Abstract

The Ajeg Bali Movement leads to an increase in the strength of the Balinese youth so as not to fall in the conquest of global culture. Develop mechanisms and assess the findings, analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in the effort to control the conversion of rice fields and the strengthening of Balinese customary law. Provide input and scientific study in determining the policy in accordance with the expectations, and the state of rural communities in Bali both in the long term and in the short term. Assessing the extent to which the traditional villages of Kuta and sekehe teruna understand and explore the benefits of Balinese cultural reconstruction. Data were collected through in-depth interview, observation, focus group discussion, and RRA data were analyzed descriptively-qualitative. Score data (Likert Scale) is used to determine the strategy of determining the duration of reconstruction for the young people in protecting Balinese culture. Followed by SWOT analysis on system components of mindset, social system, and physical system. SWOT analysis result, will be made strategy of preserving Balinese culture and exploiting reconstruction sekehe teruna in protecting Bali culture well in accordance with the circumstances of indigenous villages of Kuta.

Abstract

Kosmetik sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat terutama kaum wanita yang ingin berpenampilan cantik dan menarik.dijaman sekarang sangat banyak jenis Produk kosmetik dari dalam negeri maupun produk luar negeri, Banyaknya minat konsumen dengan produk kosmetik impor Hal ini dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha dengan memproduksi dan/atau memperjual belikan produk kosmetik impor tidak jarang juga banyak produk kosmetik yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan, salah satunya adalah persyaratan penandaan label bahasa indonesia pada produk kosmetik impor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum yuridis empiris. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian yaitu data primer yang berasal dan/atau diperoleh secara langsung dari penelitian lapangan sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari penelitian pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian di toko kosmetik Donbosco Putra di Denpasar, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada 1 pelanggaran penandaan kosmetik yaitu tidak mencantumkan Bahasa Indonesia pada produk tersebut. Upaya yang dilakukan pemilik toko Donbosco Putra adalah memberikan pemahaman Kepada pembeli tentang kegunaan produk kosmetik tersebut sebelum konsumen membelinya supaya tidak ada penyalahgunaan dalam pemakain produk tersebut.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara hukum dengan pancasila sebagai dasar negara, perkembagan hukum di Indonesia yang sangat dinamis mendorong terciptanya Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Pidana yang baru, mengingat Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Pidana yang berlaku saat ini sudah berumur sangat lama, sehingga diperlukan pembaharuan dari segala sisi guna memenuhi rasa keadilan dan perkembangan jaman, di dalam RUU KUHP terdapat penghormatan terhadap kearifan lokal yang tercermin dalam penyelesaian perkara mempertimbangkan adat istiadat di masing masing daerah, tentunya hal ini akan mengakibatkan keberagaman tata cara penegakan hukum pidana di Indonesia. Dalam sistem pemidanaan tentunya seseorang tidak dapat dijatuhi hukuman lebih dari satu sistem hukum, tujuan dari pemidanaan sendiri tidak lain adalah penjeraan atau memberikan efek jera pada pelaku agar tidak mengulangi kejahatanya kembali, sedangkan hukum adat lebih kepada pengembalian keseimbangan dan keharmonisan baik sesama manusia, lingkungan dan pola ketuhanan.

Abstract

Memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi menjadi salah satu hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh setiap orang. Untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perekonomian tersebut tak jarang orang-orang akan melakukan suatu pinjaman kredit terhadap suatu lembaga keuangan, baik bank maupun non bank. Di Bali terdapat lembaga keuangan non bank yang berdiri di tiap-tiap desa adat yang ada di Bali yang dikenal dengan sebutan Lembaga Perkreditan Desa. Abstract

Desa Adat is one of the traditional social organizations in Bali, led by the Bendesa adat. The Bali Provincial Government provides protection for the existence of Traditional Villages through the Bali Provincial Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Traditional Villages in Bali. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the role of the traditional village in resolving land disputes over Samuan Tiga Temple profits and what factors influence the role of traditional villages in resolving land disputes over Samuan Tiga Temple profits. The data collection method used by researchers consisted of interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the role of the Traditional Village in handling land disputes is not optimal. This is because there are no village regulations or awig-awig that regulate this problem. Lack of socialization and also approach with the community is also one of the factors that often causes these problems.
