Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan atau mengembalikan kemampuan dan pelayanan jalan adalah dengan melakukan tebal lapis tambah (overlay). Pada penelitian ini perencanaan overlay secara non destruktif berdasarkan lendutan balik, dilakukan menggunakan Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan Nomor 02/M/BM/2013. Hasil analisis menunjukan nilai ekivalen beban sumbu standar selama umur rencana 10 tahun sebesar 6.546.500,63 ESA. Dengan melakukan pembagian segmen untuk mendapatkan variasi faktor keseragaman (FK) dan tebal lapis tambah (overlay)  yang berbeda  maka diperoleh hasil pada segmen 1 Sta 00+000 s/d Sta 00+550 FK 24% overlay 4,1 cm, segmen 2 Sta 00+550 s/d Sta 01+200 FK 19% overlay 7,2 cm, segmen 3 Sta 01+200 s/d Sta 01+750 FK 19% overlay 8 cm dan segmen 4 Sta 01+750 s/d Sta 02+300 FK 11% overlay 9 cm.Kata kunci:  lapis tambah, lendutan balik, Faktor Keseragaman

Abstract

The high growth of the number of vehicles will cause a smooth flow of traffic, and an increase in the number of population is also greatly effect the congestion that occurs. The number of vehicles and activities in Pekanbaru city causes social and economic problems that very depend on road transportation. This problem arises because of an imbalance between increased vehicle owners and the growth of road infrastructure. Traffic congestion is one problem that has long been faced in the Pekanbaru region. As seen on the roads of Riau as one of examples of standards that is experiencing congestion. This research aims to know the influence of the existence of the Mall Ciputra Seraya on performance of Riau Street caused by activities such as vehicles exit sign in the mall, pedestrians, and vehicles parked or stopped at the roadside. Traffic Data, Side Barriers Data and Traveling Time Data collected through surveys during rush-hour on Saturday. Analysis of road performance based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) method 1997 to get the value of the capacity, the Side Barriers, the degree of Saturation of the road and velocity. As for the capacity, the Riau road at 3046 smp/hour and the highest peak current occurred on Saturday at 16.30-17.30 amounting to 2333 pcu/hour, Side Barriers 513 with class categories High Side friction (H), Degree of Saturation (DS) is 0.77, Vehicle speed 26.9 km/hour and included on the level of service is D i.e. approaching unstable flow (low speed).Keywords: Traffic performance, Congestion, Side Barriers, Capacity, Degree of Saturation, Velocity

Abstract

Kubang Raya Road section is a district road linking between panam pekanbaru with left Kampar, this road has 2 lanes, length 17 km, and witdth 6 m. visually there has been road demage such as ctacked roads and potholes. The prolonged destruction of road infrastructure will result in cracks of the damage it self, in other words a damaged road if not repaired then the damage will get worse. For that matter need handling of road damage optimally. To overcome this can be done by giving layer added. The goal is to calculate the added layer by the pd T-05-2005-B Method based on the deflection obtained by using the Benkelman beam tool. Also analyze the couses of deflection that occur using image deflectometry. From this research, it is found that the layers are divided. Into 3 alternatives, each of which consists of several segments as an alternative of 1 segment of read of 26 cm, alternative 2 consists of 2 segments of 19 cm and 32 cm, while alternative 3 consists of 4 segments of 20, 24, 26 and 25 cm. As for its deflectometry analysis, the stations with poor pavement conditions are Sta 01+200 until sta 02+400 and sta 03+000.Keywords: Layer added, Pd T-05-2005-B, Deflectometry, Benkelman beam

Abstract

SM. Amin road is a national road with two lane two way undivided road (2/2 UD) type in Pekanbaru. Many heavy vehicles pass this road, thus making damage in SM. Amin road especially in Sta 7+400 – Sta 7+600. The road damage will have an impact on the road performance which is decreasing. The aims of this research are to identify the type of damage and to compare road performance in road segment (road with damage and un-damage) by using Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997 method. The conclusion on this research are: (1) the type of damage that greatly affects the decrease in speed is delamination (2) Degree of Saturation in both road segment is 0.71 that mean the road still proper to use, the delay in SM. Amin road caused by the damage on the road. (3) The average speed of road segment in damage and un-damage road is 20km/hours and 29km/hours respectively. (4) The level of service for road segment in un-damage road is in C level category, and D level category for damage road.Keywords: Road Damage, Road Performance, Level Of Service

Abstract

Road is a land transportation infrastructure that is very important because if the road a good area, facilitate the economic activities of the community, facilitate the mobility of the population, increase productivity in work and increase other social activities. Damage to the road will disturb the comfort in driving, such as Ratu Sima street which has many flexible pavement. Ratu Sima Street is one of the roads in Dumai City. The purpose of this study is to assess and classify the types and extent of pavement damage, and to determine the value of pavement conditions by finding the value of Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and Bina Marga. The assessment of pavement condition is needed to establish the appropriate maintenance program. The methods that usually used to evaluate pavement condition are the method of Bina Marga and PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method. This study aims to assess the pavement condition of Ratu Sima street with these two methods being compared. This study used field research in which the primary data was the result of pavement condition survey. The priority of pavement maintenance of Bina Marga method rated from 0 to more than 7, while the PCI rated from 0 to 100. Result of evaluation of condition of Ratu Sima street with Bina Marga method and the PCI method turns out to result in different assessments, the Bina Marga method obtains periodic maintenance results and the PCI method gets failed results. Abstract

The decrease of road verformance is due to various factors such as the activities on the side of the road. These activities include side barriers, such as in and out vehicles, stopping vehicles, roadside parking, and pedestrians. Soekarno-Hatta Road in front of Transmart mall is currently experiencing a performance decreased during peak hours due to the increasing volume of traffic flow caused by the activity of the vehicles that going in and out fromTransmart mall. The purpose of this study is to analyze the traffic performance on the Soekarno-Hatta road in front of the Transmart Mall and find solutions to solve the problemthere. Road performance calculation method in this study was referenced to Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The traffic data wer calculated over four days. Based on theanalysis of existing conditions at the highest peak hours occurred on Saturday at 16:15 to 17:15 pm with the result Q = 2553 pcu/hour, C = 3234 pcu/hour and DS = 0,79. Therequirement of DS < 0,75 (MKJI 1997), while the existing DS is 0,79, exceeds the MKJI requirement, so it needs a certain traffic arrangement to improve the performance of the road.One of the alternative improvement is widening the road by 5 m, from the initial width of 7 m to 12 m, This widening decreases DS value to 0,5 which is fulfill DS requirement (DS <0,75).Keywords: Soekarno-Hatta Road, Road Performance, Side Barriers, MKJI 1997

Abstract

Pavement Surface Evaluation System according to the types of road damages which in are seatnce generally used by visual approximation methods in are seatenceBina Marga method, Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method, and Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating System (PASER) method. This research aims to analyze the comparisons between each method in evaluating Garuda Sakti Street, Pekanbaru. Thetypes of damages which were found at the location are: alligator cracks, longitudinal cracks, grade segregation, ruts, grade depression, road patches, potholes, and edgecracks. According to Bina Marga method, the highest damages record was grade segregation with the magnitude of 134,75% from total area of survey location, and thelowest record was grade depression with the magnitude of 0,70% which produced the same priority value i.e. 6 and could be classified with periodic maintenance program.All the severe damages was found at STA 100-200 m with the PCI = 16 (very poor), the 3rd priority for Enhancement program, and the PASER = 3 could be classified as Structural Repair and Overlay. The evaluation results for Garuda Sakti Street at STA 00+000-01+000 m by using Bina Marga method yielded the priority score of 43 and could be classified as routine maintenance program category, with PCI of 70,1 in good category and PASER of 5 in Sealcoat addition category.Keywords : pavement condition evaluation, Bina Marga method, PCI method, andPASER method.

Abstract

Road is a land transport infrastructure which has important role to facilitate economic activities in a certain area. SM. Amin Road in Pekanbaru is a causeway that connects Pekanbaru city to Minas, Siak. Any damage found on the road can cause serious inconvenience to road users, hence a essential maintenance deemed necessary. Improper overlay design may cause the rapid deterioration (under-design) or the overlay construction is uneconomical (over-design). Therefore, it’s required a spesific method to get a good design overlay. This study revealed that overlay is required for SM. Amin road at KM 03+900 – 05+200. This study compared two different methods of overlay design i.e. Pd T-05-2005-B and i.e. No.04/SE/DB/2017. Pd T-05-2005-B gives overlay thickness of 20 cm where as No.04/SE/DB/2017 gives 11 cm. The big difference in the overlay thickness between the two methods is caused by differences in seasonal factors, temperature correction factors and formulas in overlay calculation.Keywords: Benkelman Beam, Deflection, Overlay

Abstract

Road is one of transportation infrastructure which has very important role in economic growth in rural or urban areas. SM Amin Road is located in Payung Sekaki District and this road is an arterial road that has 2 track and 6 lanes. SM Amin road has length of 8.14 km and widthof 8 m. The road was previously overlayed in 2016 because the road was damaged such as swelling, potholes, and cracks. At present (2019) the road is damaged again so that it could be dangerous for road users. This study analyzed deflectometry result from benkelman beam. Theresults reveal that the subgrade is in poor condition. The condition was analyzed using 2017 Bina Marga Method, it shows that overlay is required along STA 03+900 until 05+200 with the thickness of 11 cm. The results of the deflectometry analysis shows that Jalan SM Amin hasa poor subgrade, so it is necessary to be improved. However, handling using structural overlays according to the 2017 Bina Marga Method can be used to reduce the stress which received bythe subgrade so that it can minimize the cost of pavement repair.Keywords: 2017 Bina Marga Method, Benkelman Beam, Deflection, Deflectometry, Overlay

Abstract

Transportasi online merupakan salah satu contoh pengembangan teknologi berbasis aplikasi disambut cukup baik di awal kemunculannya karena dianggap sebagai salah satu inovasi terbaik saat ini. Salah satu layanan transportasi online saat ini adalah grab, grab merupakan penyedia jasa layanan transportasi yang hadir di Indonesia pada tahun 2012 menyediakan GrabCar dan GrabBike. Penelitian ini analisis kelayakan finansial dari driver ojek online GrabBike di Pekanbaru terutama di Kecamatan Binawidya, Marpoyan Damai, Bukit Raya, Lima Puluh, Senapelan dan Payung Sekaki yang telah dilakukan bertujuan untuk dapat dijadikan pertimbangan oleh masyarakat yang ingin bergabung menjadi mitra driver GrabBike. Metode analisis kelayakan ini menggunakan 2 skenario yaitu skenario PU (Pek. Utama) menggunakan 10 sampel dari total 81 responden dan skenario PS (Pek. Sampingan) yang menggunakan 10 sampel dari total 19 responden. Hasil rata – rata yang diperoleh dari kesepuluh uji kelayakan finansial tersebut untuk skenario PU adalah nilai BEP Rp. 121.328,33; PBP yang diperoleh 1 tahun 2 bulan, IRR 58%, NPV Rp 136.526.669,63; BCR 1,482 nilai lebih besar dari 1. Untuk skenario PS adalah nilai BEP Rp. 77.285,00, PBP yang diperoleh 2 tahun 6 bulan, IRR 45%, NPV Rp. 20.807.366,07; BCR 0,906 nilai lebih kecil dari 1. Berdasarkan analisis finansial dari lima metode tersebut, untuk skenario PU menjadi driver GrabBike dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan dan skenario PS menjadi driver GrabBike dinyatakan tidak layak untuk dijalankan.
