Abstract

Perawat Unit Gawat Darurat sebagai  tenaga  profesional dan merupakan garda terdepan di rumah sakit sangat rentan mengalami stres kerja yang di sebabkan oleh bermacam –macam stresoar dimana  stres tersebut  dapat menyebabkan gangguan fisiologis,psikologis  serta perilaku.. Tujuan penelitian untuk enganalisis faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stres pada perawat serta dampak dari stres dan bagaimana cara mengelola stres. Metode  studi kasus, Data di kumpulkan dengan melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada perawat Unit Gawat Darurat sejumlah 29 orang  dan wawancara dengan para jajaran  manajer keperawatan sejumlah 10 orang. Sampel yang diambil merupakan perawat Unit Gawat darurat sejumlah 29 orang.Kemudian dilakukan analisa menggunakan diagram fishbone dan software statistic.Implementasi dilakukan dengan membuat instrument   quesioner factor factor yang dapat menyebab kan stres para perawat. Faktor penyebab stres yang di dapat dari hasil pengkajian terdata beban kerja , tuntutan dari pasien serta dari pihak manajemen sangat dominan serta paktor lingkungan dan rasa takut serta cemas terpapar dengan penyakit yang saat ini sedang pandemi.

Abstract

This study aims to strengthen PAK in providing COVID-19 nursing care in hospitals. The method used in this research is study analysis. Retrieval of data through interviews and questionnaires. The data obtained are then collected and analyzed using a fishbone diagram consisting of man, money, method, environment, material, and management to find problems. The analysis results form the basis for the planning of activities or a plan of action (POA). The implementation of PAK socialization shows that the average pre-test result for nursing personnel is 74 and the post-test result is an average score of 81. In conclusion, there is an increase in understanding regarding the material that has been presented. Thus, socialization is needed to increase nurses' knowledge in providing nursing care to COVID-19 patients. Keywords: Nursing Care, Strengthening Guidelines, Hospital

Abstract

This study aims to find the root of the problem to streamline documentation in outpatient care. The method in this research is a case study using a particular pilot study approach for nurses in outpatient rooms for children through Kurt Lewin's theory of change. Problem analysis was performed using a fishbone. The implementation is carried out as a solution to the problems that occur in drafting a Standard Operating Procedure and a monitoring format for monitoring the evaluation of nursing care documentation using the SOAP approach and socializing innovation products. The research results with fishbone analysis showed that the quality of nursing care documentation using the SOAP approach in outpatient rooms for children was not up to standard. In conclusion, the root of the problem is identified. The implementation of a pilot study related to the optimization of the quality of nursing care documentation. Hospital X is at the stage of moving/movement change. Innovative products are socialized and accepted for further instrument testing.
