Abstract

Energi terbarukan merupakan energi alternatif untuk masa depan. Potensi akan energi terbarukan di Indonesia sangat besar, salah satunya adalah Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA). Nilai daya untuk di bawah 500 W merupakan masuk kategori picohidro. Aliran sungai yang ada di setiap kampung di Indonesia menjadi potensi besar dalam mengembangkan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Picohidro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debit air terhadap tegangan DC pada pembangkit listrik tenaga picohidro. Instalasi pada pembangkit ini terdiri dari; saluran masuk air (inlet), turbin, generator, indikator tegangan, dan saluran buang air (output). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimen dan dilaksanakan di Sungai Pelang, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi saluran masuk (inlet) dan nilai saluran buang (outlet) nilai debit air akan semakin besar. Semakin besar nilai debit air maka semakin besar Tegangan yang dihasilkan. Nilai debit dan perbedaan elevasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap tegangan output picohidro.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memproyeksikan kebutuhan energi listrik tiap sektor pelanggan serta beban puncak di Kabupaten Purbalingga hingga tahun 2030 menggunakan software LEAP. Hasil proyeksi diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam penyediaan energi listrik dan guna menjamin ketersediaan energi listrik di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Metode proyeksi kebutuhan energi listrik ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Ekonometri, Trend, dan End-Use. Tahap- tahap pengembangan dan pembuatan yang terdiri dari:  (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) perancangan simulasi, (3) tahap simulasi, dan (4) proses pengujian dengan dua skenario. Proyeksi kebutuhan energi listrik dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan dua skenario yaitu skenario Business As Usual dan skenario Kebijakan. Hasil proyeksi kebutuhan energi listrik Kabupaten Purbalingga tahun 2030 menggunakan skenario Business As Usual pada sektor pelanggan rumah tangga sebesar 296.015,6 MWh, sektor bisnis 78.311,3 MWh, sektor publik 62.219,4 MWh dan sektor industri sebesar 209.346,3 MWh dengan beban puncak  94,6 MW. Pada skenario kebijakan kebutuhan energi listrik sektor rumah tangga sebesar 297.541 MWh, sektor  bisnis 43.129,3 MWh, sektor publik 36.756,2 MWh dam sektor industri sebesar 99.216,6 MWh dengan beban puncak 69,8 MW. Pada skenario Business As Usual diperlukan penambahan kapasitas trafo sebesar 90 MW atau 300% kapasitas sebelumnya namun jika skenario kebijakan yang diterapkan penambahan kapasitas trafo sebesar 60 MW atau 200% dari kapasitas sebelumnya. Penambahan kapasitas trafo diperlukan guna menjamin ketersediaan energi listrik di Kabupaten Purbalingga hingga tahun 2030.

Abstract

This paper explores the potential of problem based learning and teams games tournaments model to improve students’ competencies. The objective of the study was to know the differences in the achievement of basic electrical and electronic competencies of students in terms of cognitive and psychomotor aspects using problem based learning model, teams games tournaments, and conventional learning. This was a quasi-experimental study. Instrument validity was measured through expert judgments and instrument reliability with Spearman Brown. Data collection used a pretest, a posttest, and skill observations. Data analysis techniques used one way ANOVA and a Tukey's post hoc test with a significance level of 0.05. The results revealed (1) differences in the achievement of basic electrical and electronic competencies of students in terms of cognitive and psychomotor aspects between using problem based learning, Teams Games Tournaments, and conventional learning, and (2) the results of the Tukey test showed the sequence of achievement of cognitive and psychomotor aspects of the best as follow: the model of teams games tournaments, problem based learning, and conventional learning.

Abstract

Study this aim to (1) Produce learning media in the form of textbooks entitled Augmented Reality-Based Safety Dojo Guidebook for Vocational subjects, (2) Knowing appropriateness from learning media in the form of textbooks , (3) knowing rating and feedback student related textbooks in the form of Book Guidelines Safety Dojo AR based .Type Study this including in Research and Development ( RnD ) research with use ADDIE approach which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation stages .Study this conducted at SMK Hamong Putra Pakem . Then validation from product book this done by expert respective materials and media experts each totaling 2 people. Material expert involving 1 person from a vocational school teacher and 1 lecturer major electro, while from media expert involves 2 lecturers from major UNY electronics . For testing product done by students Class X and XI Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering at SMK Hamong Putra Pakem as many as 40 students . This research instrument is in the form of a printed questionnaire which is then distributed to respondents, and through direct interviews. Whereas for the data obtained in the form of qualitative and quantitative data which are then analyzed with analysis validity reliability .Study this produce : (1) Learning Media in the form of a textbook with the title "AR-Based Dojo Safety Manual", (2) eligibility from learning media this rated from aspect Theory got results with value 87.50% with category very deserve and media aspect get results with value 78.57% with category worth , (3) Assessment from students regarding the feasibility of learning media in the form of textbooks obtained a score of 85.17% so that it is included in the very feasible category.

Abstract

In the digitalization era, the learning process has begun to use blended learning. Blended learning is carried out face-to-face directly or indirectly. Students are expected to be able to study independently. In basic electrical practice courses, students have difficulty learning independently. This study aims to develop learning videos to improve student competencies. The development model used is the ADDIE model. The stages of development carried out are Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The feasibility test of the basic electrical learning video in terms of motivation is 90.29%, convenience is 88.50% and material is 86.75% The feasibility of basic electrical learning videos as learning media is included in the "very feasible" category. This learning media can be used to support the learning process of basic electrical practices.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the results of observations and interviews with lecturers in the electrical circuit practice course, data was obtained, namely that there was no learning media in the form of a trainer kit which made it easier for students to be skilled in soldering and the need to increase student motivation in the learning process of electrical circuit practice. The stages of this research method are using the ADDIE approach (ADDIE Approach). The ADDIE approach includes Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The results of the media validity test can conclude that the media aspect obtains a minimum value of 87.5% and a maximum value of 90%. The results of the material validity test can be concluded that the material aspects obtain a value of 88.40% for the suitability of the material and a value of 90.2% for the quality of learning. The results of the feasibility test from the user can conclude that the due diligence test from the user obtains a score of 89.80% in terms of motivation, 88.0% in terms of convenience, and 90.3% in terms of material. Based on the results of the validity test of the media, material and feasibility it can be concluded that the PCB Solder trainer kit is in the "very feasible" category.ABSTRAKBerdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan dosen pengampu mata kuliah praktik rangkaian listrik didapatkan data yaitu belum adanya media pembelajaran berbentuk trainer kit yang memudahkan peserta didik untuk terampil dalam soldering dan perlunya meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran praktik rangkaian listrik. Tahapan metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE (ADDIE Approach). Pendekatan ADDIE meliputi: Analyse (menganalisis), design (merancang), develop (mengembangkan), implementation (menerapkan), dan evaluation (mengevaluasi). Hasil uji validitas media dapat simpulkan bahwa aspek media memperoleh nilai minimal sebesar 87,5% dan nilai maksimal sebesar 90%. Hasil uji validitas materi dapat simpulkan bahwa aspek materi memperoleh nilai sebesar 88,40% untuk kesesuaian materi dan nilai sebesar 90,2% untuk kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil uji kelayakan dari pengguna dapat simpulkan uji kelayakan dari pengguna memperoleh nilai sebesar 89,80% ditinjau dari motivasi, 88,0% ditinjau dari kemudahan, dan 90,3% ditinjau dari materi. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas media, materi dan kelayakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa trainer kit PCB Solder termasuk kategori “sangat layak”.

Abstract

Solar Power Plant is a power plant by utilizing sunlight. In this study, the focus is on the use of off-grid solar power systems. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of luminous intensity, humidity, and temperature on the output voltage of a solar power plant. The research method used is experimental. The maximum output voltage of the solar panel is 19.2 V obtained at 01.00 pm. During these conditions, the luminous intensity value is 121000 lux at an air humidity of 52.4% with a temperature of 40.50C. The results showed that (1) the greater the luminous intensity, the greater the output voltage of the solar panel. (2) If the greater the humidity, the smaller the output voltage of the solar panel. (3) If the greater the temperature, the greater the output voltage of the solar panel.

Abstract

Increasing energy efficiency is one of the most important functions for reducing energy costs as well as production costs. One way to reduce the use of electrical energy consumption is by saving energy. This study aims to determine how much energy savings at PT ABC through an energy audit. An energy audit is carried out with two main activities, namely identifying the profile of patterns of electricity use and analysis of power quality. The results of the analysis are then expected to be the basis for knowing the potential for energy savings and energy conservation in the industry. The method used in this study begins with field observations, measurements of electrical systems, and measurements of production machines and production support equipment. Based on some data, both primary data and secondary data, an analysis is carried out through calculations to determine potential energy-saving opportunities. The main energy source used at PT. ABC is from PLN with 1 subscription to a 3-phase system with an installed power of 197 kVA. Energy use or consumption for a year is 804,279.97 kWh. Opportunities for energy savings through energy audits that have been carried out are expected to have an impact on the company, namely energy cost savings of IDR 137,344,162 per year

Abstract

This study aims to develop Electrical Machine Training Kit for electrical machine practice media in vocational education. This type of research with Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The background of this research is that the need for electrical machine competency, which students should have mastered, is still insufficient due to inadequate tools. Many graduates still have difficulty getting a job in the industry because competence has not been fulfilled during college. Electronic engineering vocational education is a study program that has the goal of producing superior graduates in achieve electrical machine competence and being ready to work in the industry. Electronic engineering vocational education is a new study program that is still in the development stage to achieve this goal. The media aspect obtains a minimum value of 87.5% and a maximum value of 90%. Material aspects get a value of 88.40% for suitability material and 90.2% for the quality of learning. The user feasibility test obtained a value of 89.80% in review from motivation, 88.0% in terms of convenience, and 90.3% in terms of material. It is concluded that the Electrical Machine Training Kit is included in the "very feasible" category.
