Abstract

Penelitian lni bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar pada kompetensi membuat gambar potongan menggunakan pembelajaran ceramah yang dllengkapi LKS dan media model. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperlmen dengan Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian adalah maha­siswa Pendldikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2010 peserta mate kuliah Gambar Mesin yang terdiri dari 4 kelas. Sampel diambil dengan metode random sampling untuk menentukan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperlmen. Rata-rata hasil belajar kelompok kontrol menlngkat dari 57,41 menjadi 64,81 atau meningkat 12,89%. Kelompok eksperlmen mengalami kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari 58,15 menjadi 77,78, atau 33,76%. Kata Kunci: LKS, media model, hasil belajar, gambar potongan.   This research was aimed to identify learning result increase in the competence of making section using lecture learning completed by LKS and modeling media The method was experiment by using Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of the research was the students of Mechanical Engineering Education study program, Semarang State University year 2010 joining Machine Drawing subject divided into 4 classes. The sample was taken at random using random sampling to be control and experiment group. The average learning result of the control group Increased from 57,41 to be 64,81 or increased 12,89%. Meanwhile, the one of the experiment group increased from 58,15 to be 77,78 or increased 33,76%. Keywords: LKS, media model, learning result section drawing

Abstract

Tuberculosis or TB is a contagious infectious disease caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosa bacillus. Suspect pulmonary tuberculosis is a person who has signs and symptoms of pulmonary TB. The diagnosis of pulmonary TB can be established based on clinical symptoms, physical examination and bacteriologic examination. This study aims to develop a standard instrument of suspected pulmonary TB in families with positive pulmonary tuberculosis. The method used in this research is the development of an instrument that refers to the development of Djemari Mardapi model with 9 steps of development. This research was conducted with 3 stages. The first stage is the preliminary stage, then the development stage and last is the evaluation stage. Instrument review by expert or content validity was analyzed using Aiken V formula, instrument reliability based on agreement of experts analyzed using Two Way Anava and reanalyzed using Hoyt formula. The construct validity was analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with the help of SPSS 18.0 software, while instrument reliability based on field results was analyzed using KR-20 formula. The results of the content validity indicate that twenty-six instrument items have values >0.3 which means that all valid instrument items are used. The result of reliability based on expert agreement shows the value of 0.824 which means experts agree in judging. The result of construct validity is Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) 0,816, Measure Sampling Adequacy (MSA) >0,5, and Bartlett's test 0,000 significance test so that instrument item can be analyzed further. There are 5 factors formed from the 26 available instrument items and each item in each factor has a factor loading value> 0.3. Instrument reliability results using KR-20 formula of 0.929, which means reliable instrument used. Based on the evaluation of standard instrument of early detection of pulmonary tuberculosis suspect developed, overall 26 instrument items able to measure indicator of variable to be measured. Further developed instruments can be used by health workers and cadres to perform suspect pulmonary tuberculosis in the community.

Abstract

Instruments that have valid and reliable scoring guidelines will provide learning evaluation results that match the achievements of social science lesson competencies. This study aims to determine the validity and reliability of the standard essay test instruments to measure the higher order thingking skills of social science of the 8th grade junior high schools developed. This study uses research and development techniques to produce standard essay test instruments using 30 samples on a small-scale test and 105 samples on a large-scale test taken at random. The study used nine steps of instrument development that is 1) compile test specification; 2) write test questions; 3) reviewing test questions; 4) test the test; 5) analyze the items; 6) improve the test; 7) assemble the test; 8) carry out tests; 9) interpret the test results. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, document studies, and tests. The results showed that the instrument has Aiken's V> 0.3, the mean value has a value of 0.8. Estimation of instrument reliability at small scale test is 0.788, large scale test is 0.819 and final test for 12 items is 0.918. The results showed that standard essay test instruments to measure higher order thingking of social skills of junior high school in 8th grade proved to be valid and reliable.

Abstract

KKM determines a measurement of the quality of learning in the educational unit. Carrying capacity, intake, students, and teachers use the complexity of determining the subjects of mathematics so KKM in education units can be different. This study aimed to evaluate the ability of teachers to include suitability procedures, enabling and inhibiting factors as well as the enforceability of the process in determining the KKM. The study used a survey method. CIPP evaluation model using the model. The sampling technique using techniques Slovin. The subjects are mathematics teachers of junior high school in Cirebon. Content validity of the instrument based on the judgment of experts using a formula Aiken's V and reliability testing using the formula Ebel. Content validity was tested by three experts. Data is collected using interview techniques, documentation, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The ability of teachers by 83% with a very high category. Suitability procedures by 85% with a very high category and is not by following under accordance with the procedures as much as 15% lower categories. Supporting factor of 92% with a very high category and a limiting factor of 8% with the lower categories. The supporting factors include improvements to the learning process with the fulfillment of infrastructure, making document 1, 2 and 3, the achievement of KKM conducted jointly, their results are difficult KD analysis, moderate or easy, proactive learners, participating in learning activities and tasks that have been designed educators, KD producing appropriate evaluation questions. Inhibiting factors there is no standard minimum completeness criteria format that is produced through MGMP. Implementation process by 79% with a very high category.

Abstract

This study implemented the use of basic competency job-sheet to lathe for a rectangular thread for students of vocational high school. The numerous numbers of students who asked questions indicated that learning has been ineffective. Pretest results proved that the competency in the use of lathe with a rectangular thread did not meet KKM value. This study’s objective therefore was to understand validity, reliability, effectiveness and practicality of the jobsheet for vocational senior high school students.This study used a Research and Development method with 4Da study model approach comprising of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. However, this study  only used 3D, specifically, Define, Design and Develop. The Kappa Coefficient of the VCR raw material was used to gain validity and reliability of the jobsheet content. Two group pretest-posttest designs were used to test effectiveness of the jobsheet, and students’ response to questionnaires were used to understand their  responses.The results of study indicate that validity of the jobsheet content is derived from 2 raters which indicate CVI value with a valid category. Reliability of the jobsheet content showed this was the most substantial category. The results of effectiveness given illustrates that the increasing mean of the posttest values where found effective, while that of students’ responses given to an experimental class was in the very feasible category. The conclusion of this study therefore is valid, reliable, effective and practical development and can be usable for practice learning to lathe the rectangular thread.
