentrated on studying.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi tingkat: (1) kepuasan; (2) pemahaman materi; (3) implementasi perilaku; dan (4) peningakatan kompetensi peserta pelatihan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model Empat Level Kirkpatrick. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kepuasan peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan pelatihan menggunakan Penilaian ber-Acuan Patokan (PAP) dan Penilaian ber-Acuan Norma (PAN) masuk kategori “puas”. (2) pemahaman peserta pada materi standar isi pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP masuk kategori “tidak menguasai”, sedangkan menggunakan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”; pemahaman peserta pada materi standar proses pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”; pemahaman peserta pada materi standar penilaian pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP masuk kategori “tidak menguasai”, sedangkan menggunakan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”. (3) implementasi perilaku peserta pascapelatihan terkait materi standar isi, proses, dan penilaian pembelajaran paket C berdasarkan persepsi tutor dan peserta didik menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “mengimplementasikan”; (4) peningkatan kompetensi peserta disebabkan oleh pelatihan menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “mengalami peningkatan”.Kata Kunci: evaluasi, pelatihan, in-house training, pembelajaran paket C In-house training program evaluation of packet C learning in sanggar kegiatan belajar of Central Java ProvinceAbstractThis study aimed to describe an evaluation results level of: (1) satisfaction; (2) material understanding; (3) behavior implementation; and (4) the improvement of participants’ competence. The type of this study was evaluation research using Four Levels of Kirkpatrick model. The result of this study indicates the following. (1) the participants’ satisfaction toward the implementation of training using Standard Referenced Assessment (PAP) and Normative Referenced Assessment (PAN) was included in the category of “satisfied”. 2) the participants’ understanding of content standard material learning using PAP was included in the category of “not mastering”, while using PAN was included in the category of “mastering”; the participants’ understanding of process standard material learning using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “mastering”; (3) the participants’ understanding of assessment standard material learning using PAP was included in the category of “not mastering”, while using PAN was included in the category of “mastering”. (3) the implementation of participants’ behavior after training of content, process, and assessment standard material based on tutor’s and student’s perception using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “implementing”. (4) participants’ competence improvement resulting from the training using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “improving”. Abstract

This study aims at revealing (1) the implementation of education center programs in Non- Governmental Organizations (NGO) of Rumah Impian (2) the role of NGO in empowering street children through its education center programs by reviewing their management of planning, organizing, implementation, controlling, (3) the constraints faced by NGO in implementing education center programs and (4) the benefits for the street children after the implementation of its education center program. This research can be categorized as case study using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the head and staff of Rumah Impian as well as the street children who participated in the program.The data collection was conducted by interview, observation and documentation. The analysis technique used the interactive analysis model of Miles & Huberman. The validity of the data was through source triangulation by comparing the data of interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study showed that 1) the implementation of the education center program was conducted with fun learning-based teaching and skills development. 2) The role of Rumah Impian according to its participation level for handling street children can be categorized as education roles. 3) The constraints in implementing the program consists of funding, the parental perceptions for the benefits of education center programs, the limited number of assistants, experts for program evaluation and the limited space. 4) The benefits of the program were improving the knowledge and skills among the street children and risky adolescents and changes in positive parental behavior, which were initially antipathic to education center activities, are now turning to be very enthusiastic in suporting education center activities.

Abstract

Gender disparities still exist in the business world, yet things are slowly starting to change. Other than that, women have historically faced greater obstacles than men when it comes to achieving success in the business world. Women are becoming leaders in industries and achieving top positions in companies. This paper describes the result of need analysis of women's capacity development strategy among the actors of the community-based creative economy in tourism business. This qualitative approach used observation, interviews with focused group discussion activities, and document analysis as a method to collect data. It was carried out involving 25 women creative economy actors as informants. Business pattern dynamization emerged as one of the strategies to cope with socio-economic issues due to the pandemic, which was done by developing businesses in an agricultural field, fulfilling household needs, online ready-made garments, and opening a business at the beach. The community serves as a social capital that helps creative economy actors in this study overcome hindrances, such as high-interest loans, price war, and unhealthy competition. Hence, these women embody the qualities of resilience, determination, and grit. They prove that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible.
