Abstract

Kulit nangka mengandung karbohidrat sebesar 15,87%, selulosa sebesar 38,69 % dan protein 1,30%. Jerami nangka mengandung protein sebesar 1,30%, lemak sebesar 0,60% dan karbohidrat sebesar 15,87%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar air, serat, protein, lemak, pati dan abu tepung kulit dan jerami nangka. Uji nutrisi menggunakan uji proksimat. Hasil uji menunjukan bahwa tepung kulit dan jerami nangka mengandung kadar air sebesar 8,167±2,201%, serat sebesar 37,650±1,202%, protein sebesar 7,850±0,778%, kadar abu sebesar 7,355±0,163%, kadar lemak sebesar 7,933±0,004%, dan kadar pati sebesar 16,480±0,00%. Kata kunci: proksimat, protein, lemak, air, abu, dan pati.

Abstract

Stres merupakan kondisi dimana seseorang mengalami tekanan akibat ada permasalahan dalam hidupnya. Stres dalam waktu lama dampak berdampak buruk pada tubuh, salah satunya dapat mengganggu kelenjar aldosteron yang berfungsi untuk mengatur kadar cairan dan elektrolit yang ada di dalam tubuh. Apabila fungsi kelenjar tersebut terganggu, hal itu dapat menyebabkan tubuh menjadi dehidrasi. Dehidrasi merupakan kondisi dimana seseorang kehilangan cairan tubuh dalam jumlah yang berlebihan. Akibat dari dehidrasi dapat menyebabkan seseorang mengalami penurunan atau bahkan kehilangan fokus yang dapat berdampak negatif bagi dirinya maupun orang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experiment semu dengan pendekatan research and development yang menghasilkan konsep produk berupa alat pendeteksi stres dan dehidrasi. Hardware pada alat ini terdiri dari Nodemcu-esp32, Sensor Max30102, Sensor Mlx-GY906, Sensor Galvanic Skin Response, Display TFT, Buzzer, Push Button, dan Baterai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat dapat bekerja sesuai dengan prinsip yang peneliti konsepkan.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management merupakan sistem yang membantu proses bisnis dalam mengelola hubungan antara perusahaan atau organisasi dengan pelanggan. Akan tetapi Customer Relationship (CRM) jarang ditemui dalam sektor pertanian, terutama pada pertanian bawang merah di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekayasa ulang dan memperbarui proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan guna memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan teknologi Machine Learning dan memodelkan proses bisnis dengan Business Procces Modeling Notation (BPMN). Untuk memperlancar tujuan penelitan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Business Process Reengineering Life Cycle untuk menghasilkan CRM bawang merah. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah temuan yaitu proses bisnis yang baru dengan menyertakan teknologi Machine Learning yang ditampung pada aplikasi cluster petani yang telah digambarkan pada BPMN, hal tersebut dilakukan agar menunjang kekurangan dalam kegiatan petani agar lebih menjadi efisien dan optimal serta mendapatkan hasil panen yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Fertilizer is a supporter of soil growth and enrichment so as to increase agricultural production while at the same time improving environmental quality. The use of fertilizer is adjusted to the amount of land needed and the number of seeds purchased. In reality, fertilizer for shallots is still difficult to obtain, and prices are still high above retail prices, making shallot farmers want fertilizer subsidies from the government even though the subsidies provided are still inadequate and uneven. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of providing fertilizer on land area, seed needs, and prediction of fertilizer needs for shallots. The results of this analysis resulted in the design of business processes in the supply of fertilizers using the Business Process Reengineering Life Cycle method. Primary data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews with shallot farmers. The results showed that the production of fertilizer needs in accordance with the area of land and the number of seeds used. Therefore, efforts to increase the competitiveness of shallots can be carried out by proposing the BPR Life Cycle, so that the proposed framework is expected to be realized in order to increase productivity and build farmer institutions to realize further agricultural development.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the existence of marriage dispensation with the handling of cases and the standardization of case examinations based on legal certainty. This study is based on normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The presence of a marriage dispensation is the cause of marriages that have not reached the minimum age of marriage according to applicable law. The determination of the age limit of marriage is influenced by the 'urf that prevails in society by considering various advances that do not conflict with Islamic law. Religious Courts as parties that have authority in issuing marriage dispensations, must consider various aspects before approving applications for marriage dispensations such as sharia, sociological, psychological, juridical, and health aspects. Juridically with the provisions contained in article 5 of the Marriage Law, the phrase "very urgent reasons" opens up a space for diverse interpretations (multi-interpretation) for judges in dealing with marriage dispensation because the context of this phrase is in a general, not particular, meaning. There needs to be standardization in the case of this marriage dispensation application so that there is a unity of mind that realizes legal certainty.
