Abstract

This study was conducted to discover the women contribution on the dynamics of village economic activities.  It was a very interesting topic to discuss since most of women in the village have low educational background and always directed to be workers. The respondents of this project were 51 housemaids who were selected by employing purposive sampling technique. Subsequently, the data which consisted of variables in the form of individual characteristics, earnings, and working hours were analyzed using cross-tabulation. The results showed that the majority of women workers' education is elementary school (47.1%), junior high school (37.3%), senior high school (7.8%) and they were mostly less than 45 years old. In conclusion, women's income had contributed well to meet the expectations of family economy with average wage was 350,000 rupiah per month for 8 work hours per day.

Abstract

Keberadaan dunia pendidikan tinggi yang berperan pula memikirkan perkembangan koperasi dengan prinsip syariah yang ada di masyarakat melalui partisipasi aktif mahasiswa untuk mengenal dan memahami langsung tentang pengelolaan koperasi syariah seiring dengan perkembangan industri asa perkernbangan yang berwawasan Islarni mutlak untuk harus ditumbuhkembangkan. Magang kewirausahaan pada lembaga keuangan syariah (KANINDO) bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman praktis maupun pengembangan wawasan kewirausahaan kepada mahasiswa dengan cara melibatkannya sebagai bagian wilayah pada suatu usaha bisnis yang mencakup kegiatan pemagangan managemen usaha perkoperasian mulai dari pelayanan jasa simpan pinjam kepada nasabah, pengolahan data hingga sampai pada strategi pemasaran jasa keuangan. Sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pemagangan mahasiswa semangat mengikuti kegiatan karena kegiatan seperti ini masih belurn di dapatkan ketika mengikuti kuliah, mahasiswa lebih termotivasi dalam berwira usaha dan meningkatnya kernandirian serta keberanian berkomunikasi, terbuka wawasan dalam mengelola diri sendiri maupun berkomunikasi dengan berbagai pihak, terbuka jalin kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan antara PT dan perusahaan mitra. Guna meningkatkan kemajuan kegiatan magang dan kegiatan akademik secara keseluruhan agar dapat meningkatkan ketrampilan dan kemampuan bagi mahasiswa peserta maka peserta dapat melakukan kerjasama pihak-pihak mitra seperti koperasi syariah dan sekaligus dapat melakukan penelitian tentang kewirausahaan untuk tugas akhirnya.

Its aim is to learn buying factors considered by Malang residents in traditional cakes'consumption. All respondents are Malang residents who have been ever buying and consummingtraditional cake at market in Malang city. The result of research shows that there are 8 buying factorsconsidered in traditional cake consumption, namely personality (First Factor), price, promotion,javanese culture, knowledge, place, experience and life style. Based on the result, it can beconcluded tha the most buying factors considered is personality, namely education, age, job, gender,motivation, grand mother/fathers' custom and family custom.Keyword : buying factors

Abstract

Research on the competitive environment the supply chain dimension SMALL MEDIUM ENTERPRISES(SMEs) in Malang was conducted on forty (40) the SMEs engaged in the production of foods and beverages such as make tempe, to make fruit, candied fruit, dodol fruit, fruit syrup, bakery or processed foods such as frozen foods. The purpose of this study is to determine the competitive dimension factor of the environment to improve the performance of SMEs in Malang so that it can be used to achieve competitive advantage. Variable dimensions of internal environment include innovation, intelectual knowledge, best practice and internationalisation of economic policy. While the dimensions of the external environment consists of traditional rivalries, the newcomer, substitute products, the production costs of dam model of online marketing. SMEs a competitive advantage is excellence through deferensiasi products, consumer confidence towards products and consumer satisfaction towards products. Data were collected by quetionary, and interview to manager of SME, employees, consumer and management of association of SMEs. Data analysis Teqniquewith descriptive qualitative. Previously the data in the quality test through the validity test, reliability test and fit model test and Regression Analysis.The results showed that the dimensions of the internal environment has no effect against a competitive advantage and the dimensions of the external environment to a competitive advantage. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, organizational change, and organizational culture on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory. The populations are 61 employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Malang City, sampling using the census method. This type of data uses quantitative and the data source is primary data. Data collection through questionnaires. The method of analysis uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results of the calculation of the perceived organizational support scale range show high, organizational change shows good, organizational culture shows good and employee performance shows high. Perceptions of organizational support, organizational change, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was carried out in Batu City. Women in the house-holds were the respondents of this research. This reseach was very important to be done because women were still dominating the cleaning activities at home in Indonesian society. Therefore it was interesting to learn deeply about their activities, access and control,  beneficial and impact profiles  while they were cleaning house-holds waste.Total area sampling consists three sub-district and respondents were choosen purposively with its criterions who were women as mother in the house-holds. The number of respondents were 73 women. Questionairres were used as an instrument for data collecting. SPSS program was the data analyses for having the  cross-tabulation various  profiles above. The result of analyses shown that women  activities profile could be classify in to their activities from resulting house-hold waste until how they were cleaning their home from waste.Accsess and controll profile shown how they were managing their home waste, how to select it and throw it away to dumpsite then how they comunicated their difficulties to Waste Local Collector.The impact and beneficial profile shown what they had economic impact by selecting, separating and collecting house-holds solid waste. The result of research shows that most of women produced house-holds waste from cooking in their kitchen. Women used to manage household waste from providing boxs or plastic bags, broom, and  then to sweap and to collect it and then through away from home to dumpsite.They used to clean their home from waste everyday dan sometimes their husbands, daugther and son help them. Women who often separate from wet and dry solid house-holds waste could find out the beneficial one namely plastic or glass bottle and paper. After separating it, women  collected and then sold it after a few time for earning money.

Abstract

This reseach is carried out in Junrejo Sub-distric. Part-time women workers are the  respondents of this research. This reseach is very important to be done because the women workers dominate informal working sectors. Therefore, it is interesting to learn deeply about their activities profile, access and control profile, beneficial and impact profile  while doing their job. It is also looks at pushing factors which motivate women worker in doing their job, job pattern, interesting job, and how they arrange their time in and out of their home.The number of respondents are 153 part-time women workers. Questionairres are used as an instrument for data collecting. SPSS program is used to analyse cross-tabulation various profiles above. The result of analysis shows that part-time women workers’ activities profile can be classified into some jobs such as farmer helpers, waitres at home, (vendors) sellers of vegetables and cake, Javanesse salad (rujak), and workers in home industries.

Abstract

This article aims to measure the application of occupational safety and health using Cooper's Reciprocal Safety Culture Model and Confirmatory Factor Analysis method.  The objective function of this article is to find out the aspects of safety culture that have been implemented by companies. A questionnaire was circulated to staff on the company's production floor as part of this study. The results of the questionnaire recapitulation were then analyzed using the confirmatory factor analysis method. Based on the score calculation results and the category determination build on the questionnaire scores on each dimension of the safety culture applied to the Steel Company, the safety climate value of 55.58 is obtained, which is on a 'quite good' scale. The safety behaviour value of 44, 89 is included on a 'quite good' scale, the safety management system value of 22.04 is on a 'poor' scale, and the safety culture value of 40.83 is on the 'quite good' scale. With these results, it is essential to make improvements to the safety culture in the company, especially in the dimensions of the safety management system, which is on the 'quite good' scale.
