Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model yang menyajikan efek dari sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, dan niat beli terhadap perilaku membelian beras organik. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 160 ibu rumah tangga yang pernah mengkonsumsi beras organik lebih dari duakali di Kota Denpasar. Instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equqtion Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS. Variabel yang digunkan pada penelitian ini adalah sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, niat dan perilaku. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa sikap terhadap membeli beras organik, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku secara signifikan memberikan efek positif bagi niat beli makanan organik. Niat beli beras organik secara signifikan memberikan efek positif bagi perilaku membeli beras organik. Kontrol perilaku memberikan efek positif  dan signifikan untuk perilaku membeli beras organik. Lebih rendahnya nilai koefisien pengaruh langsung persepsi kontrol perilaku terhadap perilaku membeli beras organik karena adanya beberapa faktor seperti: harga, kemudahan, keamanan, dan kualitas.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: to analyze the determinants of employee work discipline. This study took place at PT. Summit Oto Finance Denpasar Branch involving 35 respondents. This type of research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Indicators of employee work discipline that are used are work time discipline, carrying out leadership instructions, job success, adherence to work rules and procedures. The results of this study prove that work time discipline, carrying out leadership instructions, work success, adherence to regulations and work procedures significantly have a positive effect on employee work discipline and high work discipline will improve employee performance. The lower value of indicators of employee job success due to there are several factors such as: accuracy in work, and reward.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja organisasi dalam lingkungan kompetisi global dewasa ini adalah sangat penting.Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam suatu organisasi sangat berperan untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Camat Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian survey dengan format penelitian deskriptifjumlah dengan 45 responden. Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara berdasarkan total skor sebesar 3.135 berada pada interval 2.602 – 3.213 sebagaimana kriteria yang ditetapkan, maka kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Camat Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung tergolong kategori baik.

Abstract

The significant increase in the number of poor and unemployed people in the Province of Bali over the past two years as part of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which hit the joints of the economy has become a new problem that deserves further handling. This research is focused on discussing the causes of poverty by focusing on the employment aspect which includes wages and unemployment, as well as the educational aspect which is represented by the literacy rate indicator. The research objectives in this study are: (1) to analyze the effect of minimum wages and literacy rates on unemployment in Bali Province; (2) to analyze the effect of minimum wages, literacy rates, and unemployment on poverty in Bali Province; and (3) to analyze the role of unemployment in mediating the effect of minimum wages and literacy rates on poverty in Bali Province. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This study uses path analysis techniques in hypothesis testing. Secondary data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bali Province, and this study combined time series data and cross sectional data or in the form of panel data. The data processing aids used were Microsoft Excel and Eviews version 10. The results showed that (1) the minimum wage and literacy rate had a positive but not significant effect on unemployment; (2) the minimum wage has a negative and insignificant effect on poverty, the literacy rate has a direct negative and significant effect on poverty, and unemployment has a direct positive and significant effect on poverty; and (3) unemployment does not mediate the effect of minimum wages and literacy rates on poverty in Bali Province.
