This research aimed to know disparity of economic growing in Riau Provincebetween Regency. The data was analyzed with Kuadran System, Williamson Indeks, entropiTheil Indeks and the proof of Kuznets Hypothesis. From the research, can conclussion thatonly Pekanbaru City in First Kuadran ((high growth and high income). The area that catego-rize into high growth but low income is Pelalawan, Kuantan Singingi, Indragiri Hulu andSiak Regency.. Indragiri Hilir, Rokan Hulu dan Kabupaten Kampar can categorized intohigh income but low growth, meanwhile the area categorized into low income and low growthare Rokan Hilir, Dumai and Bengkalis. In Williamson and entropi Theil Index got differentanswer. According to Williamson Index, Riau Province have increasing disparity in growingof economic but entropi Theil Index categorized that Riau Province have decreasing dispar-ity of growing in economic. Based on Williamson and entropi Theil Index, Riau Province isnot categorized based on Kuznets Hypothesis.

ARAH KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN DASAR KOTA DUMAI SEBAGAI KAWASAN EKONOMI KHUSUS Caska '

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) kondisi pendidikan dasar; dan (2)kebijakan pendidikan dasar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan teknikanalisis gap (perbedaan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: pertama, kondisi pendidikandasar di Kota Dumai secara umum dalam kondisi baik tetapi ada beberapa yang perluditingkatkan dalam implementasinya; kedua, arah kebijakan pendidikan dasar di Kota Dumaiuntuk lima tahun ke depan dalam rangka mempersiapkan kawasan ekonomi khusus diarahkanpada: (1) pemerataan kesempatan memperoleh pendidikan; (2) peningkatan mutu, relevansidan daya saing pendidikan; dan (3) tata kelola, akuntabilitas dan pencitraan publik.

Fokus utama penelitian yaitu implementasi audit internal pada standar proses pendidikan.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peta mutu pendidikan di Sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalahmetode deskriptif. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) PlusKota Pekanbaru. Hasil Penelitian: (1) Rata-rata kondisi perencanaan pengembangan silabus sebesar71,4. (2) Rata-rata kondisi perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 71,4. (3) Rata-rata kondisiprinsip-prinsip penyusunan perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 72,7. (4) Rata-rata kondisipersyaratan proses pembelajaran sebesar 97,5. (5) Rata-rata kondisi pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar80. (6) Rata-rata kondisi pemantauan sebesar 80. (7) Rata-rata kondisi supervisi sebesar 73,3. (8)Rata-rata kondisi evaluasi sebesar 73,3. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: 1) pola PBL; 2) hasil belajar Ekonomi Koperasi;dan 3) pengaruh pola PBL terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah medode deskriptif.Populasi adalah Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Pekanbaru dengan teknik random samplingproposional. Hasil penelitian: 1) Pola PBL sudah diterapkan dalam Ekonomi Koperasi di Kota Pekanbarudalam katagori cukup; 2) Hasil belajar ekonomi koperasi dalam katagori cukup dan baik; dan 3) PolaPBL berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi dan Koperasi. Elastisitas pola PBL terhadaphasil belajar Ekonomi dan Koperasi sebesar 0,143. Ini berarti bahwa setiap kenaikan pola PBL sebesarsatu persen maka akan menaikan hasil belajar Ekonomi dan Koperasi sebesar 0,143% dengan asumsiceteris paribus.Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, hasil belajar

The aim of this research was to identify solving problem technique to improve the competence of students in Senior High School. Data were collected by using survey and descriptive research in 36 Senior High School in 12 regencies, Riau Province. The results of this study showed solving problem technique to improve students’ competence were: (1) Repairing in components; (2) Standard process. 3) The standard of educational management. Abstract : This research aims to know about the effect of capital source and management guidance towards cooperative performance in Pekanbaru. The method of this research using quantitative-descriptive reasearch method. The population has amount of 830 cooperations and 89 samples of cooperation. Data collection instrument is enquette with Likert scale for independent variable : Capital Factor (X1) and Management Guidance (X2), for dependent variable using document : Cooperative Performance (Y). Data Analysis Technique is statistic which is used by doubled-linear regression. From the result, is to conclude that : (1) capital resource and management performance effects the cooperative management performance in Pekanbaru; (2) The effect factors of capital leverage and management guidance towards cooperation’s management performance in the amount of 50,8% in Pekanbar;. (3) The measurement of cooperation’s performance in Pekanbaru using Development Ladder Assessment (DLA) has yellow zone criteria which means it has been satisfied and still needing the follow-up action to improve cooperation’s performance mainly to the cooperation’s resources. Abstract : This research was motivated by the difficulty of traditional traders in accessing and managing capital resources, so it is necessary to study how traditional merchants meet the need for capital in the provision of goods traded and how traders maximize the use of existing capital resources for the improvement and development of their businesses. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence the provision of credit to the improvement of business members in the cooperative market traders (Koppas) Integrated Pekanbaru. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is a member of the Market Traders Cooperative (Koppas) Integrated Pekanbaru receive credit, particularly in 2013 with the grand total is 204 people with a sample of 51 people. Based on the analysis concluded that the known value of significance at the table coeffisients 0,000 less than the critical value of 0.1. Then obtained 0.000 <0.1, and the results suggest that the effect on the Lending Business Improvement Cooperative Market Traders (Koppas) Integrated Pekanbaru. Judging from R Square of 0.177, indicating that the independent variables used in this study can affect the dependent variable was 17.7%. Thus it can be said that the ability of independent variables in influencing the dependent variable is strong. Based on the regression coefficient if Lending increased by 1%, the Business Improvement will also be increased by 0.379 or 37.9%. The coefficient is positive, it means there is a positive relationship between the Business Improvement Lending, the rise Lending then getting up anyway Business Improvement.Key Words : Giving Credit, Increased Business

Abstract: Development of Rural Bank, which grew rapidly in Indonesia trigger competition among BPR. It was a challenge for management to manage all activities of BPR in order to realize a good condition and healthy BPR. The purpose of this study was to determine how well the level of financial performance BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri Pekanbaru based on financial ratios of liquidity, solvency, and profitability during the period of 2010 s / d in 2014.The results showed that the level of liquidity PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri Pekanbaru over the last 5 years have a poor performance. While the solvency ratio PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri Pekanbaru from 2010 through 2014 are in less than good condition or insolvable. And the rentabillitas ratio of PT BPR Tuah Mandiri Pekanbaru State as a whole is in good condition.Based on the results of this study concluded that the financial performance at PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri has a poor performance. For that management should further improve the professionalism of its performance.Keywords: Ratio, Performance

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style Cooperative Board Member Participation Against Suka Damai Village Fullness Fullness of Rokan Hulu subdistrict . Research methods included in a correlation study . Population cooperative members as many as 485 people The sampling technique used is the technique slovin 83 people . for the dependent variable : the leadership style ( X ) ; independent variables : participation ( Y ) . The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression statistical techniques . From the results , it can be concluded that : ( 1 ) the influence of leadership style on the participation of members of the cooperative ; ( 2 ) the influence of leadership style on the participation of members of 48.9 % .Keywords : influence , leadership style , the participation of members.
