Abstract

The study held in PT. Surya Mandiri Pratama Pekanbaru. The aim is to analyze the influence of work-related discipline and organizational commitment to employee’s productivity. Population are all employee’s, consist of 85 employees that selected by using cencus method. Variables are work-related discipline and organizational commitment as independents and productivity as depenedent. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 17 for windows. The study reveals that both work-related discipline and organizational commitment significantly influence employees’ productivity either partially or simultaneously. Work-related discipline has the stronger effect to employees’ productivity rather than organizational commitment. It is recommended to management in order to enhance discipline program and the organizational commitment, particularly, rules socialization, consistant reward and punishment implementation, individual value and organization harmonization.Keywords: Work-related Discipline, Organizational, Commitment, and Productivity

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbarudoing business in Jalan Tuanku Tambusai 225 Pekanbaru . The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze whether leadership, and organizational culture and simultaneous partial effect on the discipline of employees at PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru numbering as many as 57 people and all were sampled so that the sampling technique was conducted using census.Data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression , and hypothesistesting performed by t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). Before testing the hypothesis , first testing the validity and reliability of the indicators of each variable and to test the assumptions of the classical linear regression model.Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that the discipline of employees at PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru has been good , as well as leadership, organizational culture and work environment provided bythe company, it is seen from respondents to each indicator variable. Significant effect of variable leadership, organizational culture and work environment for employee discipline PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru, either partially or simultaneously . This is evident from the results of the t test and F test There is a strong positive relationship variables leadership, organizational culture and work environment with work discipline PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru, is evident from the correlation coefficients. There is a high contribution of the variable leadership style , organizational culture and work environment of theemployee discipline PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru, this is reflected in the coefficient of determination obtained.Keywords : Work Discipline , Leadership and Organizational Culture.

Abstract

This research at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya which reside in Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis, started since March month 2014 till finish. Amount of sampel in this research is counted 90 people or totalize the overall of population. Intake of sampel relied on census method. While to analyse data, writer use doubled linear regression method constructively peripheral of SPSS Version 17.0. Pursuant to result of test of F known that ability variable and facility work by together have an effect on signifikan to employees work productivity part of production at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis. Pursuant to result of test of known that ability variable variable and facility work by parsial have an effect on signifikan to employees work productivity part of production at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis. Contribution influence of ability variable and facility to employees work productivity part of production at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis equal to 50.1 %, while the rest 49.9 % influenced by other variable which do not research in this research.Keywords: Productivity, Ability, and Facility.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Discipline, Compensation and Workload Performance Against Employee PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. In this study population were all employees totaling 58 people. Given the small number of the population census needs to be done because of the relatively small number of employees, the sampling is done by census sampling technique, in which all employees were targeted sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that Discipline, compensation and workload simultaneously affect the work performance of employees of PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. Discipline partially influence on employee performance PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. Compensation partially influence on employee performance PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. The workload is partially influence on employee performance PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. So expected to company head be can improve employees labour capacity with giving good motivation for example by giving other bonus or appreciation to employees owning contribution more to company, giving heavy sanction to employees which impinge regulation of company so that this matter can improve discipline work employees, giving good and complete facility able to support performance all employees, improving training and education to employees in running its duty, and also entangle all employees in make decision to problems faced by company.Keywords: Discipline, Compensation, Expenses Work And Performance

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. With the aim to identify and analyze Influence of climate organization and job satisfaction to turnover intentions and organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Where in this study population was all employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. totaling 148 people . The sample used in this study were 108 employees and data processing using path analysis with SPSS. Based on the test results if the data using path analysis can be drawn some conclusions, namely: Organizational climate effect on turnover Intention employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, job satisfaction influence on turnover Intention employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, employee commitment effect on turnover Intention employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, organizational climate affect the commitment of employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, job satisfaction affect the commitment of employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, Climate influential organizations through employees commitment to turnover Intention in PT. Abstract

This study ams to determine the influences of leadership and variable compensation on employee produktivity at PT. Murini Sam Sam, Kelurahan Pinggir Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. As for the population in this study were employees in the production Departement PT. Murini Sam Sam, amounting to 136 and 58 employees in this study were sample dusing slovin. Analysis of the data used method is to use a simultaneous test, and test partial coefficient of Determination. The result showed that there were significant and positive effect of the variables of leadership and compensation, either simultaneously or partial, of the employee productivity PT. Murini Sam Sam 66,30%. Determined by factors of leadership and compensation, where the largest contribution is given by the variable leadership, and 33,70% determined by ther factor that affect of work productivityKeywords: Leadership, Compensation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) against work stress and its impact on the retention of employees at PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. Total population in this study were 53 employees and a sample is taken from the entire population of 53 employees. The determination of the sample using census method or technique of total sampling is a sampling technique that is done by taking the entire population. The results of the study of job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee retention, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has no effect on employee retention, job stress significant negative effect on employee retention, job satisfaction significant negative effect on job stress of employees and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) negative effect significantly to the stress of employees of PT Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. Advice can be given that the leaders should provide equitable opportunities for all employees in career development, to employees in order to always maintain good communication and continue to think positively with each other and the company should be able to pass training on cooperation and responsibility to cultivate an attitude and awareness of responsibility and cooperation on the employee.Keywords: Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), work stress and Retention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of career development, competence, and work environment partially or simultaneously on the job satisfaction employeesat pt. bank riau kepri head office pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees totaling 276 employees and 73 employees were sampled by using the formula slovin, using instrumental testing the validity, reliability and classic assumption test. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 for windows. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultane ous regression test (F-test) showed that the variables of career development, competence and workenvironment simultaneously significant effecton job satisfaction employees. And the results ofthe partial test (t test) showedthat thevariablesof job career development, competence and work environment partially significant effecton job satisfaction employees. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,779, which means, career development, competence, and work environmentjointly affect the job satisfaction employees amounted to 77.9%, while the remaining 22.1% is influenced by other variablesthat no tex amined inthis study.Keywords : Career Development, Competence, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction Employees.

Abstract

Research purpose is to know the form of networking or network planning, knowing work or activities anything who is critical and to know the probability completion of the village road paving project at Sei Kelelawar at CV. Dita Jaya Lestari in Kuansing. Research in it consists of a single bound namely side variables completion of project like road village ( study at CV. Dita Jaya Lestari in Kuansing) (Y) and three variables free namely critical work (X1), network PERT/CPM (X2), & Probability (X3). Data from this research is time estimation of completion of project like road and three time estimation are optimistic that the time namely, realistic time, and pessimistic time and analysis of data this research using methods Critical Path Method (CPM) and methods project evaluation and review technique (PERT). Based on the data process can be seen that a village road paving project realization Sei Kelelawar in Kuansing greatly exceeds the target and not in accordance with the implementation of planning time, so the time spent in the village road paving project completion Sei Kelelawar in Kuansing is not very optimal, with the value of Z for probability on a day to 113 at 99,9% with a standard deviation is 3,83. This is because too the value of the standard deviation of up to 130 days.Keywords : Completion, Critical Works, Network and Probability.
