Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian tahun pertama dari dua tahun penelitian yang direncanakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan perangkat implementasi model pendidikan ekonomi kreatif berbasis karakter yang terdiri atas silabus, RPP, dan bahan ajar serta mengembangkan seperangkat instrumen yang diperlukan untuk menilai model pendidikan ekonomi kreatif yang telah dikembangkan. Pengembangan model   menggunakan Four-D yang meliputi define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa pengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) perangkat pembelajaran (silabus, RPP, dan bahan ajar pendidikan ekonomi kreatif) hasil pengembangan termasuk ke dalam kategori baik dan dapat digunakan dengan sedikit revisi; 2) perangkat instrumen penilaian model pendidikan ekonomi kreatif hasil pengembangan (instrumen penilaian silabus, RPP, bahan ajar, penilaian kreativitas mahasiswa, dan penilaian keterlaksanaan model) termasuk dalam kategori “baik” dengan sedikit revisi.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how he figure of the women’s status in the reign period of Prophet Muhammad SAW and Kulafaur Rasyidin , how far is the involvement of women in the politic field in that period, and the problem which appeared at that period. This research is a descriptive qualitative research which is based on the library research. The data of research contains the information about the involvement of women in the politic field in the reign period of Prophet Muhamamad Saw and Khulafaur Rasyidin which are collected from the Islamic literature such as hadists of Prophet Muhammad Saw and the historical books of Islam which reveal the problems. The collected data is analyzed qualitatively with the inductive analysis techniques. The research has shown that the condition of women in the middle of pagan ignorance age proceeding the Islamic era (Jahiliyah) of Arabic Society commonly was terrified. The women were insulted, treated harshly, and looked down. Moreover, the women were seen as the realization of sin, unfortunate, disgrace and the other embarrass things. Islam has put the status of women in the proportion by admitting the women’s humanity and getting rid of the darkness which has been experienced by the women in the life time history. During the reign period of Prophet Muhammad Saw, the women had already taken part in the politic role such as in the struggle of spreading the truth of Allah’s sentences. They had done the Islamic religious proselytizing, hijrah with the prophet Muhammad Saw, and swore to the Prophet Muhammad Saw as well done the jihad or taken a part in the war which used to be followed by the men. The women also had activated in taking part in the role of politic in the period of Khulafaur Rasyidin. Ummahat al-Mu’minin had become the motored movement of women to participate actively in those politic activities. Among the problems which faced by the women in participating in the politic field during the reign of Prophet Muhammad Saw were the pressure of infidel Quraisy groups of Makkah in the early period of Islamic religious proselytizing, the physical weaknesses of women considering the hard activities which were done to hijrah and holy war (jihad). For example they had to lose their family, wealthy and motherhood. However, those kinds of problems didn’t stop the role of women’s in the politic field. The big problem which was faced in the period of Khulafaur Rasyidin was the disputed that encountered in the riot time was among the Moslem and also the unbeliever who pretended to be Moslem (munafik) such as the one which was motorized by Abdullah bin Saba.

Abstract

Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah apa sajakah kebijakan- kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia di bidang pendidikan yang tertuang dalam Undang-undang  Nomor  20  Tahun  2003  tentang  Sistem  Pendidikan Nasional dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang menyertainya. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga ingin menemukan apa saja yang muncul seiring dengan pemberlakuan Undang-Undang tersebut dan bagaimana pemecahannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analisis konten (content analysis). Objek  penelitian  terfokus  pada  produk  perundang-undangan  nasional dalam  bidang  pendidikan  yang  lahir  dalam  rentang  waktu  2003-2010 (pasca lahirnya UU No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sisdiknas) dalam bentuk undang-undang, peraturan pemerintah, permendiknas, maupun yang lain. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa kebijakan pendidikan nasional yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 2003 hingga 2010. Kebijakan-kebijakan tersebut adalah: seperti 1) wajib belajar sembilan tahun yang sering dianggap masyarakat sebagai sekolah gratis;  2)  Standar  Nasional  Pendidikan  yang  kemudian  menetapkan delapan standar nasional; 3) Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan yang didasarkan pada Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi dan semangat otonomi daerah; 4) sertifikasi bagi guru dan dosen; 5) pendanaan pendidikan; 6) pengelolaan pendidikan dalam bentuk Badan Hukum Pendidikan yang kemudian dibatalkan; 7) Kebijakan penataan dalam penyelenggaraan Pendidikan  Agama  dan  Pendidikan  Keagamaan.  Permasalahan  yang muncul seiring dengan pemberlakuan berbagai kebijakan nasional di bidang pendidikan di Indonesia juga cukup banyak. Berbagai pemecahan sudah ditempuh untuk menyelesaikan problem-problem tersebut. Karena perbedaan   situasi   dan   kondisi   di   masing-masing   daerah   tempat pelaksanaan berbagai kebijakan pendidikan, maka masih banyak problem yang belum teratasi dengan tuntas dan masih terus diupayakan

Abstract

The primary problem in this research is how is the image of the discourse of gender violence in Islam, what factors causing gender violence in Muslims in Indonesia, and what effort can be taken to overcome the problem. The objective of this research, therefore, is to answer above problems. This is a content analysis research. The object of this research is the content of fiqh books showing gender violence, particularly in Uquud Al-Lujjain fi Bayani Hufuq written by Muhammad bin Umar Nawawi al-Banteni well-known as Imam Nawawi. Parts of the book which is related to gender are studied with the perspective of gender equity in Islam as stated in Quran. In analysis, the researcher bases his idea on some Muslim scholars, particularly to the feminist Muslims. From the various views, the researcher finds the interference of the thought leading to the understanding of gender in Islam perspective. The result of the research shows that generally, gender violence occurs in almost all part of the world, including in Indonesia. The gender violence in Indonesia is greatly affected by some fiqh books which are gender-bias. The books affect the minds of their readers’ religion attitude. Among the cause of gender violence in Indonesia, one reason is because of the partial, not comprehensive, textual, not contextual, local-affected interpretations. In consequence, the understanding of gender does not in line with al Quran which concerns on freedom, equity, and justice. Efforts to overcome the gender violence among Muslims are done by reconstructing and reformu­lating the understanding of the books. Reconstruction begins from the root problem of the interpretation. Reformulation is carried out through understanding verses in AlQuran and Hadith in contextual, inter­disciplinary, and comprehensive approach. Therefore, it is hoped that the new understanding will be in line with the principles in Al-Quran showing justice and gender equity.
