Abstract

This article is intended to analyze the seven aspects of the development of elementary school children. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method, the data collected by interviewing 8 students of the sixth grade in MI 2 Darsussalam. The results were then analyzed using the theoretical study on the seven aspects of the development of elementary school children. The results showed that seven aspects of development affect the learning process in the classroom. These aspects of development are also influenced by genetic factors, family environment, and the playing environment children. Thus, it is important for parents to monitor aspects of child development to grow into an accomplished individual.Keywords:developmental aspect, elementary school, problems

Abstract

Indonesia?s economic growth can no longer depends on internal trade only but needs to depend on the export and import with the global market, thus macroeconomic influence towards export and import needs further research.Thus, this research focuses on the effect of multiple macroeconomic variables which are the rate of loans, money supply, inflation and consumer price index towards export and import in Indonesia. The data used in this research are secondary data acquired from BPS, BI and the Ministry of Trade during the periode of 2012-2018, which are analyzed using the classic assumption tests (normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test) followed by the multiple regression analysis. Based on the F test we concluded that all the dependent variables are simultaneously effecting both import and export, while the T test shows that only the Consumer Price Index does not have any effect towards both import and export  while the other variables effect both import and export, this signifies that Consumer Price Index does not need to be considered in analyzing and forecasting of both import and export.

Abstract

Background : Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. Adolescence tend to want to learn new things so they appear to want to be double behavior, one of which is illicit sex. Based on preliminary studies conducted in SMAN 1 Sedayu obtained information some students do not understand the impact of free sex. They also lack knowledge about reproductive health. Objectives : The purpose of this studi to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health attitudes toward sex in SMA N 1 Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta. Methods : The  method  in  this  research  is  descriptive  analytic  with  cross  sectional  approach. Samples were taken with quota sampling technique in which 168 students aged 16-18 years in SMAN 1 Sedayu. The research instrument was a question naireand the results were analyzed by Kendall Tau correlation formula. Results : The level of knowledge about  adolescent  reproductive  health  in SMAN1  Sedayu  Bantul  mostly wellas 78 students (46.4%). Attitudes toward sex in SMA 1 Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta Sedayu mostly positiveas many as 133 students (79.2%). The results of the correlation test of Kendall Tau obtained p- value of 0,000 <a (0,05). Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health attitudes toward sex in SMAN 1 Sedayu Bantul, Yogyakarta. Abstract

Menjadi seorang kepala sekolah merupakan tanggung jawab yang sangat besar. Kepala sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam memimpin sekolah untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang lebih baik. Dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah, pelaksanaan program-program sekolah didukung oleh adanya kepemimpinan yang demokratis dan professional. Kepala sekolah adalah manager pendidikan professional. Oleh karena itu perlu meningkatkan kemampuan dewan guru yang menjadi mitra kerja dalam satuan pendidikan yang dipimpinnya dalam hal penilaian proses pembelajaran baik dalam proses pembuatan, pelaksanaan maupan dam menganalisanya.Penilaian ini pada dasarnya bertujuan adalah agar guru SDN Bakalan memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun soal tes Ulangan  Akhir Semester (UAS) dengan baik sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan soal yang benar.Penelitian ini berdasarkan rumusan permasalahan: Apakah dengan mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan program Kolektif yang telah disusun dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru sebagai Evaluator dalam menyusun soal tes Ulangan Akhir Semester (UAS) di SDN Bakalan kecamatanSumobito kabupaten Jombang tahun pelajaran2018/2019.Metode yang  diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi pengolahan kegiatan menyusun soal Ulangan Akhir Semester melalui kegiatan program Kolektif .Berdasarkan analisis data, dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan program Kolektif dalam menyusun tes Ulangan  Akhir Semester (UAS) sangat efektif.. Melalui program Kolektif pula dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru di dalam menyusun tes yang baik hal ini terlihat pada kegiatan siklus pertama dan siklus kedua dengan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan yaitu dari rata rata nilai 66,7 dengan prosentase ketuntasan 45,5 % menjadi rata-rata nilai tes 85,7 dengan prosentase ketuntasan 100 % . Tes dikatakan layak apabila minimal 75 % kriteria bisa terpenuhi.Dengan demikian pada siklus pertama 100 % guru sudah mampu menyusun tes Ulangan Akhir Semester ( UAS)

Abstract

The Indonesia Composite Index (ICI) serves as a tool to measure and compare stock price movements in the capital market. The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of the Operational Efficiency, Net Interest Margin, and Non-Performing Loan Ratios on Bank BCA, BRI, and Bank Mandiri as independent variables. Data used in this research was taken from the Financial Services Authority. The result from the F test shows a significant relationship in Operational Efficiency, Net Interest Margin, and Non-Performing Loan on the Bank BCA, BRI, and Mandiri towards the Indonesia Composite Index. Meanwhile, the t-test shows a significant relationship between Non-Performing Loan on the Bank BCA, Net Interest Margin on the Bank BRI, and all variables on the Bank Mandiri to Indonesia Composite Index. Based on Adjusted R Square; Operational Efficiency Ratio, Net Interest Margin, and Non-Performing Loan towards to Indonesia Composite Index is 88% while the rest of it 12% were influenced by other factors

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the use of audio-visual (movie) learning media on Islamic Culture History (SKI) subjects conducted in the first semester of class V MI Ma'arif NU 01 Sokawera Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency in the academic year 2012/2013. This research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research does not start from theory deduction, but starts from the field, namely empirical or inductive facts by studying a process or discovery that occurs naturally, recording, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting and drawing conclusions from the process. From the results of this study, the authors draw the conclusion that in the learning process there are several stages carried out by the teacher, namely: the delivery of material with the lecture model; giving reinforcement through audiovisual media (film screening); group discussion; group presentation; and giving questions. Abstract

The principal has an important role in leading the school to realize better education. In school-based management, the implementation of school programs is supported by democratic and professional leadership. The principal is a professional education manager. Therefore it is necessary to improve the ability of the board of teachers who become partners in the education unit they lead in terms of assessing the learning process both in the process of making, implementing and analyzing it. Basically, this assessment aims to make the Bakalan Elementary School teacher have the ability to compile the Final Examination Test questions (UAS) properly in accordance with the rules of writing correct questions. This research is based on the formulation of the problem: Whether by optimizing the implementation of the Collective program that has been compiled can improve teacher competency as an Evaluator in compiling the test questions End of Semester (UAS) in SDN Bakalan Sub-district Sumobito Jombang district in the school year of 2018/2019. The method needed in this study was obtained through observing the processing of activities compiling the End of Semester questions through Collective program activities. Based on data analysis, from this study it can be concluded that the application of the Collective program in compiling the End of Semester Test (UAS) is very effective. Through the Collective program can also improve the ability of teachers in compiling a good test this is seen in the first cycle and cycle activities second, with a very significant increase, from an average value of 66.7 with a percentage of completeness of 45.5% to an average test score of 85.7 with a percentage of completeness of 100%. Tests are considered feasible if at least 75% of the criteria can be met.

Abstract

Algoritma Prim dan Kruskal adalah algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari pohon rentang minimum untuk graf berbobot. Permasalahan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah bagaimana hasil pohon rentang minimum menggunakan algoritma Prim dan Kruskal, serta bagaimana aplikasinya menggunakan MATLAB. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disusun gambar jaringan. Selanjutnya dari gambar jaringan dapat diperoleh pohon rentang minimum menggunakan algoritma Prim dan Kruskal, dengan bantuan program MATLAB. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pohon rentang minimum dari A1 (PDAM) ke A51 (titik penyambungan pipa) menggunakan algoritma Prim dan program MATLAB adalah 24.365 m. Begitupula menggunakan algoritma Kruskal dan program MATLAB ternyata 24.365 m. Hal ini mengakibatkan penghematan pipa pendistribusian sepanjang 12.735 m dari panjang total sebelumnya yaitu 37.100 m.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Deskripsi Serat Pranata Lampah-lampah Kagungan Damel Mantu B.R.A Gusti Sekar Kedhaton (2) Transliterasi Serat Pranata Lampah-lampah Kagungan Damel Mantu B.R.A Gusti Sekar Kedhaton (3) Terjemah Serat Pranata Lampah-lampah Kagungan Damel Mantu B.R.A Gusti Sekar Kedhaton (4) Nilai etika dan estetika yang terkandung dalam Serat Pranata Lampah-lampah Kagungan Damel Mantu B.R.A Gusti Sekar Kedhaton.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berupa naskah Serat Pranata Lampah-lampah Kagungan Damel Mantu B.R.A Gusti Sekar Kedhaton yang disimpan di museum Widya Budaya, Kraton Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca dan teknik simak catat. Instrumen yang  digunakan  yaitu  Human instrument (peneliti  sendiri)  yang  dibantu dengan  buku,  kartu  data  dan  media pendukung  lainnya. Analisis data dalam penelitian  ini, peneliti  menggunakan  analisis konten. hasil analisis berupa uraian kalimat. Peneliti menggunakan triangulasi teori untuk mengecek keabsahan data penelitian,  dengan  membandingkan  beberapa  teori. Pembahasan data  berupa  kutipan langsung, data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, sebanyak sembilan tabel. Data tersebut selanjutnya  diterjemahkan  dan dianalisis,  sehingga  diperoleh  hasil  yaitu: etika Jawa terdapat etika keselarasan sosial sebanyak 6 indikator, tembung kerata basa terdapat 26 indikator, yogaswara terdapat 2 tembung saroja terdapat 1 indikator, widyamakna terdapat 5 indikator, purwakanthi guru-swara terdapat 15 indikator, purwakahti guru sastra terdapat 5 indikator, purwakanthi lumaksita terdapat 12 indikator. Abstract

Karimun Regency is a national strategic area in the form of Indonesia's maritime border area as well as a trade and free port area. This is the background of the importance of efforts to develop regional potential. One of the efforts is to have supporting facilities in the form of maintaining road access to Karimun tourist destinations (pelawan beach tourism and limau stone tourism) to encourage economic growth and tourism for the growth of Karimun Regency. The maintenance of road access in Karimun Regency is under the Ministry of Public Works, which is not immune from the interference of the local government, namely the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office with the aim of encouraging economic growth and tourism for areas as border areas.                     The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the public works service and spatial planning in maintaining road access to tourist destinations in Karimun Regency (Pelawan Beach and Limau stone Tourism) in 2018. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In collecting data, the writer used interview and documentation techniques.                        The results of this study are the implementation of the role of the public works department and spatial planning in maintaining road access to Karimun Regency tourist destinations (Pelawan Beach tourism and limau stone tourism) which is carried out by the Regional Government which has the authority to maintain road access in the Karimun Regency area optimally. Authority is a very important thing in government because one of the main principles that is used as the basis for every governance and state administration in every state law in exercising its authority must be based on applicable laws or legal regulations (legality principle). Various efforts have been made but these are inseparable from inhibiting factors, namely limited budgetary factors, community participation, inadequate facilities and infrastructure as well as the total quality of Human Resources. Keywords: Role, Authority, Road maintenance, Tourist destination.
