Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. British American Tobacco Indonesia (BATI) Tbk. cabang Pekanbarusebagai pemasar rokok lucky strike di seluruh Provinsi Riau dengan tujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh dimensi produk dan promosi terhadap citra merek rokok lucky strike. Dari populasi perokokLucky Strike di kota Pekanbaru ditentukan 90 orang sampel berdasarkan aturan Roscoe dengan teknikaccidental random sampling. Sedangkan dalam penganalisaan data, digunakan metode deskriptifkuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kedua variabel bebas (produk dan promosi) secarasignifikan mempengaruhi citra merek Lucky Strike baik secara parsial maupun simultan dan variabelyang paling berpengaruh terhadap citra merek rokok Lucky Strike di kota Pekanbaru adalah promosi.Rekomendasi yang dapat diajukan sebaiknya senantiasa dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkankegiatan promosinya, seperti menjadi sponsor acara musik atau olahraga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Self leadership employee's on performance. Selfleadership is expected and positive relationship to employee's performance.Self leadership are defined as a process in which the leaders take actions to try to increase theirassociates’ awareness of what is right and important, to raise their associates..The population of this study is the employee of PTPN V in Riau, who has a position at middle manager.Using a sample of 146 middle manager, the author tested structural equation modeling (SEM). Selfleadership has a significant and positive effect on employee’s performance of PT PerkebunanNusantara V Riau.The result of this study has an important meaning to PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Riau and also toThe Plantation of The State Owned Enterprise. This study results a finding that the self leadership ofthe middle manager will increase the employee's performance .

Abstract

This research aims at the analysis of the influence caused by educational training variables and variable performance against competencies.This study uses census techniques that take all the population numbers that add up to 51 people sample analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, analysis of partially and simultaneous (multiple linear analysis with the help of the program SPSS version 19.0)From the results of testing that has been carried out simultaneous regression test (test f) showed that the free variables examined have a significant influence on the variable performance. Partial regression test (test t) indicates that the variable factors of the training education have the most significant influence on the performance of variable magnitude influence posed (R) by the two free variables together-equal to variable terikatnya 70.5% while the rest of 29.5% is affected by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Education, Training, Competency and performance

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Peputra Maha Jaya housed in JL.Ahmad Yani / Alamuddinsyah NO. 43 Pekanbaru. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect caused by the variable developing a career, incentives, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction of employees through commitment .Populasi of this study were all employees of PT. Peputra Maha Jaya with 133 respondents were selected using a sampling saturated. This data retrieval by giving questionnaires to respondents. In terms of data analysis, research using qualitative methods and quantitative methods using SPSS 21.0.Hasil this study indicate career development, incentives, work environment and work motivation having an significant positive toward direct commitment, commitment to career development and significant positive effect on job satisfaction , Incentives, work environment, work motivation is not significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Career development, incentives and motivation of environmental work has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction indirectly through commitment.Keywords: Career Development, incentives, of environmental Work, Work Motivation, Commitment, and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine effect of work stress, organizational culture and job satisfaction to turnover intentions employees PT.Alas Watu Gold District Kampar. The population in this study all employees of PT. Alas Watu Gold totaling 110. While the sampling technique with the formula proposed by Slovin order to obtain a sample sebayak 86 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00. Based on the results of data analysis known that the stress of work, organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially significant effect to turnover intentions employees at PT.Alas Watu Gold District Kampar. The large number of such influence is 47.5% Based on the results of data analysis known that the stress of work, organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially significant effect on the labor turnover intentions (turnover intention) to employees PT.Alas Watu Gold District Kampar. The large number of such influence is 47.5%. Companies should consider factors that affect employees' desire to come out with a way to handle the stress of employees, pay attention to the organizational culture and improve job satisfaction in the work that the employee's desire for the exit can be minimized. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Working Facilities and Human Resources Development of the Work Productivity with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Pekanbaru. In this study there were five variable, Emotional Intelligence (X1), Work Facilities (X2), Human Resources Development (X3), job satisfaction (Y1), and Work Productivity (Y2). Population of this study were all employees of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Pekanbaru with a sample of 122 respondents were selected using census method. Collecting data in this study is done by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, this study using Path Analysis with SPSS version 21. The results of this study showed that the variables Emotional Intelligence, Working Facilities and Human Resources Development directly influence job satisfaction then Emotional Intelligence and Human Resource Development influence directly to the Work Productivity, while variable Work Facilities not directly affect Work Productivity and Job Satisfaction also affects the Work Productivity. Then the variable job satisfaction mediates the relationship variables Emotional Intelligence, Working Facilities and Human Resources Development of the Work Productivity.Keyword : Emotional Intelligence, Working Facilities, Human Resources Development, Job Satisfaction, and Work Productivity

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. United Tractor Branch Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous work conflict and work stress on organizational commitment in PT United Tractors Branch Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study were as many as 59 employees of PT. United Tractor Branch Pekanbaru and entirely sampled so this research is a census research. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study indicate that the labor conflict (X1) and stress (X2) partial effect on organizational commitment at PT United Tractors Branch Pekanbaru. Variable work conflict (X1) and stress (X2) simultaneously influence on organizational commitment at PT United Tractors Branch Pekanbaru. Advice that can be given is a company that creates a comfortable atmosphere and facilitate open dialogue, in addition to expected to employees in order to open up, share with colleagues that will minimize conflict and stress at work.Keywords: Conflict, Stress, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously on the performance of the Direktorat Polisi Perairan (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru. To determine the influence of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence partially on the performance of the Direktorat Polisi Perairan (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru. And to determine which variables are the dominant influence on the performance of the Direktorat Polisi Perairan (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru. In this study, the population is Water Police Directorate officers (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru, amounting to 82. To undertake research sample taken using census method that sets the entire population as the study sample. Analysis of the data in this study will use a multiple regression model. The results of this study stated that intelligence (X1), emotional intelligence (X2) and spiritual intelligence variable (X3) simultaneously have significant affects the performance. Then partially these three variables also have a significant effect. Variable spiritual intelligence ( X3 ) is a dominant variable affecting the performance Ditpolair Riau Police officers because it has a regression coefficient greater than the other independent variables (intellectual and emotional intelligence). Effect of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance simultaneous based Adjusted R2 value is equal to 0.476 or 47.60 % , while 52.40 % influenced by other variables not examined in this study as a factor compensation motivation, environment work, supervision and so forth.Keywords : Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Performance

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find out the employee commitment and job satisfaction with work discipline. The population of this research is taken from employes of Research and Development of Riau Province Office’s. Total Sampling method is used to get the samples from 80 peoples. To analyze the data Multiple Linier Regression, F- test, and t- test analysis with using SPSS 17. The result shows that employee commitment about value and aim, participatory and loyality in organization are sufficient. Employee job satisfaction show that their statisfied with their Jobs. For employes work discipline is in sufficinet categories. The result shows that both of variabel employee commitment and job satisfaction had significant effects with work discipline. Employee commitment and job satisfaction has positive coefficient regression, in other words employee commitment and job statisfaction will improved work discipline. There are strong correlations between employee commitment and job statisfaction with work discipline.Keywords : Employee Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Communications, Climate Work, Incentives And Emotional Intelligence Against Morale With Organizational Commitment As an intervening variable On Employee PT.Viebie Pelita Sinar Ujung Batu Rokan Hulu, Riau. In this study there were six variables: Communications (X1), Climate Work (X2), Incentives (X3), Emotional Intelligence (X4) Organizational Commitment (Y1), and Morale (Y2). Population of this research is all employees PT.Viebie Pelita Sinar Ujung Batu with a sample of 38 respondents were selected using census method. Collecting data in this study is done by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, this study using Path Analysis. The results showed that the Work Climate variables, Incentives and Emotional Intelligence direct effect on Morale, while variable Communication does not directly affect Morale and Organizational Commitment also affect morale. Then variables Organizational commitment mediate labor relations climate variables, Incentives and Emotional Intelligence on morale, while variable organizational commitment does not mediate therelationship variable Communication on Morale.Keywords: Communications, Climate Work, Incentives,EmotionalIntelligence,Organizational Commitment ,and Morale
