Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana sejarah dan Profil RSUD Buleleng, bagaimana sistem pemberlakuan JKBM di RSUD Buleleng, apakah tujuan dibentuknya JKBM sudah sesuai dengan realita yang ada di masyarakat, bagaimana respon dan tanggapan masyarakat dengan adanya JKBM, Apakah kualitas pelayanan RSUD Buleleng terhadap pasien JKBM sudah baik, serta mengapa RS Swasta di Buleleng menghentikan program JKBM. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng memiliki Isue-Isue Strategis (Strategic Issues) yang memiliki dokter spesialis, bangunan RS baru dan berlokasi strategis, mindset masyarakat pengguna semakin matang dan dewasa dan kontrak dengan berbagai perusahaan swasta, BUMN dan customer maintain belum terpupuk dengan baik.

Abstract

 Abstract : This classroom action research is aimed to improve learning process and mathematics learning outcomes by implementing Cooperative Learning  Model with Structural  Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Approach. The research subjects are 36 heterogenous academic ability level students of the VII.5 class of Junior High School 17 Pekanbaru in academic year of 2016/2017. The research implemented in two cycles in which each cycle consisted of four phases, i.e; namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. By the end of a cycle, formative test was held. The data was collected by doing observation of teachers and students activities and formative test. The research shows learning process improvement after the implementation Cooperative Learning Model with Structural Numbered Heads Together (NHT) approach.. Most of the students participated actively and responsible in the learning process e.g. discussing, presenting student’s worksheet, responding to classmate’s presentation, and drawing the lesson conclusion. Additionally, the students afforded to answer the written test given by teacher well. Furthermore, the number of students passing the KKM on base score, formative test I (first cycle), formative test II (second cycle) were respectively 36,1%, 50%, and 69,4%. The percentage of KKM achievement also indicates the increase after the implementation, thus it can be said that the students’ learning outcomes also increase. Finally, the research also shows that  cooperative learning  model with structural  Numbered Heads Together (NHT)  approach can improve mathematics learning process and learning outcomes of VII.5 class students of Junior High School 17 Pekanbaru. Key Words :   Math Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Learning  Model with Structural  Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Approach, Classroom Action Research.

Abstract

Global financial transactions are one of the most important issues in the world of taxation. These global financial transactions are often one of the ways for taxpayers to do tax evasion and evasion. As a solution to the problem, the government established the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI) which is a system that supports the exchange of taxpayer account information between countries at a certain time periodically, systematically, and continuously from the country of income source or place of storing wealth, to the resident country of the taxpayer. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of AEoI in preventing tax evasion. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, data collection was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject is the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). The results show that from the perspective of effectiveness, the role of AEoI in preventing tax evasion has so far been quite effective because of the big data from AEoI, but there are still weaknesses of AEoI in the completeness of the incomplete or unequal NPWP system data from partner countries so that DGT meets difficulty in tracing it because there is no control feature on the system in matching the NPWP. In addition, the readiness of the internal system in each country and the different capacities of each country related to the completeness of data from partner countries can affect the quality of data information which can become an obstacle in the exchange of information.

Abstract

Perubahan abad 21 ini ditanggapi dengan perkembangan arus teknologi yang semakin maju. Hal ini ditandai dengan maraknya masyarakat dari segala usia dalam menggunakan media sosial dalam kehidupan sosial. Dalam program PPG khususnya untuk sekolah dasar terdapat tuntutan yang harus dikuasai dan dimiliki bagi seorang guru yang akan melaksanakan program PPG. Tuntutan yang harus dikuasai dan harus dimiliki adalah menguasai empat kompetensi dasar berupa kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Keempat kompetensi dasar guru profesional tersebut menjadi prasyarat ketika hendak mendaftar dan juga setelah lulus dari program PPG. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Metode ini memanfaatkan sumber kepustakaan berupa buku, jurnal, artikel, dan penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yang akan diteliti. Nantinya, peneliti akan mencari sumber tertulis mengenai permasalahan dan tantangan PPG SD dalam menguasai empat kompetensi guru abad 21. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru, keempat kompetensi tersebut harus diperhatikan. Peningkatan kualitas guru dapat dilakukan melalui pengembangan profesional dalam bentuk seminar dan workshop maupun yang dilakukan secara online melalui media sosial. Selain itu, di era revolusi digital, guru juga perlu meningkatkan keterampilan dalam penggunaan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tarik pembelajaran.
